Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sonnen- und Regenschutzeinrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a sun and rain protection device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Sonnen- und Regenschutzeinrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Sonnen- und Regenschutzeinrichtung sind die Führungsschienen der das Sonnen- und Regenschutzelement halternden Führung mit ihren ersten Enden durch den Antrieb rechtwinklig zu den Längsprofilen der Tragkonstruktion bewegbar und mit ihren zweiten Enden an den Längsprofilen der Tragkonstruktion verschiebbar angeordnet. Die Führung 2 für das Sonnen- und Regenschutzelement 3 ist bei der gezeigten Ausführung als Rahmen mit Längsschienen 7 und dazu rechtwinklig verlaufenden Verbindungsprofilen 8 ausgeführt. Die Längsschienen 7 dienen als Führungsschienen für mehrere quer dazu verlaufende Querstreben 9, über die das Sonnen- und Regenschutzelement 3 ein- und ausfahrbar geführt ist. Die Querstreben 9 sind an den beiden Längsschienen 7 verschiebbar geführt und mit dem hier als faltbares Tuch ausgebildeten Sonnen- und Regenschutzelement 3 verbunden. Zum Ein- und Ausfahren des Sonnen- und Regenschutzelements 3 kann im Bereich einer hinteren Querstrebe 8 der Führung 2 eine an sich bekannte und in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Antriebseinrichtung angeordnet sein, über den die Querstreben 9 relativ zu den Längsschienen 7 verschiebbar sind. Hierzu können in den beiden Längsschienen 7 durch den Antrieb bewegbare und mit den Querstreben 9 gekoppelte Zahnriemen untergebracht sein. Die vordere Querstrebe 9 kann als Regenrinnenprofil zur seitlichen Ableitung von Regenwasser ausgeführt sein.The

- Sun and rain protection device according to claim 5, characterised in that a first bevel wheel (19), which is in engagement with a second bevel wheel (20), is attached to the upwardly projecting end of the threaded spindle (11) with respect to the support (18).
- Sun and rain protection device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the second end (23) of the guide rail (7) is coupled to the longitudinal support (4) of the supporting structure via a pivotable lever (27).
- Sun and rain protection device according to claim 7, characterised in that the lever (27) is coupled to be pivotable on the longitudinal support (4) with its one end via a first rotational axis (28) and in that the second end (23) of the guide rail (27) is coupled to be pivotable about a second rotational axis (29) on the other end of the lever (27).
- Sun and rain protection device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the sun and rain protection element (3) is designed in the form of a fabric which can be folded or rolled up.
