- two retaining legs 40 are also provided on the intermediate housing 15, on each of which a pivotable and optionally adjustable pivot arm 42 is mounted. The pivoting movement is indicated by the arrow 44.
- a second air shower strip 46 is interposed between the free ends 48 of the two pivot arms 42. Since compressed air flows out of the two air shower rails 34 and 46 in the direction of the hose 20, it can be dried or predried from above and below.
- the two air shower rails 34 and 46 are aligned so that they blow the compressed air in the direction of the hose 20, but in addition against the direction of the arrow 22, i. in the direction of the intermediate housing 15, so that the liquid film peeled off from the hose 20 is forced back into the intermediate housing 15.
- FIG. 2 It can be seen that at one end of the two air shower rails 34 and 46, these are each connected to a compressed air hose 50. Since the two air shower rails 34 and 46 are hollow, they point along their course each one or more spray nozzles 52, which in the FIGS. 3 to 10 is shown more clearly. These spray nozzles 52 are connected to a cavity 76 forming an air passage so that they can be supplied with compressed air.
- a retaining pin 58 is screwed, glued or welded, the free end is provided with an external thread, so that it can be secured by nuts 60 and lock nuts 62 on the support leg 32 and at the free end 48 of the pivot arm 42.
- the air shower strips 34 and 46 are rotatably fixed and fixable, which in FIG. 1 indicated by the arrows 64 and 66.
- the two air shower strips 34 and 46 hose couplings 68 (see FIGS. 3 and 4 ), via which the two air shower rails 34 and 46 are also fixed on the other holding leg 32 or on the free end 48 of the other pivot arm 42.
- the pivotal position of the two air shower rails 34 and 46 and the outlet direction of the spray nozzles 52 with respect to the hose 20 can be adjusted.
- FIG. 2 how out FIG. 2 can be seen, the hose 20 is not applied to the spray nozzle 52, but has a distance to this. This is in detail in the FIGS. 3 to 5 shown in detail and explained. It is shown in enlarged scale, the lower air shower tray 34, which has a substantially rectangular cross-section. This rectangular cross-section offers the advantage of attacking a tool can and with this the pivotal position of the air shower bar 34 and 46 is adjustable. This pivotal position is then countered by means of nuts 60 and 62.
- a single spray nozzle 52 On the top of the air shower tray 34 is a single spray nozzle 52, which extends over the entire length of the air shower bar 34 and are flanked by supports 70 laterally project beyond the spray nozzle 52 in height.
- the pads 70 serve to keep a resting on the air shower tray 34 or 46 hose 20 at a distance from the spray nozzles 52, so that neither the spray nozzles 52 nor the tube 20 are damaged.
- the pads 70 are, as in the FIG. 5 shown, teilusionn- or partially cylindrical shape and sit with her foot on top of the air shower bar 34 and are welded or glued there.
- the surfaces of the pads 70 are rounded and smooth and, because of their convex curvature, also prevent the tube 20 from contacting and being spaced from the spray nozzle 52. With the height of the pads 70, the distance of the tube 20 to the spray nozzle 52 can be determined.
- the spray nozzle 52 has a nozzle slot 72 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the air shower tray 34.
- the length of the nozzle slot 72 is substantially greater than its width. Due to this configuration and orientation of the nozzle slot 72, this forms an air curtain which extends adjacent to and above the supports 70 and in the direction of the hose 20 located above.
- the air curtain displaces not only largely the existing on the tube 20 and the tissue of the tube 20 cleaning liquid, which is usually water, but also reduces the bearing force of the tube 20 on the pads 70 and lifts the tube 20 even from This slightly from, as for example in the FIG. 2 is shown.
- the tube 20 is thus preferably on the upper air shower strip 46, so that they can dodge at too high contact pressure with the pivot arm 42 upwards.
- the air shower bar 46 dances on the tube 20, so to speak.
- FIG. 4 is shown with the arrow 74, the supply direction of the compressed air, which is introduced via the hose couplings in the air shower rails 34 and 46 and there into the bore of an air duct 76, from where it is the spray nozzle 52 is supplied.
- the hollow running air shower tray 34 along its course a plurality of spray nozzles 52 which are each connected via a radial air passage 78 to the cavity, so that they can be supplied with compressed air.
- the spray nozzles 52 On the top of the air shower tray 34 are the spray nozzles 52, which are spaced apart and flanked by the supports 70 which project beyond the spray nozzles 52 in height and between which are arranged.
- the pads 70 are, as in the FIG. 5 represented, disk-shaped or cylindrical and sit on top of the air shower bar 34 and are welded or glued there.
- the surfaces of the pads 70 are rounded and smooth and, because of their convex curvature, also prevent the tube 20 from contacting and being spaced from the spray nozzles 52. With the height of the pads 70, the distance of the tube 20 to the spray nozzle 52 can be determined.
- the spray nozzles 52 have a lenticular cross-section nozzle slot 72 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the air shower tray 34. Due to this configuration and orientation of the nozzle slot 72, the spray nozzles 52 form a Sprühf disguiseer whose spray beams unite above the supports 70 to form an air curtain and the air curtain extends in the direction of the overlying tube 20. Here, too, the air curtain largely displaces the cleaning fluid and also reduces the bearing force of the hose 20 on the supports 70 or slightly lifts the hose 20 from them.
- FIG. 9 extend along the air shower tray 34 a plurality of elongated spray nozzles 52 which are formed by elongated nozzle slots 72 which lie in the longitudinal direction one behind the other and with a small distance from each other. The distances are formed by webs 80, which prevent expansion of the nozzle walls.
- FIG. 10 shows an embodiment in which a plurality of spray nozzles 52 formed by elongated nozzle slots 72 extend in two rows next to each other and behind each other, wherein they overlap slightly in the longitudinal direction.
- the nozzle slots 72 also form an air curtain which shuts off the liquid from the hose 20.
- the tube 20 is thus dried after cleaning by means of compressed air gentle, fast and energy efficient.

Description
The invention relates to a hose drying device for or in a hose care system, wherein the hose drying device for cleaning a hose, in particular a fire hose, is connected downstream in a hose cleaning device and assigned to a housing of the hose care system, in particular in this.
It is known that hoses, especially fire hoses, must be cleaned, dried and rewound after use. Eventually there is also a test, in particular pressure test, the hoses. For this purpose hose care systems are used in which the hoses are not only cleaned, but also dried and wound up. For cleaning, for example, hose washing machines are used in one variant, which has in its housing two rotating and maintenance-free mounted roller brushes, which are each driven directly by a geared motor, and through which the tubular fabric is guided. The laundry and the independent transport of the hose through the machine are done by the two roller brushes using long, gently cleaning bristles. The hose is rinsed off again by the additional water nozzles after the brushes, whereby the dirt is better removed and can flow off specifically in the machine.
In another hose washing machine, two flat jet nozzles with a vertical axis of rotation are guided in each case in a rotating manner above and below the tubular fabric, whereby optimum cleaning by means of water is achieved. By the rotation arms is achieved that the hose is washed on the full width, even beyond the flat width of the hose out.
For subsequent drying of the tubes, e.g. used a hose tower in which the hoses are hung. However, there are also known winders, the hose after drying, as needed, double or simply wind up. The drying takes place in that the hose is rolled on a drum, bay next to the bay, and then with hot or hot water (eg. 40 ° C to 60 ° C) is flowed through, whereby the hose is dried. Thereafter, compressed air is automatically blown through the hose to squeeze out the water. Then a rubber dagger is sent through the hose with compressed air, which pushes the remaining water out of the hose. Finally, the rolling up of the hose takes place. Taking care of a hose takes about 6 to 8 minutes in this system. After this time, he is immediately ready for action.
With a hose drying cabinet, if required, through a targeted air flow, optimum drying of the hoses is achieved with an acceptable drying time.
The invention has for its object to provide a hose drying device for a hose care system, with which the cleaned hoses can be at least pre-dried faster and gentler and more energy efficient.
This object is achieved with a hose drying device for or in a hose care system of the type mentioned according to the invention that within the hose drying means a provided above and / or below the hose air shower bar is / are provided.
In the hose drying device according to the invention, the hose is blown by means of compressed air at 12 to 25 bar, in particular from 15 to 22 bar, whereby the adhering water as far as possible, i. is almost completely removed. The blown air has a speed of 50 to 200 m / s, in particular from 100 to 150 m / s on. The hoses are optimally pre-dried. One advantage is that the tube is dried without contact and therefore the wear is reduced to a minimum. The air shower rails are positioned to form, as it were, a water-impermeable air curtain, forcing the water back into the hose cleaner. The use of an air curtain by means of air shower rails greatly reduces the time required for the complete cleaning and care of the hose, since the time required for the drying of the hose is greatly reduced. The hoses can now be filled with water at a temperature of 40 ° and completely dried. The energy expenditure, e.g. for the heating of hot water to temperatures of 70 ° to 80 ° for the drying of the hose from the inside is usually required, is reduced to a small fraction.
In a development of the invention, the air shower bar is provided with an air duct to which an air hose can be connected. This air hose supplies the air shower bar with compressed air, eg from one Compressor is provided or connected to a compressed air network. Optionally, a pressure limiter or a compressed air maintenance unit is connected upstream of the air hose. The air shower bar is provided for simplicity with a bore and is designed with the required cross section, so that the required compressed air can be transported without significant pressure loss.
According to the invention, the air shower bar is provided with at least one spray nozzle, which is supplied by the air duct. In a preferred manner, the air shower bar on several spray nozzles. These spray nozzles ensure that the hose is supplied with compressed air over its entire width and from both its upper side and its underside. The spray nozzles are placed in such a way that the air curtain sweeps the hose completely.
In a particular embodiment of the invention it is provided that the spray nozzle is formed by at least one nozzle slot. In this case, the nozzle slot has a length transversely to the transport direction of the hose to be dried, which is substantially greater than the width parallel to the transport direction of the hose to be dried. The length of the nozzle slot is 25 to 200 times larger than its width. As a result, a certain spray curtain is generated, which virtually shuts off the water from the hose. The spray curtain forms a narrow, the tube not touching wiper lip.
In order to be able to adapt the air consumption to one or more hoses, the spray nozzles of the air shower bar can be individually switched on and off. This allows an energy-efficient drying of hoses, since only as much compressed air is used as the required air curtain for the hose to be dried.
According to the invention, the direction of the spray nozzle is adjustable and ascertainable. The spray nozzle can be adjusted in the longitudinal and / or transverse direction, so that the air curtain is formed uniformly and the air impinges evenly on the surface of the hose. The liquid is removed from the hose by passing the hose through the air shower rails, so that the hose leaves the hose drying device as dry as possible and the cleaning fluid remains in the device.
A preferred variant of the invention provides that the spray nozzles have a curtain or fan-shaped spray jet and the spray curtain or jet is in the longitudinal plane of the air shower bar or parallel to this. The spray curtain is transverse to the longitudinal plane of the hose, i. across its width. The cleaning liquid is therefore stripped contactlessly from the surface of the hose during the passage of the hose from the spray curtain. In contrast to cleaning liquid from the hose squeezing pressure rollers made of rubber or the like, the air curtain is much gentler and the hose is less strained.
In a preferred development of the invention, a spray nozzle in spray direction superior support for the hose is provided in addition to the spray nozzles. The hose, which is transported across the transverse air shower bar, is held by the pads at a distance from the spray nozzles so that it does not touch the spray nozzles. Neither the spray nozzles nor the hose will be damaged. The pads have a sliding surface which is made of metal or plastic, in particular Teflon, and is bent convexly.
In a preferred embodiment, the support has a part-circular profile on its side facing the hose. In this case, the support may be disc-shaped and rest with its circumference on the air shower bar and be mounted on this. The pads thus form a nozzle protection profile.
An existing metal support provides that it is cylindrical and secured with a cylinder portion of the air shower bar, in particular welded or glued, wherein the longitudinal axis of the support extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the air shower bar. The diameter of the cylindrical or disc-shaped support corresponds to the thickness of the air shower bar, and is in alignment with the side walls of the air shower bar.
In order to optimally align the spray nozzles to the position of the hose and thus to be able to guide the spraying jets in the desired direction, the air shower bar is rotatably and adjustably mounted about its longitudinal axis. At least one free end of the air shower bar engages in a fixed holding mandrel, around which the air shower bar, possibly with a tool, can be rotated.
Another innovation provides that the air shower bar is attached to a pivot arm and the pivot arm is pivotally and / or adjustably mounted on the housing of the hose maintenance system. In this way, on the one hand, the distance of the air shower bar to the hose cleaning device, on the other hand, the distance of one, upper air shower bar to the other, lower air shower bar can be adjusted. The swivel arm can be rigidly fixed or freely movable attached to the housing. The air shower bar can be rotated and be adjustably mounted about its longitudinal axis on the pivot arm.
In order to be able to dry the hose immediately after cleaning, the air shower bar is in alignment with an exit window of the hose cleaning device. The still wet hose does not need to be redirected nor wound up, but gets directly between the two air shower rails and gets dried.
A maintenance-free or low-maintenance option for the hose drying device is created in that the air shower bar is made of metal, in particular stainless steel.
