Claims (13)

  1. Metallische Schraubkappe (1) für Flaschen, welche aus einem Abschnitt mit der Kegelstumpfform (3) aus Kork/Kork-Agglomerat besteht, der mit der Innenfläche des oberen Endes der besagten Kappe (1) verbunden ist, worin der Kork/Kork-Agglomerat-Abschnitt ferner eine zylindrische Kork/Kork-Agglomerat-Schicht (2) zwischen dem Abschnitt mit der Kegelstumpfform (3) und der Innenfläche des oberen Endes der besagten Kappe (1) aufweist, die mit dem besagten Abschnitt und der Innenfläche des oberen Endes der besagten Kappe (1) durch einen Klebstoff verbunden ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine polymere Dichtungsschicht auf der Innenfläche des oberen Endes der besagten Kappe (1) zwischen dem Korkprofil mit der Kegelstumpfform (3) und der Kappe (1) aufgebracht wird, wobei die polymere Dichtungsschicht und der Klebstoff aus demselben Material bestehen.
  2. Kappe (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, worin der Klebstoff für den Lebensmittelkontakt geeignet ist.
  3. Kappe (1) gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, worin der Klebstoff ein Heißkleber oder Schmelzklebstoff ist.
  4. Kappe (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin die Höhe des Korkprofils mit der Kegelstumpfform (3) zwischen 0,5 und 50 mm liegt.
  5. Kappe (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin der Durchmesser des Abschnitts mit der Kegelstumpfform (3) etwas geringer als der Innendurchmesser des Flaschenhalses ist.
  6. Kappe (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin der Durchmesser des Korkprofils mit der Kegelstumpfform (3) zwischen 10 und 30 mm liegt.
  7. Kappe (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2-6, worin die Dicke der zylindrischen Korkschicht (2) zwischen 1-4 mm liegt.
  8. Kappe (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin der Durchmesser der zylindrischen Korkschicht (2) im Wesentlichen gleich der Innenfläche des oberen Teils der besagten Kappe (1) ist.
  9. Kappe (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin das Korkprofil mit der Kegelstumpfform (3) oder die zylindrische Korkschicht (2) aus Korkgranulat mit einer Partikelgrößenverteilung zwischen 0,2 - 5 mm besteht.
  10. Kappe (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin die Kappe (1) zudem Verzierungen aufweist.
  11. Flasche, welche die in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche erwähnte Kappe (1) enthält.
  12. Weinflasche, welche die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 beschriebene Kappe (1) enthält.
  13. Verfahren zur Herstellung der in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 beschriebenen Kappe (1), das aus folgenden Schritten besteht:
    - Vorbereitung des metallischen Materials, welche die folgenden Schritte, insbesondere das Stanzen des metallischen Materials, das Stecken des metallischen Materials und das Einbringen von Brücken sowie von Verstärkungsringen umfasst;
    - Herstellung eines Korkprofils, insbesondere die Agglomeration des Korks sowie die Extrusion und das Formen des gewonnenen Agglomerats;
    - Verbinden des Stopfens mit der Innenseite des metallischen Materials.
