Claims (13)

  1. Struktur für Schwimmbecken, aufweisend mindestens eine erste Wand (2) mit einem überirdischen äußeren oberen Randteil (3), der das Schwimmbecken (20) umgibt, und Befestigungsmittel einer Abdeckung (5) für das Schwimmbecken (20) auf dem oberen Teil (3),
    wobei die Befestigungsmittel der Abdeckung (5) eine Wickeleinrichtung (7) der Abdeckung und Blockiermittel (202) mindestens eines ersten Endteils (52) der Abdeckung (5) in einer über dem Schwimmbecken (20) entfalteten Position der Abdeckung (5) aufweisen, das von einem zweiten Endteil (51) der an der Wickeleinrichtung (7) befestigten Abdeckung (5) beabstandet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Befestigungsmittel der Abdeckung (5) ferner mindestens ein Durchquerorgan (103, 104) mindestens eines Lochs (53, 54) der Abdeckung (5) in über dem Schwimmbecken (20) entfalteter Position der Abdeckung (5) aufweist, wobei sich das Loch (53, 54) beabstandet vom ersten Endteil (52) befindet.
  2. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Durchquerorgan (103, 104) mindestens ein erstes Durchquerorgan (104), das sich über der Wickeleinrichtung (7) befindet, für die Durchquerung des mindestens einen, als erstes Loch (54) bezeichneten Lochs (54) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Durchquerorgan (103, 104) mindestens ein zweites Durchquerorgan (103) vorgesehen ist, das sich unter mindestens einer Klappe (41b, 41d) eines Beckenrands (4) befindet, das in Bezug zur Wickeleinrichtung (7) seitlich ist und das auf einem in Bezug zum oberen Teil (3) festen Halter (81) für die Durchquerung des mindestens einen, als zweites Loch (53) bezeichneten Lochs (53) in abgesenkter Position der Klappe (41b, 41d) angelenkt ist.
  4. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Durchquerorgan (103, 104) und das Loch (53, 54) ausgebildet sind, um eine Spannvorrichtung der Abdeckung (5) in über dem Schwimmbecken (20) entfalteter Position zu bilden, wenn das Durchquerorgan (103, 104) das Loch (53, 54) durchquert.
  5. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Loch (53, 54) in der Nähe eines Seitenrands (55, 56) der Abdeckung (5) befindet, wobei der Seitenrand (55, 56) den ersten Endteil (52) an einen zweiten Endteil (51) der an der Wickeleinrichtung (7) befestigten Abdeckung (5) anschließt.
  6. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wenn sie von Anspruch 2 abhängen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich in über dem Schwimmbecken (20) entfalteter Position der Abdeckung (5) der erste Endteil (52) in der Nähe einer zweiten Innenwand (23) des Schwimmbeckens (20) befindet, wobei sich das erste Loch (54) in der Nähe einer dritten Innenwand (24) des Schwimmbeckens (20) befindet, befindlich in einem ersten Abstand (D1) ungleich Null in Bezug zur zweiten Innenwand (23), wobei das erste Loch (54) in einem zweiten Abstand (D2) in Bezug zum ersten Endteil (52) ist, der größer ist als der und/oder den ersten Abstand (D1) einschließt.
  7. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wenn sie von Anspruch 2 abhängen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in über dem Schwimmbecken (20) entfalteter Position der Abdeckung (5)
    sich mindestens ein seitlicher Teil (57) der Abdeckung (5) zwischen dem ersten Endteil (52) und einem zweiten an der Wickeleinrichtung (7) befestigten Endteil (51) der Abdeckung (5) auf einer in Bezug zum oberen Teil (3) festen seitlichen Abstützzone (82) abstützt,
    und sich ein Einhakzahn (1041) des ersten Durchquerorgans (104), der im Kontakt mit der Abdeckung (5) im ersten Loch (54) ist, beabstandet von der Abstützzone (82) und unter der Ebene der Abstützzone (82) befindet.
  8. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 7, gemeinsam herangezogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als seitliche Abstützzone (82) eine erste seitliche Abstützzone (821) und eine zweite seitliche Abstützzone (822) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen sich ein Durchgang (823) befindet, der den Durchgang des zweiten Durchgangsorgans (103) in abgesenkter Position der seitlichen Klappe (41b, 41d) erlaubt.
  9. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, wenn sie von Anspruch 2 abhängen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Durchgangsorgan (104) einen Befestigungsansatz (1042) am oberen Teil (3a) oder an einem anderen festen Teil in Bezug zum oberen Teil (3a), einen Einhakzahn (1041) des ersten Durchgangsorgans (104) im ersten Loch (54) der Abdeckung (5) und einen Verbindungsarm (1043) des Befestigungsansatzes (1042) am Einhakzahn (1041) aufweist.
  10. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach Anspruch 9, wenn sie von Anspruch 2 abhängt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einhakzahn (1041) umgekehrt zur Abrollrichtung der Abdeckung (5) der Wickeleinrichtung (7) ausgerichtet ist.
  11. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (1) mindestens eine Klappe (41, 42) eines Beckenrands (4) aufweist, die auf einem zugeordneten Halter (81) angelenkt ist, der in Bezug zum oberen Teil (3) fest ist und erlaubt, die Klappe (41, 42) zwischen der einen und der anderen einer angehobenen Position und einer abgesenkten Position in Bezug zum Halter (81) zu bewegen, wobei die angehobene Position der Klappe (41, 42) erlaubt, die entfaltete Abdeckung (5) zwischen der Klappe (41, 42) und dem Halter (81) einzusetzen,
    mindestens ein Verriegelungselement (91, 92, 93) der mindestens einen Klappe (41, 42) eines Beckenrands in auf den Halter (81) abgesenkter Position.
  12. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Verriegelungselement (91, 92, 93) mindestens ein erstes Verriegelungselement (91), das unter der Klappe (41) befestigt ist, und mindestens ein zweites Verriegelungselement (92), das sich auf dem Halter (81) befindet und dem ersten Verriegelungselement (91) zugeordnet ist, aufweist,
    wobei das erste Verriegelungselement (91) und das zweite Verriegelungselement (92) konfiguriert sind, um zusammenzuwirken, um die Klappe (41) auf dem Halter (81) in abgesenkter Position der Klappe (41) zu verriegeln,
    als Klappe (41, 42) mindestens eine zweiten Klappe (42) über der Wickeleinrichtung (7) in abgesenkter Position der zweiten Klappe (42) vorgesehen ist, die gemäß einer ersten Längsrichtung (X) angelenkt ist und sich gemäß der ersten Längsrichtung (X) erstreckt, mindestens eine ersten seitliche Klappe (41b, 41d), benachbart zur zweiten Klappe (42), die gemäß einer zweiten, zur ersten Längsrichtung (X) transversalen Richtung (Y) angelenkt ist und sich gemäß der zweiten transversalen Richtung (Y) erstreckt,
    die Struktur (1) als Verriegelungselement (91, 92, 93) mindestens ein drittes Verriegelungselement (93) aufweist, das mindestens eine Lasche (93) aufweist, die an der zweiten Klappe (42) befestigt ist und unter der zweiten Klappe (42) in Richtung der ersten seitlichen Klappe (41b, 41d) derart läuft, dass sich in der ersten abgesenkten Position der ersten und zweiten Klappe (41b, 41d, 42) die Lasche (93) der zweiten Klappe (42) unter der ersten Klappe (41b) befindet,
    wobei das erste Verriegelungselement (91) unter der ersten seitlichen Klappe (41b, 41d) befestigt ist, wobei das zugeordnete zweite Verriegelungselement (92) und der zugeordnete Halter (81) unter der ersten seitlichen Klappe (41b, 41d) in abgesenkter Position sind.
  13. Struktur für Schwimmbecken nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Klappe (41) mindestens eine dritte Klappe (41c) vorgesehen ist, die sich in abgesenkter Position der dritten Klappe (41c) über dem ersten Endteil (52) befindet,
    mindestens ein anderes erstes Verriegelungselement (91) unter der dritten Klappe (41c) befestigt ist,
    mindestens ein anderes zugeordnetes zweites Verriegelungselement (92) und ein anderer zugeordneter Halter (81) unter der dritten Klappe (41c) in abgesenkter Position sind.
