Claims (3)

  1. Acier inoxydable ferritique constitué, en termes de pourcentages en masse, de C : 0,015 % à 0,05 %, Si : 0,02 % à 0,50 %, Mn : 0,05 % à 1,0 %, P : 0,04 % ou moins, S : 0,01 % ou moins, Cr : 15,5 % à 18,0 %, Al : 0,001 % à 0,10 %, N : 0,01 % à 0,06 %, V : 0,01 % à 0,25 %, Ti : 0,001 % à 0,020 %, Nb : 0,001 % à 0,030 %, éventuellement au moins l'un choisi parmi Cu : 0,1 % à 1,0 %, Ni : 0,1 % à 1,0 %, Mo : 0,1 % à 0,5 %, et Co : 0,01 % à 0,5 %, éventuellement au moins l'un choisi parmi Mg : 0,0002 % à 0,0050 %, B : 0,0002 % à 0,0050 %, REM (éléments des terres rares) : 0,01 % à 0,10 %, et Ca : 0,0002 % à 0,0020 %, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, dans lequel l'inégalité V / (Ti + Nb) ≥2,0 est satisfaite, l'acier inoxydable ferritique ayant une formabilité suffisante, déterminée par une éprouvette prise dans une direction à 90° par rapport à la direction de laminage, qui présente un allongement après fracture de 25 % ou plus dans un test de traction effectué conformément à la norme JIS Z 2241, de façon que la valeur r moyenne, calculée à partir de la formule (1) ci-dessous, soit de 0,65 ou plus sous une déformation de 15 % dans un test de traction effectué conformément à la norme JIS Z 2241, et de façon que la valeur absolue (|Δr|) de la valeur r d'anisotropie dans le plan (appelée ci-après Δr), calculée à partir de la formule (2) ci-dessous, soit de 0,30 ou moins : Valeur r moyenne = r L + 2 × r D + r C / 4

Acier inoxydable ferritique constitué, en termes de pourcentages en masse, de C : 0,015 % à 0,05 %, Si : 0,02 % à 0,50 %, Mn : 0,2 % à 1,0 %, P : 0,04 % ou moins, S : 0,01 % ou moins, Cr : 16,0 % à 18,0 %, Al : 0,001 % à 0,10 %, N : 0,01 % à 0,06 %, V : 0,01 % à 0,25 %, Ti : 0,001 % à 0,015 %, Nb : 0,001 % à 0,025 %, éventuellement au moins l'un choisi parmi Cu : 0,1 % à 1,0 %, Ni : 0,1 % à 1,0 %, Mo : 0,1 % à 0,5 %, et Co : 0,01 % à 0,5 %, éventuellement au moins l'un choisi parmi Mg : 0,0002 % à 0,0050 %, B : 0,0002 % à 0,0050 %, REM: 0,01 % à 0,10 %, et Ca : 0,0002 % à 0,0020 %, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, dans lequel l'inégalité V / (Ti + Nb) ≥ 2,0 est satisfaite.
  3. Procédé pour produire un acier inoxydable ferritique, comprenant le laminage à chaud d'une brame d'acier ayant la composition décrite dans la revendication 1 ou 2, le recuit de la tôle laminée à chaud résultante par maintien de la tôle laminée à chaud dans la plage de température allant de 880°C à 1000°C pendant 5 secondes à 15 minutes pour que soit obtenue une tôle laminée à chaud et recuite, le laminage à froid de la tôle laminée à chaud et recuite, et le recuit de la tôle laminée à froid résultante par maintien de la tôle laminée à froid dans la plage de température allant de 800°C à 950°C pendant 5 secondes à 5 minutes.
