Abstract

Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Tischuntergestell (1) für eine Tischplatte mit einem Fußgestell (2), das mindestens zwei, insbesondere elektrisch höhenverstellbare, Tischfüße (3) und eine die beiden Tischfüße (3) miteinander verbindende, waagerechte Längszarge (4) aufweist, und mit mindestens zwei waagerechten Querträgern (7) zum Tragen der Tischplatte, sind die Querträger (7) durch Aussparungen (8) der Längszarge (4) eingeschoben und darin verspannt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Tischuntergestell für eine Tischplatte mit einem Fußgestell.
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein modular aufgebautes Tischuntergestell anzugeben.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch ein Tischuntergestell für eine Tischplatte mit einem Fußgestell, das mindestens zwei, insbesondere elektrisch höhenverstellbare, Tischfüße und eine die beiden Tischfüße miteinander verbindende, waagerechte Längszarge aufweist, und mit mindestens zwei waagerechten Querträgern zum Tragen der Tischplatte, wobei die Querträger durch Aussparungen der Längszarge eingeschoben und darin verspannt sind.
  • Bei bevorzugten Ausführungsformen ist benachbart zu einem der beiden Querträgern ein weiterer waagerechter Querträger durch eine Aussparung der Längszarge eingeschoben und darin verspannt, wobei an diesen beiden Querträgern ein waagerechtes Halteblech eingehängt ist, an dem ein Container angehängt ist. Vorteilhaft weist das Halteblech oberseitig seitlich offene Haltelaschen auf, mit denen das Halteblech von der Seite her auf die Querträger aufgeschoben ist.
  • Vorzugsweise weist der Container oberseitig nach hinten offene Haltelaschen auf, mit denen der Container nach hinten auf das Halteblech aufgeschoben ist. Dabei kann das Halteblech durch Endstücke der Querträger gegen Aushängen gesichert sein, welche an die Querträger angeclipst sein können. Vorteilhaft ist der Container in seiner eingeschobenen Endposition mit dem Halteblech verrastet. Beispielsweise kann der Container oberseitig eine Federzunge mit einem Sicherungskopf aufweisen, der in der eingeschobenen Endposition des Containers in eine Aussparung des Halteblechs eingerastet ist.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Container, insbesondere durch ein Trennblech, in einen vorderen Bereich und in einen hinteren Bereich, in dem stromführende Komponenten, insbesondere ein Mini-PC, untergebracht sind, abgetrennt. Vorzugsweise weist der Container an seiner Rückseite eine untere Kabeldurchführung für eine Kabelschleppkette und/oder eine obere Kabeldurchführung für eine Kabelzuführung einer elektrischen Tischhöhenverstellung auf.
  • Bei bevorzugten Ausführungsformen weist das Tischuntergestell eine hinten an der Tischplatte anklemmbare Box auf, die eine Weiterführung des Containers ist und um die Tischplatte herum reicht. Vorteilhaft kann die Box eine Klemmaussparung mit einem federbelasteten Klemmteller zum Festklemmen an der Tischplatte aufweisen. In der Box können stromführende Komponenten, insbesondere ein Mini-PC und Kabel, untergebracht sein, sowie auch eine Steckdose, Stecker und eine Kabeldurchführung vorgesehen sein.
  • Bevorzugt ist an den Querträgern ein parallel zum Längsträger verlaufender Kabelkanal angehängt. Weiter bevorzugt weisen die Querträger jeweils ein über die Tischplatte nach hinten ragendes Trägerende auf, an dem eine dritten Ebene oder Akustikelementen angebaut sind.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung, den Ansprüchen und der Zeichnung. Ebenso können die vorstehend genannten und die noch weiter aufgeführten Merkmale je für sich oder zu mehreren in beliebigen Kombinationen Verwendung finden. Die gezeigten und beschriebenen Ausführungsformen sind nicht als abschließende Aufzählung zu verstehen, sondern haben vielmehr beispielhaften Charakter für die Schilderung der Erfindung.

  • In der folgenden Figurenbeschreibung werden für gleiche bzw. funktionsgleiche Bauteile identische Bezugszeichen verwendet.
  • Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Tischuntergestell 1 umfasst ein C-förmiges Fußgestell 2 mit zwei elektrisch höhenverstellbaren Teleskopfüßen 3 und einer Längszarge 4, einen angehängten Container 5 und eine hinten an der nicht gezeigten Tischplatte angeklemmte Box 6, die eine Weiterführung des Containers 5 ist und um die Tischplatte herum reicht. Die Längszarge 4 ist mit den beiden Teleskopfüßen 3 zu einer festen Einheit verbunden. Zum Tragen der Tischplatte weist die Längszarge 4 zwei äußere waagerechte Querträger 7 auf, die durch Aussparungen 8 der Längszarge 4 eingeschoben und darin z.B. durch eine Schraube (nicht gezeigt) verspannt sind. Die Querträger 7 verlaufen im rechten Winkel zur Längszarge 4. Zum Anhängen des Containers 5 wird ein weiterer waagerechter, innerer Querträger 7 im Abstand von 200 mm zum rechten oder, wie hier gezeigt, zum linken äußeren Querträger 7 eingeschoben und in der Längszarge 4 verspannt, z.B. durch eine Schraube. Dazu ist es nicht notwendig, die Tischplatte zu entfernen.
  • Auf den zwei linken Querträgern 7 wird ein waagerechtes Halteblech 9 mit seitlichen offenen Hängelaschen 10 von der Seite her eingehängt. Das Halteblech 9 wird durch Endstücke 11 des Querträgers 7 gegen Aushängen gesichert. Die Endstücke 11 werden an den Querträgern 7 angeclipst und dienen gleichzeitig zur Befestigung der Tischplatte mit den Querträgern 7. An das Halteblech 9 können Container 5 verschiedener Ausführung angehängt werden.
  • Wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, weist der Container 5 auf seiner Oberseite zwei nach hinten offene Haltelaschen 12 auf, mit denen der Container 5 von vorne auf das Halteblech 9 aufgeschoben wird. Dabei wird eine in der Containeroberseite ausgebildete Federzunge 13 samt Sicherungskopf 14 nach unten elastisch weggedrückt, der dann in der eingeschobenen Endposition in eine vorgesehene Aussparung 15 des Halteblechs 9 (Fig. 1 b) einrastet, um den Container 5 gegen Aushängen zu sichern. Wie in Fig. 2b gezeigt, ist der Container 5 durch ein Trennblech 16 in einen vorderen Bereich 17a, in dem Platz für einen Schub 18 (Fig. 1a) vorgesehen ist, und in einen hinteren Bereich 17b abgetrennt, in dem Kabel und Steckdose untergebracht werden. Im hinteren Bereich 17b befindet sich auch eine schlitzförmige Kabeldurchführung 19 (nach unten zu einer nicht gezeigten Kabelschleppkette und nach oben für die Kabelzuführung der elektrischen Tischhöhenverstellung). Die an der Containerunterseite bei 20 eingehängte Kabelschleppkette geht nur vom Boden bis zur Unterseite des Containers 5 und ist dadurch kürzer und kostengünstiger als bisherige Kabelschleppketten, die vom Boden bis zur Tischplatte gehen.
  • Wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, weist die Box 6 eine Klemmaussparung 21 mit einer Stellschraube 22 mit Spannteller zum Festklemmen an der Tischplatte auf. Am Boxgehäuse ist jeweils links und rechts eine Nietmutter vernietet, in die die Stellschraube 22 eingedreht ist. Die Stellschraube 22 hat an der dem Spannteller gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Innensechskant. Mit einem Sechskantschlüssel kann man von unten die Stellschraube 22 drehen und so die Verspannung mit der Tischplatte bewirken. Im hinteren Bereich sind ein Mini-Computer 23 und Kabel sowie Stecker verschiedener Funktionen untergebracht. Oben befinden sich im hinteren Boxbereich beispielsweise eine Steckdose 24, USB Stecker 25 und RJ45 Stecker 26 sowie oberhalb der Tischplatte eine Handyablage 27 zum Laden des Handys und auch eine Kabeldurchführung 28 zum Beispiel für ein Bildschirmkabel, wobei das Kabel durch eine schlitzförmige Aussparung in der Handyablage 27 nach unten geführt und dort nach links oder rechts austritt. Somit sind die gesamte Stromversorgung und Rechentechnik im Container 5 und in der Box 6 untergebracht und kein Kabelkanal, keine weitere PC Befestigungen und keine Kabeldurchbrüche in der Tischplatte notwendig.
  • Vom Tischuntergestell der Fig. 1 unterscheidet sich das in Fig. 4 gezeigte Tischuntergestell 1 durch einen größeren Container 5 ( Fig. 5 ) und dadurch, dass keine Box vorhanden ist. Wie in Fig. 5b gezeigt, ist der Container 5 ist durch ein Trennblech 16 in einen vorderen Bereich 17a, in dem Platz für zwei Schübe 18 (hier ein Flachschub und ein Schub für Hängemappen) vorgesehen ist, und in einen hinteren Bereich 17b abgetrennt, in dem Kabel, Steckdose und Mini-PC 23 untergebracht sind. Die Kabelzuführung erfolgt über die schlitzförmige Kabeldurchführung 19 unten am Container 5, führt durch den Container 5 hindurch und wird oben über die schlitzförmige Kabeldurchführung 19 in Richtung Tischplatte ausgeleitet. Oberhalb des Containers 5 kann die Tischplatte einen Kabeldurchlass aufweisen, in dem eine Steckdose und Stecker verschiedener Funktionen enthalten sind. Wie bei dem Tischuntergestell der Fig. 1 sind auch hier die Stromversorgung und die Rechentechnik im Container 5 untergebracht und dadurch kein Kabelkanal und keine PC-Befestigung notwendig. Auch hier geht die Kabelschleppkette nur bis zum Container 5 und kann dadurch kürzer sein.
  • An den Querträgern 7 sind weiterhin Einhängemöglichkeiten für einen parallel zum Längsträger 4 verlaufenden Kabelkanal (nicht gezeigt) vorgesehen, der z.B. als ein nach oben offenes Profil ausgebildet ist. Über ein nach hinten über die Tischplatte ragendes, längeres Trägerendstück ist weiterhin der Anbau einer dritten Ebene oder der Anbau von Akustikelementen möglich.

Claims (15)

  1. Tischuntergestell (1) für eine Tischplatte, mit einem Fußgestell (2), das mindestens zwei, insbesondere elektrisch höhenverstellbare, Tischfüße (3) und eine die beiden Tischfüße (3) miteinander verbindende, waagerechte Längszarge (4) aufweist, und mit mindestens zwei waagerechten Querträgern (7) zum Tragen der Tischplatte, wobei die Querträger (7) durch Aussparungen (8) der Längszarge (4) eingeschoben und darin verspannt sind.
  2. Tischuntergestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbart zu einem der mindestens zwei Querträgern (7) ein weiterer waagerechter Querträger (7) durch eine Aussparung (8) der Längszarge (4) eingeschoben und darin verspannt ist und dass an diesen beiden Querträgern (7) ein waagerechtes Halteblech (9) eingehängt ist, an dem ein Container (5) angehängt ist.
  3. Tischuntergestell nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteblech (9) oberseitig seitlich offene Haltelaschen (10) aufweist, mit denen das Halteblech (9) von der Seite her auf die Querträger (7) aufgeschoben ist.
  4. Tischuntergestell nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Container (5) oberseitig nach hinten offene Haltelaschen (12) aufweist, mit denen der Container (5) nach hinten auf das Halteblech (9) aufgeschoben ist.
  5. Tischuntergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteblech (9) durch Endstücke (11) der Querträger (7) gegen Aushängen gesichert ist, insbesondere wobei die Endstücke (11) an die Querträger (7) angeclipst sind.

Tischuntergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Container (5) in seiner eingeschobenen Endposition mit dem Halteblech (9) verrastet ist, insbesondere wobei der Container (5) oberseitig eine Federzunge (13) mit einem Sicherungskopf (14) aufweist, der in der eingeschobenen Endposition des Containers (5) in eine Aussparung (15) des Halteblechs (9) eingerastet ist.
  7. Tischuntergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Container (5), insbesondere durch ein Trennblech (16), in einen vorderen Bereich (17a) und in einen hinteren Bereich (17b), in dem stromführende Komponenten, insbesondere ein Mini-PC (23), untergebracht sind, abgetrennt ist.
  8. Tischuntergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Container (5) an seiner Rückseite eine untere Kabeldurchführung (19) für eine Kabelschleppkette und/oder eine obere Kabeldurchführung (19) für eine Kabelzuführung einer elektrischen Tischhöhenverstellung aufweist.
  9. Tischuntergestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine hinten an der Tischplatte anklemmbare Box (6) vorgesehen ist, die eine Weiterführung des Containers (5) ist und um die Tischplatte herum reicht.
  10. Tischuntergestell nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Box (6) eine Klemmaussparung (21) mit einer Stellschraube (22) zum Festklemmen an der Tischplatte aufweist.
  11. Tischuntergestell nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Box (6) stromführende Komponenten, insbesondere ein Mini-PC (23) und Kabel, untergebracht sind.
  12. Tischuntergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Box (6) eine Steckdose (24) und Stecker (25, 26) aufweist.
  13. Tischuntergestell nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Box (6) eine Kabeldurchführung (28) aufweist.
  14. Tischuntergestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Querträgern (7) ein parallel zum Längsträger (4) verlaufender Kabelkanal angehängt ist.
  15. Tischuntergestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querträger (7) jeweils ein über die Tischplatte nach hinten ragendes Trägerende aufweisen, an dem eine dritten Ebene oder Akustikelementen angebaut sind.
