Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) eines Krümmers oder Anschlussstutzens (2), wobei dieser Krümmer oder Anschlussstutzen (2) eine Öffnung (3) aufweist, umgeben von einem Flansch (4) auf dem ein Stopfen (5) montiert wird, der es erlaubt, ihn zu schließen, wobei die Vorrichtung die folgenden Mittel enthält:
    • ein Zwischenflansch (11), vorgesehen zur Befestigung auf dem Flansch (4) des Krümmers oder Anschlussstutzens (2), zwischen diesem Flansch (4) und dem Stopfen (5);
    • eine erste Dichtung (14), vorgesehen zwischen dem Zwischenflansch (11) und dem Flansch (4) des Krümmers oder Anschlussstutzens (2);
    • eine zweite Dichtung (16), vorgesehen zwischen der Oberseite des Zwischenflanschs (11) und der Unterseite des Stopfens (5); und
    • Verriegelungssysteme (22), montiert auf dem Zwischenflansch (11);
    und wobei die Verriegelungssysteme (22), jeweils ein Bedienelement (26) und einen Drehring (31) umfassen, mit einem Nocken (24), der vorgesehen ist den Stopfen (5) zu verriegeln, wenn er in die Schließposition gekippt wird und den Stopfen (5) zu lösen, wenn er in die Öffnungsposition gekippt wird, die Drehung des Bedienelementes (26) führt zur vertikalen Verschiebung und dem Kippen des Nockens (24), so dass dieser den Stopfen (5) ver- oder entriegeln kann, entsprechend der Drehrichtung des Bedienelementes (26).
  2. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenflansch (11) am Flansch (4) des Krümmers oder Anschlussstutzens (2) mittels Krampen (12) befestigt ist, die auf dem Außenrand des Zwischenflanschs (11) verteilt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krampen (12) unter den Zwischenflansch (11) geschraubt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Dichtung (14) eine Flachdichtung (15) umfasst, vorgesehen in der Kontaktzone zwischen der Oberseite des Flanschs (4) des Krümmers oder Anschlussstutzens (2) und der Unterseite des Zwischenflanschs (11).
  5. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Dichtung (16) einen Dichtring (17) umfasst, montiert auf die Öffnung des Zwischenflanschs (11), mit einer horizontalen Abflachung (18), aufliegend auf der Oberseite des Zwischenflanschs (11), mit einer O-Ring-Dichtung (19), untergebracht in einer Kehle (20), vorgesehen auf der Oberseite der horizontalen Abflachung (18).
  6. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie drei Verriegelungssysteme (22) umfasst, angeordnet im Dreieck und in gleichem Abstand verteilt auf dem Außenrand des Zwischenflanschs (11).
  7. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verriegelungssystem (22) eine Grundplatte (25) umfasst, vorgesehen um mit der Oberseite des Zwischenflanschs (11) durch Verschrauben oder Verschweißen fest verbunden zu werden.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Bedienelement (26) Handgriffe (27) umfasst, die es ihm ermöglichen, ein Drehmoment zu übertragen.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bedienelement (26) im oberen Teil des Verriegelungssystems (22) vorgesehen ist und einen zentralen, zylindrischen Hohlraum (28) mit Gewinde aufweist, der dazu vorgesehen ist, auf das komplementäre Gewinde einer senkrechten Gewindestange (29) montiert auf dem Zwischenflansch (11), aufgeschraubt zu werden.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die senkrechte Gewindestange (29) von einer Feststellschraube (30) an Ort und Stelle gehalten wird, die in Querrichtung auf dem Gewinde aufliegt und die Drehung verhindert.
  11. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehring (31) um den unteren Teil des Bedienelementes (26) montiert ist, diese beiden Teile (31, 26) sind gegenseitig unlösbar über eine Haltevorrichtung (32) montiert.

Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehring (31) durch eine reibschlüssige Verbindung (37) in Drehung versetzt wird, die zwischen dem Drehring (31) und dem Bedienelement (26) vorgesehen ist, so dass wenn das Bedienelement (26) kippt, auch der Drehring (31) kippt.
