Claims (12)
eine Beflockungskabine (3), in der Flockfasern auf das mit einer Kleberschicht versehene Teil (2) aufgebracht werden, und
eine Handhabungsvorrichtung (4), an der das Teil (2) angebracht oder anbringbar ist und mittels der das Teil (2) in die Beflockungskabine (3) einbringbar und wieder herausbringbar ist und während der Beflockung in der Beflockungskabine (3) bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Handhabungsvorrichtung (4) eine erste Handhabungskomponente (20) und eine zweite Handhabungskomponente (21) umfasst, wobei die erste Handhabungskomponente (20) einen Stab (14) und eine Linearverschiebeeinrichtung (15) und eine erste Dreheinrichtung (11) aufweist, wobei der Stab (14) mittels der Linearverschiebeeinrichtung (15) entlang seiner Längsachse (12) linear verschiebbar (16) und mittels der ersten Dreheinrichtung (11) um seine Längsachse (12) drehbar ist, die somit eine erste Drehachse (19) bildet,
wobei die zweite Handhabungskomponente (21) am Stab (14) angebracht ist und eine Halteeinrichtung (6) zum Halten des Teils (2) und, angeordnet zwischen Halteeinrichtung (6) und Stab (14), eine zweite Dreheinrichtung (8) zum Drehen der Halteeinrichtung (6) um eine zweite Drehachse (9) umfasst, wobei die zweite Drehachse (9) gegenüber der ersten Drehachse (19) geneigt ist, insbesondere senkrecht zur ersten Drehachse (19) steht.Device (1) for flocking a part (2), in particular a part for a motor vehicle, comprising

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Teil (2) zum Einbringen in die Beflockungskabine (3) mittels eines Stabes (14) linear verschoben wird,
das Teil (2) während der Beflockung durch Drehen (13) des Stabes (14) um die Längsachse (12) des Stabes (14), die somit eine erste Drehachse (19) bildet, gedreht wird,
das Teil (2) während der Beflockung um eine zweite Drehachse (9), die gegenüber der ersten Drehachse (19) geneigt ist, insbesondere senkrecht zur ersten Drehachse (19) steht, gedreht (10) wird.Method for flocking a part (2), in particular a part for a motor vehicle, in particular executable with a device (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
