    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Umhüllung für ein granulat- oder pulverförmiges oder flüssiges Produkt, das von einem beutelartigen Filterteil umgeben ist, insbesondere für einen Teebeutel oder Kaffeebeutel.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Aufgussbeutel zur Aufnahme eines in einem Fluid, im allgemeinen Wasser, löslichen und/oder mit einer Flüssigkeit aufzugießenden Produkt, wie zum Beispiel Tee, Pulverkaffee, Kakaopulver, Suppe, Brühe oder dergleichen, sind allgemein bekannt. Nach einer gewissen Einwirkungszeit soll die Flüssigkeit umgerührt werden, wozu im Allgemeinen ein Löffel oder ein ähnliches Teil verwendet wird.
  • Aus der US 3,131,065 ist bereits ein Teebeutel bekannt, der mit einer Aluminiumlasche versehen ist, die um einen Löffel geschlungen werden kann, damit der Teebeutel zusammen mit dem Unterteil des Löffels in der Flüssigkeit umgerührt werden kann. Nachteilig ist dabei jedoch, dass zum Umrühren ein separates Teil, nämlich ein Löffel, vorhanden sein muss.
  • Aus der DE 20 2008 013 007 U1 ist ein Aufgussbeutel bekannt, wobei dieser eine längliche Form hat und derart formstabil ausgebildet ist, dass ein Rühren mit dem Aufgussbeutel möglich wird. Durch diese Ausgestaltung erspart man sich zwar ein separates Umrührorgan, aber der vorbekannte Aufgussbeutel weicht zum einen von der herkömmlichen Form erheblich ab, und zum anderen benötigt er einen größeren Platzbedarf in der Aufbewahrung.
  • Aus der DE 202 20 950 U1 ist eine Aufgussrührvorrichtung mit einer Griffeinheit und mit mindestens einer Behältereinheit zum Aufnehmen eines in ei-nem Fluid aufzulösenden Produkts bekannt, wobei die Behältereinheit aus wenigstens einem Flachmaterial besteht, welches zumindest einen Fluiddurchlassabschnitt besitzt, wobei die Griffeinheit sowie die Behältereinheit zumindest annährend starr verbunden sind und wobei das Flachmaterial der Behältereinheit wenigstens im Bereich seines Fluiddurchlassabschnitts gegenüber Druckkräften, die infolge einer Rührbewegung mit der Aufgussrührvorrichtung in einem Fluid auf das Flachmaterial einwirken, zumindest annährend formstabil ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flachmaterial an der Außen- und/oder der Innenseite mit Aluminium oder einer Legierung hieraus beschichtet ist und dass der Fluiddurchlassabschnitt des Flachmaterials durch eine Permeabilität des Flachmaterials gebildet ist oder dass der Fluiddurchlassabschnitt durch wenigstens eine Durchbrechung in dem Flachmaterial gebildet ist, wobei an den Innenseiten des Fluiddurchlassabschnitts eine Vlieslage angeordnet ist. Gemäß den Fign. 1 bis 4 der DE 202 20 950 U1 ist das Produkt von einem beutelartigen Filterteil umgeben, wobei die Umhüllung ein Unterteil und ein Oberteil aufweist, die wenigstens weitgehend formstabil und widerstandsfähig gegen Flüssigkeiten sind, wobei die Umhüllung das Filterteil wenigstens teilweise in einem zusammengefalteten Zustand umgibt, wobei sich das Filterteil im Unterteil der Umhüllung befindet, das ein löffelartiges Rührorgan bildet, und wobei das Oberteil im ausgeklappten Zustand als stielartige Verlängerung des im Unterteil ausgebildeten löffelartigen Teiles ausgebildet ist.
  • Aus der US 3 215 533 A ist eine Infusionsvorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Getränks bekannt, die in Kombination einen Infusionsbeutel mit einer Menge an unschmelzbarer Substanz und ein daran befestigtes und um den Beutel gefaltetes Umhüllungsband umfasst, das ein im Wesentlichen rechteckiges Band aus zähem Papier mit einem Paar von in Längsrichtung ausgerichteten, parallele Schlitzen aufweist.
  • Aus der EP 1 946 652 A1 ist weiterhin eine Feststoffpackung bekannt, die eine lineare längliche röhrenförmige Struktur umfasst, die an einem oberen Ende und einem unteren Ende desselben abgedichtet ist, wobei die Struktur einen integralen Greifabschnitt nahe dem oberen Ende aufweist sowie eine vorbestimmte Menge eines in der röhrenförmigen Struktur enthaltenen festen Materials, wobei die Struktur eine ausreichende Gesamtsteifigkeit aufweist.
  • Aus der GB 2 509 518 A ist eine Vorrichtung zur Eingabe von Materialn (wie Teeblättern) in eine Flüssigkeit bekannt, die eine Verpackung mit einem durchlässigen Beutel umfasst, der eine infusionsfähige Substanz enthält, wobei der Beutel an seinem unteren Endbereich geschlossen ist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst zwei Seitenelemente, die auf jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seiten des oberen Endbereichs angeordnet sind. Der Beutel weist ferner ein Versteifungselement auf, das in dem Beutel zwischen dem oberen Endbereich des Beutels und dem unteren Endbereich des Beutels vorgesehen ist, wobei der Beutel aus einem Rohr aus durchlässigem Material gebildet ist, das auf sich selbst zurückgefaltet ist.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Umhüllung der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, durch die zum einen ein separates Umrührorgan entfallen kann und bei der zum anderen Formgebung und Größe sich nicht wesentlich von der bekannten Aufgussbeutelbenutzung unterscheidet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die voranstehende Aufgabe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 in Verbindung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Umhüllung sind in den abhängigen Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung unterscheidet sich die Umhüllung mit dem beutelartigen Filterteil im zusammengefalteten Zustand nur unwesentlich in Form und Größe von bekannten Aufgussbeuteln. Das zu umhüllende Produkt befindet sich wie üblich in einem Filterteil, zum Beispiel in einem Filter-Vlies oder einem Teebeutelpapier. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Filter-Vlies oder Teebeutelpapier nunmehr von einer zusammengefalteten Umhüllung, zum Beispiel in einer rahmenartigen Form, umgeben. Im ausgeklappten bzw. ausgefalteten Zustand ergibt die Umhüllung ein löffelartiges Rührorgan aufgrund einer stielartigen Verlängerung des Oberteils der Umhüllung.
  • Auf diese Weise lässt sich das beutelartige Filterteil zusammen mit der Umhüllung als Rührorgan verwenden, wodurch ein separates Rührorgan, zum Beispiel ein Löffel, vermieden wird. Hierzu ist lediglich erforderlich, dass die Umhüllung entsprechend formstabil und widerstandsfähig, zumindest für eine gewisse Zeit, gegen das Fluid, insbesondere heißem Wasser als Flüssigkeit, ausgebildet ist.
  • Die Formstabilität und Widerstandsfähigkeit wird durch seitliche Aufkantungen an dem Oberteil der Umhüllung gebildet, die im ausgefalteten Zustand der Umhüllung rechtwinklig zu einem Mittelteil des Oberteils aufgeklappt werden können.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausbildung der Erfindung kann darin bestehen, dass das Oberteil an seinem oberen Ende mit einer Lasche versehen ist, die zusammen mit einem Schlitz im Unterteil der Umhüllung ein Verschließorgan im zusammengefalteten Zustand ergibt.
  • Das Filterteil weist in einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ein feines Filter-Vlies oder Teebeutelpapier auf, das in wenigstens eine Aussparung im unteren Teil der Umhüllung eingesetzt ist.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise wird man zwei in gefaltetem Zustand der Umhüllung gegenüberliegende Aussparungen vorsehen, zwischen denen das Produkt austrittsicher gehalten ist, wobei die Aroma- und Geschmacksstoffe durch das Filtervlies bzw. Teebeutelpapier diffundieren können.
  • In einer erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung kann dabei das Filter-Vlies bzw. das Teebeutelpapier im Bereich der Aussparung in die Umhüllung eingeklebt oder eingeschweißt sein.
  • Selbstverständlich ist es jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung möglich, eine rahmenartige Umhüllung derart auszubilden, dass ein handelsüblicher Aufgussbeutel (z.B. ein Teebeutel) zwischen die beiden - in diesem Falle - offenen Aussparungen in dem Unterteil der Umhüllung eingelegt wird, wobei der Aufgussbeutel durch die rahmenartige Ausbildung im Unterteil der Umhüllung gehalten wird. Über die wenigstens eine Aussparung bzw. vorzugsweise zwei sich gegenüberliegende Aussparungen kann dann der Austausch mit der umgebenden Flüssigkeit für die Geschmacks- und Aromastoffe erfolgen.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Umhüllung sowohl in zusammengefaltetem Zustand als auch im ausgefalteten Zustand im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik deutlich größere Flächen ergibt, auf denen Inhaltsangaben, Zubereitungszeiten und vor allen Dingen auch Werbeaufdrucke aufgebracht werden können. Auf diese Weise ist die erfindungsgemäße Umhüllung insbesondere geeignet für kommerzielle Zwecke, wie zum Beispiel Selbstbedienungsrestaurants, Bahn- und Zuggesellschaften oder Fluggesellschaften, die auf diese Weise separate Löffel oder Rührstäbchen, beispielsweise aus Holz oder Plastik, einsparen können, aber gleichzeitig auch die Möglichkeit zu Werbezwecken besitzen. Weitere Vorteile sind auch Platz- und Gewichtseinsparungen.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Umhüllung liegt in einem gegenüber dem Stand der Technik besseren Umweltverhalten. Anstelle eines im Allgemeinen verwendeten Kunststofflöffels und/oder Holzrührstäbchens kann die Umhüllung aus einem abbaubaren Produkt, z.B. formstabilem Karton, biologisch abbaubarem Kunststoff oder wasserfestem Papier, bestehen und stellt auf diese Weise keine Umweltbelastung dar.
    • Kurzbeschreibung der Zeichnungen
  • Weitere Ziele, Merkmale, Vorteile und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der erfindungsgemäßen Umhüllung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen anhand der Zeichnungen. Dabei bilden alle beschriebenen und/oder bildlich dargestellten Merkmale für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination den Gegenstand der Erfindung, unabhängig von der Zusammenfassung in einzelnen Ansprüchen oder deren Rückbeziehung.
  • In den Zeichnungen zeigen
  • Figur 1 die erfindungsgemäße Umhüllung in Ausbildung als länglicher zweidimensionaler Streifen in seiner Grundform in der Draufsicht;
  • Figur 2 die Umhüllung gemäß Figur 1 mit eingesetztem Filter-Vlies bzw. Teebeutelpapier;
  • Figur 3 und Figur 4 die Umhüllung nach der Figur 2 in teilweise zusammengefaltetem Zustand;
  • Figur 5 die Umhüllung im vollständig zusammengefalteten Zustand nach den Figuren 2, 3 und 4;
  • Figur 6 eine dreidimensionale Ansicht der Umhüllung mit dem Filterteil im vollständig zusammengefalteten Zustand vor Benutzung nach den Figuren 2, 3 und 4;

  • Figur 9 und Figur 10 die Umhüllung nach der Figur 8 in teilweise zusammengefaltetem Zustand;
  • Figur 11 die Umhüllung nach den Figuren 8, 9 und 10 in vollständig zusammengefaltetem Zustand;
  • Figur 12 eine dreidimensionale Ansicht der Umhüllung mit eingelegtem Aufgussbeutel in vollständig zusammengefaltetem Zustand vor Benutzung nach den Figuren 8, 9 und 10; und
  • Figur 13 die Umhüllung mit Aufgussbeutel im ausgefalteten Zustand in Ausbildung als Rührorgan.
    • Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Die Umhüllung weist in ihrer Grundform einen zweidimensionalen, länglichen Streifen 1 auf. Der Streifen 1 weist ein Oberteil 2 und ein über eine vorgeprägte Knickstelle 3 damit verbundenes Unterteil 4 als späteres Filterteil auf. Zusätzlich ist zum Zusammenfalten des Oberteils 2 dieses mit zwei weiteren vorgeprägten Knickstellen 5 bzw. Prägekanten versehen, die in geringem Abstand (mindestens die Breite des ovalen Bodens) zu einander quer verlaufend zur Längsachse des Streifens 1 vorgesehen sind.
  • Das Unterteil 4 der Umhüllung ist mit einer ovalförmigen vorgeprägten Knickstelle 6 versehen, die in gefaltetem Zustand zur Bildung eines Bodens dient.
  • Das Unterteil 4 der Umhüllung ist mit zwei Aussparungen 7 versehen, die im gefalteten Zustand sich gegenüberliegend ausgebildet sind.
  • Wie aus der Figur 2 ersichtlich ist, ist das Unterteil 4 mit einem Filter-Vlies bzw. Teebeutelpapier 13 versehen, das in das Unterteil 4 eingeklebt oder eingeschweißt ist, damit die beiden Aussparungen 7 nach außen abschließt und auf diese Weise ein Filterteil 17 bildet. In das Unterteil 4 mit dem aufgebrachten Filter-Vlies wird granulat- oder pulverförmiges oder ein flüssiges Produkt eingebracht. "Flüssiges" Produkt betrifft selbstverständlich im Rahmen der Erfindung auch zähflüssige und pastöse Produkte. Anschließend wird das Unterteil 4 an der ovalförmig vorgeprägten Knickstelle 6 gefaltet, um das Unterteil 4 mit dem Filter-Vlies 13 zu verschließen (siehe Figur 3), um auf diese Weise eine Art Teebeutel als Filterteil 17 zu bilden.
  • In einem weiteren Arbeitsgang wird gemäß Figur 4 das Oberteil 2 an der vorgeprägten Prägekante bzw. Knickstelle 3 eingeklappt. Abschließend werden auch die beiden Knickstellen 5 des Oberteils 2 so umgelegt, dass die Umhüllung 1 schutzartig und rahmenartig das Filterteil 17 umgibt. Zur Verbindung des Oberteils 2 mit dem Unterteil 4 ist das Oberteil 2 auf seiner Oberseite mit einer Lasche 8 versehen, die in einen Querschlitz 9 in das Unterteil 4 einsteckbar ist (siehe Figur 5).
  • Aus der Figur 6 ist die Umhüllung 1 in ihrem vollständig zusammengefalteten Zustand in dreidimensionaler Ansicht erkennbar. Wie ersichtlich, entspricht diese Form annähernd der Ausgestaltung eines herkömmlichen Aufgussbeutels, z.B. eines herkömmlichen Teebeutels. Auf diese Weise ist eine Platz sparende und senkrecht stehende Aufbewahrung und ein Schutz vor Beschädigung des Filterteils möglich. Geschmacks- und Aromastoffe bleiben frisch und können nicht austreten.
  • Zum Herstellen eines Getränks erfolgt ein Ent- bzw. Ausfaltvorgang in Umkehrung zu dem vorstehend beschriebenen Faltvorgang. Wenn die Umhüllung vollständig ausgefaltet ist, werden Seitenteile durch vorgeprägte, an beiden Längsseiten angebrachte Aufkantungen 10 und 11 bzw. Prägekanten im Oberteil 2 rechtwinklig aus einem Mittelteil 12 herausgeklappt. Das Mittelteil 12 kann großflächig vorder- und rückseitig für Inhaltsangaben, Zubereitungszeiten und vor allem auch für Werbeaufdrucke genutzt werden.
  • Aus der Figur 7 ist ersichtlich, dass durch die mittels der Prägekanten 10, 11 aus dem Mittelteil 12 herausgeklappten Seitenteile eine formstabile und widerstandsfähige Konstruktion geschaffen ist, durch die die Umhüllung 1 als Rührorgan verwendet werden kann, wobei der untere Teil 4 der Umhüllung 1 mit dem Filterteil 17 (dem Filter-Vlies / Papierfilter 13 oder einem eingelegten Produkt 16) ein Umrührorgan bzw. eine Art Löffel und das Oberteil 2 durch eine stielartig ausgebildete Verlängerung eine Art Griff bildet.
  • Die Figuren 8 bis 13 zeigen eine Ausführungsform der Umhüllung 1, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass bekannte handelsübliche Aufgussbeutel 16, z.B. Teebeutel darin aufgenommen werden können. Grundsätzlich ist der Aufbau dabei der gleiche, wie das in den Figuren 1 bis 7 beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel. Im Vergleich der Figuren 8 und 1 bzw. Figur 2 fehlen in diesem Fall jedoch das Filter-Vlies bzw. Teebeutelpapier 13 über den Aussparungen 7. In diesem Fall dienen die Aussparungen 7 in Form einer rahmenartigen Halterung dazu, dass die Geschmack- und Aromastoffe aus dem dazwischen liegenden Aufgussbeutel 16 austreten können. Der separate Aufgussbeutel 16 ist aus den Figuren 9 bis 13 ersichtlich.
  • Im Unterschied zu der Ausgestaltung nach den Figuren 1 bis 8 weist jedoch das Unterteil 4 neben dem Schlitz 9 für die Lasche 8 einen weiteren Querschlitz 14 im oberen Bereich des Unterteils 4 auf, in welchen zum Verschließen des Unterteils 4 (d.h. zur Erstellung des Filterteils 17) und gleichzeitigem Festklemmen des Aufgussbeutels 16 eine Lasche 15, die sich am unteren Ende des Unterteils 4 befindet, eingeschoben werden kann.
  • Die Umhüllung, die aus dem länglichen Streifen 1 gebildet ist und das beutelartige Filterteil 17 (mit dem Filter-Vlies / Teebeutelpapier 13 oder dem Aufgussbeutel 16) rahmenartig umgibt, sollte aus einem umweltfreundlichen und abbaubaren Material bestehen. Hierfür ist zum Beispiel ein wasserfester Karton oder biologisch abbaubarer Kunststoff geeignet, der lediglich so stabil bzw. widerstandsfähig sein sollte, dass er zumindest mehrere Minuten in der Flüssigkeit entsprechend stabil bleibt, um als Rührorgan verwendet werden zu können.
  • Die beiden Ausführungsbeispiele wurden für die Aufbereitung von Tee beschrieben. Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung auch für andere Produkte geeignet, die in Form eines Aufgusses zubereitet werden, z.B. Suppe, Brühe, Dressing, Ketchup, usw. Des Weiteren ist die Erfindung auch im Bereich Camping, Outdoor-Sport usw. einsetzbar.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Umhüllung beschränkt sich in ihrer Ausführung nicht auf die vorstehend angegebenen bevorzugten Ausführungsformen. Vielmehr sind eine Vielzahl von Ausgestaltungsvariationen denkbar, welche von der dargestellten Lösung auch bei grundsätzlich anders gearteter Ausführung Gebrauch machen.

Claims (8)

  1. Umhüllung (1) für ein granulat- oder pulverförmiges oder flüssiges Produkt (16) mit einem beutelartigen Filterteil (17), insbesondere für einen Teebeutel oder Kaffeebeutel, wobei die Umhüllung (1) ein Unterteil (4) und ein Oberteil (2) aufweist, die wenigstens weitgehend formstabil und widerstandsfähig gegen Flüssigkeiten sind, wobei die Umhüllung (1) das Filterteil (17) wenigstens teilweise in einem zusammengefalteten Zustand umgibt und sich das Filterteil (17) im Unterteil (4) der Umhüllung (1) befindet, das ein löffelartiges Rührorgan bildet und wobei das Oberteil (2) im ausgeklappten Zustand als stielartige Verlängerung des im Unterteil (4) ausgebildeten löffelartigen Teiles ausgebildet ist.
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das ausfaltbare Oberteil (2) mit seitlichen Aufkantungen (10,11) versehen ist, die im aufgeklappten Zustand des Oberteils (2) aus einem Mittelteil (12) des Oberteils (2) aufklappbar sind.
  2. Umhüllung (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Filterteil (17) ein Filter-Vlies oder Teebeutelpapier (13) aufweist, das in wenigstens einer Aussparung (7) im unteren Teil (4) der Umhüllung eingesetzt ist.
  3. Umhüllung (1) nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das feine Filter-Vlies oder das Teebeutelpapier (13) im Bereich der Aussparung (7) der Umhüllung eingeklebt oder eingeschweißt ist.
  4. Umhüllung (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    in gefaltetem Zustand an den Präge-/Biegekanten (6) im unteren Teil (4) der Umhüllung (1) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Aussparungen (7) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen das Produkt durch das Filter-Vlies oder Teebeutelpapier (13) als Filterteil (17) austrittsicher gehalten ist.
  5. Umhüllung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Oberteil (2) an seinem oberen Ende mit einer Lasche (8) versehen ist, die zusammen mit einem Schlitz (9) im Unterteil (4) der Umhüllung ein Verschließorgan im gefalteten Zustand ergibt.
  6. Umhüllung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Umhüllung (1) das Filter-Vlies oder Teebeutelpapier (13) oder einen herkömmlichen Teebeutel (16) in Form eines Filterteils (17) rahmenartig umgibt.
  7. Umhüllung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das beutelartige Filterteil (17) für vorgefertigte Aufgussbeutel (16) in das Unterteil (4) der Umhüllung (1) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Umhüllung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Unterteil (4) mit einer Lasche (15) versehen ist, die sich am unteren Ende des Unterteils (4) befindet und die in einen Querschlitz (14) im oberen Bereich des Unterteils (4) einschiebbar ist.
