Claims (15)

  1. Verfahren, das vorgesehen ist, bei einem dezentralisierten System zur Steuerung des Verkehrs von Fahrzeugen auf einem Schienennetz (10) durchgeführt zu werden, wobei das Schienennetz in eine Mehrzahl von Ressourcen (1 bis 6) unterteilt ist, jede Ressource durch einen Zuweisungszustand und einen Schaltzustand gekennzeichnet ist und durch eine Bodensteuervorrichtung (11) gesteuert wird, die an eine Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30) angeschlossen ist, wobei das System auf das Vorhandensein von an Bord der Fahrzeuge, genannt ausgerüstete Fahrzeuge, mitgeführten Steuervorrichtungen (23) gestützt ist, um die Zuweisung und das Schalten der Ressourcen, die für die Bewegung des entsprechenden ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (21) erforderlich sind, direkt neben den Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11), die die Ressourcen durch den Austausch von angepassten Nachrichten über die Infrastruktur (30) steuern, zu managen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Ermöglichen des Verkehrs eines nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) auf dem Schienennetz (10) das Verfahren darin besteht, an einer zentralen Steuervorrichtung (42), auf dem Boden, die mit der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30) verbunden ist, eine Steuervorrichtung zu emulieren, genannt emulierte Steuervorrichtung (24), die an Bord eines nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) mitgenommen würde, wobei die zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) eine laufende Position des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) aus Signalen schätzt, die von einer Mehrzahl von Lesevorrichtungen (15) ausgegeben werden, die entlang der Schienen des Schienennetzes (10) angeordnet sind und mit der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30) verbunden sind.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Emulation durch die zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) einer Steuervorrichtung, die an Bord eines nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) mitgeführt würde, die Schritte aufweist, die darin bestehen:
    - abhängig von der laufenden Position des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) und für ein gegebenes Zeitfenster eine Gruppe von Ressourcen (217b) zu identifizieren, die unter der Bedingung, dass jede dieser Ressourcen dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug zugeordnet ist und in einem geforderten Schaltzustand ist, dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug ermöglicht, eine vorgegebene Aufgabe zu verfolgen, indem ein Weg auf dem Netz (10) korrespondierend zu der Gruppe der identifizierten Ressourcen (217b) benutzt wird;
    - identifizierte Ressourcen zu reservieren, über die Durchführung eines vorbestimmten Protokolls darin bestehend, dass bei jeder der Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11), die den Ressourcen der Gruppe von identifizierten Ressourcen (217b) zugeordnet sind, die Zuweisung der Ressourcen zu dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug (22) angefordert wird,
    - dann sobald alle Ressourcen der Gruppe dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug zugewiesen wurden, die zugewiesenen Ressourcen zu schalten, durch die Durchführung eines vorbestimmten Protokolls darin bestehend, dass bei jeder der Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11), die den Ressourcen der Gruppe von zugewiesenen Ressourcen (217b) zugeordnet sind, die Änderung des Schaltzustands der zugewiesenen Ressource entsprechend einem angeforderten Schaltzustand angefordert wird;
    - zu verifizieren, dass jede der Ressourcen der Gruppe von identifizierten Ressourcen dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug (22) zugewiesen wurde und sich in dem geforderten Schaltzustand befindet; und wenn diese Verifizierung positiv ist,
    - die Autorisierung der Bewegung des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) auf den entsprechenden Weg zu erstrecken.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei einer Planungszentrale (41), die mit der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30) verbunden ist, einen Schritt der Planung einer Aufgabe für das nicht ausgerüstete Fahrzeug und einen Schritt der Übertragung über die Kommunikationsinfrastruktur der Aufgabe (216) zu der zentralen Steuervorrichtung (42), die eine Steuervorrichtung (24) emuliert, die an Bord des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) mitgeführt würde, umfassend.
  4. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) über die Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30) der Planungszentrale (41) Informationen über die Position und/oder über die Gruppe von identifizierten Ressourcen bezüglich des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) überträgt und die Planungszentrale diese Informationen verwendet, um die verschiedenen, den ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugen (21) und den nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugen (22), die auf dem Netz (10) fahren, zugeordneten Aufgaben (1216; 216) zu aktualisieren.
  5. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, außerdem umfassend einen Schritt zur Freisetzung einer zugewiesenen Ressource an ein nicht ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug (22), der darin besteht, dass, über die Durchführung eines vorbestimmten Protokolls, die zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) bei der Bodensteuervorrichtung (11), die der zugewiesenen Ressource zugeordnet ist, anfordert, dass diese Ressource nicht mehr dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug (22) zugewiesen ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Identifikationsschritt (212) einen Schätzschritt (218) eines Geschwindigkeitsprofils des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22) entlang eines Weges des Netzes, der einer Gruppe von potentiellen Ressourcen entspricht, aufweist, um das benötigte Zeitfenster, das jeder Ressource einer Gruppe von identifizierten Ressourcen zugeordnet ist, zu bestimmen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Tabelle (310) aktualisiert wird, die jedem auf dem Netz (10) fahrenden Fahrzeug einen Typ zuordnet, der den Wert "ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug" oder "nicht ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug" einnimmt, wobei eine emulierte Steuervorrichtung für jedes der Fahrzeuge der Tabelle (310), das als ein Typ "nicht ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug" angezeigt wird, instanziiert wird, jede an Bord eines ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (21) mitgeführte Steuervorrichtung (23) periodisch ein Sperrsignal sendet, das, wenn es nicht während einer vorbestimmten Periode empfangen wird, zu einer Aktualisierung der Tabelle (310) führt, indem der Wert "nicht ausgerüstet" dem Typ des entsprechenden ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs zugeteilt wird.
  8. Zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) für ein dezentralisiertes System zur Steuerung des Verkehrs von Fahrzeugen auf einem Schienennetz, wobei das Netz (10) in eine Mehrzahl von Ressourcen (1 bis 6) unterteilt ist und jede Ressource durch einen Zuweisungszustand und einen Schaltzustand gekennzeichnet ist, wobei das System umfasst:
    - eine Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30);
    - Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11), wobei jede Bodensteuervorrichtung mindestens einer Ressource zugeordnet ist und geeignet ist, die oder jede zugeordnete Ressource zuzuweisen und eine Änderung des Schaltzustands der oder jeder zugeordneten Ressource zu steuern; und
    - bordseitige Steuervorrichtungen (23), wobei jede bordseitige Steuervorrichtung ein Fahrzeug ausrüstet, genannt ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug (21), und geeignet ist, die Zuweisung und das Schalten einer ersten Gruppe von Ressourcen zu managen, wodurch dem ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug ermöglicht wird, eine Aufgabe zu verfolgen, indem es mit den Bodensteuervorrichtungen, die den Ressourcen der ersten Gruppezugeordnet sind, kommuniziert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) geeignet ist, für ein nicht ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug (22), das auf dem Schienennetz fährt, eine Steuervorrichtung zu emulieren, genannt emulierte Steuervorrichtung (24), die äquivalent zu einer Steuervorrichtung ist, die an Bord eines nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs mitgeführt würde, derart, dass die Zuweisung und das Schalten einer zweiten Gruppe von Ressourcen gemanagt wird, wodurch dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug ermöglicht wird, eine Aufgabe zu verfolgen, indem sie mit den Bodensteuervorrichtungen kommuniziert, die den Ressourcen der zweiten Gruppe zugeordnet sind.
  9. Zentrale Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, umfassend Mittel (211) zur Positionierung des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (22), die geeignet sind, eine laufende Position des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs aus den Positionssignalen zu erzeugen, die von Lesevorrichtungen (12) gesendet werden, die entlang der Schienen des Netzes (10) angeordnet sind und geeignet sind, den Durchgang des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs zu detektieren und eine angepasste Nachricht über die Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30) zu senden.
  10. Zentrale Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, außerdem umfassend:
    - Identifikationsmittel (212), die ermöglichen, eine Ressourcengruppe (217b) von Interesse zu identifizieren, die unter der Bedingung, dass jede dieser Ressourcen dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug zugewiesen wird und in einem verlangten Schaltzustand ist, dem nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug erlaubt, eine Aufgabe zu verfolgen, indem ein Weg auf dem Netz (10) entsprechend der Gruppe von identifizierten Ressourcen benutzt wird;
    - Mittel (213) zur Zuweisung und Freisetzung, die gestatten, aus einer Gruppe von identifizierten Ressourcen (217b) Anfragen bezüglich einer Ressourcenzuweisung zu erzeugen, die vorgesehen sind, an die den identifizierten Ressourcen zugeordneten Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11) übertragen zu werden, und Antworten bezüglich einer Ressourcenzuweisung von den Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11) zu behandeln, und die ermöglichen, aus einer Gruppe von zugewiesenen Ressourcen Anfragen bezüglich eines Ressourcenschaltens zu erzeugen, die Schaltparameter aufweisen, die vorgesehen sind, an die diesen zugewiesenen Ressourcen zugeordneten Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11) übertragen zu werden, und Antworten von den Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11) bezüglich eines Ressourcenschaltens zu behandeln;
    - Mittel (214) zur Prüfung, die eine Prüfung dahingehend gestatten, dass alle Ressourcen einer Gruppe (217b) von identifizierten Ressourcen den nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugen (20) zugewiesen wurden und dass alle Ressourcen einer Gruppe von zugewiesenen Ressourcen in dem geforderten Schaltzustand sind, und eine Autorisierung der Bewegung des nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs auf dem den Ressourcen entsprechenden Weg zu erzeugen.
  11. Zentrale Steuervorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Datenbank (215) aufweist, die eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Ressourcen umfasst, die Bestandteil des Schienennetzes (10) sind.
  12. Zentrale Steuervorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel (218) zur Schätzung eines Geschwindigkeitsprofils des Fahrzeugs auf einer Gruppe von potentiellen Ressourcen aufweist.
  13. Zentrale Steuervorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, umfassend mindestens eine Liste (217), die einer Gruppe von identifizierten Ressourcen entspricht, wobei die Liste für jede Ressource der Gruppe umfasst:
    - ein Identifikationsfeld der Ressource;
    - ein Feld entsprechend eines verlangten Zeitfensters der Zuweisung der Ressource;
    - ein Feld entsprechend dem Zuweisungszustand "zugewiesen" oder "nicht zugewiesen" der Ressource zu dem Fahrzeug;
    - ein Feld, das den verlangten Schaltzustand für die Ressource definiert; und
    - ein Schaltfeld, das einem Flag entspricht, das angibt, dass die Ressource sich tatsächlich in dem verlangten Schaltzustand befindet.
  14. Dezentralisiertes System zur Steuerung des Verkehrs von Fahrzeugen auf einem Schienennetz, wobei das Netz (10) in eine Mehrzahl von Ressourcen (1 bis 6) aufgeteilt ist, und jede Ressource in einem Zuweisungszustand und in einem Schaltzustand ist, wobei das System umfasst:
    - eine Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (30);
    - eine Mehrzahl von Bodensteuervorrichtungen (11), die mit der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur verbunden sind, wobei jede Bodensteuervorrichtung mindestens einer Ressource zugeordnet ist und geeignet ist, die oder jede zugeordnete Ressource zuzuweisen und eine Änderung des Schaltzustands der oder jeder zugeordneten Ressource zu steuern;
    - bordseitige Steuervorrichtungen (23), die mit der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur verbunden sind, wobei jede bordseitige Steuervorrichtung ein Fahrzeug ausrüstet, genannt ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug (21), und geeignet ist, die Zuweisung und das Schalten einer ersten Gruppe von Ressourcen zu managen, wodurch dem ausgerüsteten Fahrzeug ermöglicht wird, eine Aufgabe zu verfolgen, indem es mit den Bodensteuervorrichtungen kommuniziert, die den Ressourcen der ersten Gruppe zugeordnet sind;
    - eine Planungszentrale (41), die mit der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur verbunden ist und geeignet ist, eine Aufgabe für jedes der auf dem Netz fahrenden Fahrzeugs zu erzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem eine zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) entsprechend einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 8 bis 13 umfasst, um das Fahren von nicht ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugen (22) auf dem Netz zu gestatten.
  15. System nach Anspruch 14, umfassend eine Tabelle (310), die jedem auf dem Netz (10) fahrenden Fahrzeug einen Typ zuordnet, der den Wert "ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug" oder "nicht ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug" einnimmt, wobei die zentrale Steuervorrichtung (42) geeignet ist, eine emulierte Steuervorrichtung (24) für jedes Fahrzeug der Tabelle (310) zu instanzieren, das als ein "nicht ausgerüstetes Fahrzeug" angegeben wird, wobei jede an Bord eines ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs (21) mitgeführte Steuervorrichtung (23) geeignet ist, periodisch ein Sperrsignal zu senden, das, wenn es nicht während einer vorbestimmten Periode von einem geeigneten Aktualisierungsmittel der Tabelle (310) empfangen wird, letzeres dazu leitet, den Wert "nicht ausgerüstet" dem Typ des entsprechenden ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugs zuzuteilen.
