Die US 2011/285528 A1 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Überwachung des Zustands eines Schlosses, bei dem die Schlüssel den Zustand der von ihnen geschlossenen bzw. geöffneten Schlösser drahtlos über Mobilfunkgeräte an einen zentralen Server weiterleiten.
Ausgehend von dieser Situation ist es die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine einfache und effektive Möglichkeit bereitzustellen, ein herkömmliches Drehschloss hinsichtlich seines Schließzustandes zu überwachen.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch den Gegenstand des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Die Erfindung liegt damit in einem Verfahren zum Überwachen des Schließzustandes eines mit einem mechanischen Schlüssel betätigbaren Drehschlosses, wobei

  • der Schlüssel mit einer Sensoreinrichtung versehen ist,
  • die Sensoreinrichtung einen Drehbewegungssensor, mit dem eine Drehbewegung des Schlüssels im Drehschloss erfasst wird, und einen Orientierungssensor aufweist, mit dem die Orientierung des Schlüssels während der Drehbewegung erfasst wird, auf der Grundlage der von dem Orientierungssensor während der Drehbewegung des Schlüssels erfassten Orientierung ermittelt wird, auf welcher Seite des Drehschlosses der Schlüssel betätigt worden ist, und
in Verbindung mit der von dem Drehbewegungssensor erfassten Drehbewegung des Schlüssels der Schließzustand des Drehschlosses ermittelt wird, wobei
mit dem Orientierungssensor die Orientierung des Schlüssels relativ zum magnetischen Nordpol der Erde erfasst wird. Es ist somit ein maßgeblicher Punkt der Erfindung, dass die Sensoreinrichtung zur Erfassung des Schließzustandes des Drehschlosses vollständig an dem mechanischen Schlüssel vorgesehen ist. Diese Sensorik weist neben einem Drehbewegungssensor, mit dem eine Drehbewegung des Schlüssels erfasst wird, auch einen Orientierungssensor auf, mit dem die Orientierung des Schlüssels während dieser Drehbewegung erfasst wird. Zur Erfassung des Schließzustandes des Drehschlosses kann damit zum einen, nämlich aufgrund der Richtung der Drehbewegung des Schlüssels, erfasst werden, ob das Drehschloss abgeschlossen oder aufgeschlossen worden ist. Zusätzlich ermöglicht der Orientierungssensor, die Orientierung des Schlüssels während des Auf- bzw. Abschließens, also während der Drehbewegung, zu erfassen, so dass damit auch erkannt werden kann, von welcher Richtung her der Schlüssel in das Drehschloss eingesteckt worden ist.
