Claims (10)

  1. Découpe en une matière pliable, comme du carton ondulé, du carton pâte ou du carton pour la fabrication d'un emballage déployable par machine, notamment d'un plateau, la découpe comportant un fond inférieur (3) et articulées sur ce dernier, deux parois latérales (4), une paroi arrière (6) et une paroi avant (5), ainsi que deux pattes d'assemblage (7, 8) articulées sur la paroi avant (5) et deux articulées sur la paroi arrière (6) pour l'assemblage des parois latérales (4) avec la paroi avant (5) et la paroi arrière (6), caractérisée en ce que sur les pattes d'assemblage (7) articulées sur la paroi avant (5) est fixé un élément élastique (15) détendu.
  2. Découpe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément élastique (15) comporte une bande recouvrant au moins par zones la paroi avant (5) en une matière à élongation réversible, comme du caoutchouc ou du latex, qui comporte deux extrémité libres qui sont fixées chacune sur l'une des deux pattes d'assemblage (7).
  3. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans la paroi avant (5) est conçue une ouverture de retrait (14), l'élément élastique (15) recouvrant au moins par zones l'ouverture de retrait (14).
  4. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sur la paroi arrière (6), sur l'arête opposée au fond inférieur (3) est articulée une patte de retenue (9) dont la largeur délimitée par des arêtes libres ou des lignes cannelées ou lignes de flexion est inférieure à la largeur du fond inférieur (3) entre les parois latérales (4) mutuellement opposées.
  5. Découpe selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que sur la patte de retenue (9), sur des arêtes mutuellement opposées sont articulées des pattes cardées (10).
  6. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans le fond inférieur (3), une patte de blocage (11) qui est articulée unilatéralement sur le fond inférieur (3) est formée par des incisions ou découpes (12, 13).
  7. Découpe selon les revendications 4 et 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une arête libre de la patte de blocage (11) est en retrait d'au moins une, notamment d'au moins deux épaisseurs de matière par rapport à l'arête du fond inférieur (3) sur laquelle est articulée la paroi arrière (6).
  8. Découpe selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que sur la patte de retenue (9) et/ou la patte de blocage (11) sont prévus des moyens d'enclenchement.
  9. Emballage, notamment plateau, qui à partir d'une découpe (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes est déployé par machine à partir d'une position de transport à plat dans un état d'utilisation déplié, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (15) est fixé entre les pattes d'assemblage (7) articulées sur la paroi avant (5) et les parois latérales (4).
  10. Emballage selon la revendication 9, qui comprend en supplément un couvercle avec une surface de recouvrement opposée au fond inférieur (3) et des parois périphériques articulées sur cette dernière, recouvrant au moins par zones les parois latérales (4), la paroi arrière (6) et/ou la paroi avant (5), dans la surface de recouvrement étant prévue une patte à déchirer, délimitée par des lignes d'affaiblissement.
