- Machine-outil manuelle (1) comportant :un porte-outil (2) destiné à recevoir un outil à buriner (4) sur un axe de travail (11),un moteur (5),un mécanisme de percussion (6) qui comporte un tube de guidage (13) coaxial à l'axe de travail (11), un percuteur (15) guidé sur l'axe de travail (11) qui percute l'outil (4) ou un percuteur intermédiaire (31) en un point de percussion (28), un excitateur (16) entraîné périodiquement entre un premier point mort (25) éloigné du point de percussion (28) et un second point mort (26) proche du point de percussion (28), et une chambre pneumatique (19) agencée entre le percuteur (15) et une face frontale (24) de l'excitateur (16) dirigée vers le percuteur (16) pour coupler le mouvement du percuteur (15) au mouvement périodique de l'excitateur (16),un boîtier (34) encapsulé de manière étanche à l'air, dont l'espace intérieur (37) est fermé par une face frontale (41) de l'excitateur (16) opposée au percuteur (15),un premier clapet (38) agencé près du point de percussion (28) et pouvant être fermé par le percuteur (15), lequel le premier clapet relie la chambre pneumatique (19) à l'espace intérieur (37), etun second clapet (39) agencé près du premier point mort (25) et pouvant être fermé par l'excitateur (16), lequel second clapet relie la chambre de pneumatique (19) à l'espace intérieur (37), caractérisée en ce quele premier clapet (38) n'est fermé que lorsque le percuteur (15) est déplacé à partir du point de percussion (28) de plus de 10 % de la distance (30) parcourue du point de percussion (28) à un point d'inversion (29) du percuteur (15), et en ce quele second clapet (39) n'est fermé par l'excitateur (16) que lorsque l'excitateur (16) est éloigné du premier point mort (25) de plus de 10 % de la hauteur de course (27) du premier point mort (25) au second point mort (26).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (34) contient au moins une partie d'un engrenage (20).

- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le premier clapet (38) et le second clapet (39) sont agencés à l'intérieur du boîtier (34).
