Claims (15)
- Étaleur-nappeur, notamment étaleur en croix, comprenant un dispositif étaleur (7) destiné à replier un voile de carde (4) amené et former un non-tissé (14) à plusieurs couches sur une bande d'évacuation (15) d'un convoyeur d'évacuation (13) qui suit un tracé transversal ou en biais par rapport à la direction d'amenée (26), le convoyeur d'évacuation (13) possédant un dispositif (19) destiné à régler un contour de tracé variable dans le sens de l'évacuation (27) de la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) du dispositif étaleur (7), caractérisé en ce que le contour de tracé de la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) présente un point de pliage ou de discontinuité (20) qui est disposé approximativement dans la zone centrale de la largeur de la sortie de crêpe (12), vu dans le sens de l'évacuation (27).
- Étaleur-nappeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la position du point de pliage ou de discontinuité (20) du contour de tracé dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) est réglable et éventuellement positionnable au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (23) dans un ou plusieurs axes (24, 25), notamment verticalement et/ou horizontalement.
- Étaleur-nappeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le contour de tracé de la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) possède des angles d'inclinaison (α, β) de différentes valeurs.
- Étaleur-nappeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un angle d'inclinaison (α, β) orienté vers le bas de la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) augmente dans le sens de l'évacuation (27) derrière le point de pliage ou de discontinuité (20).
- Étaleur-nappeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) présente un tracé recourbé ou coudé vers le bas dans le sens de l'évacuation (27).
- Étaleur-nappeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) présente une inclinaison de base orientée en biais vers le bas.
- Étaleur-nappeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur d'évacuation (13) est réalisé sous la forme d'une bande d'évacuation circulante et la bande d'évacuation (15) sous la forme de son brin supérieur.
- Étaleur-nappeur selon les revendications 2 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (19) possède un dispositif de soutien (21) positionnable, notamment un rouleau de soutien (22) rotatif, pour le brin supérieur, disposé sous la sortie de crêpe (12), le dispositif de soutien (21) étant relié au dispositif de commande (23) à axe unique ou à plusieurs axes.
- Étaleur-nappeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif étaleur (7) possède plusieurs, notamment deux, chariots principaux (8, 9) mobiles transversalement et en marche arrière au-dessus du convoyeur d'évacuation (13) et plusieurs, notamment deux, bandes d'étalement (10, 11) continues guidées sur les chariots principaux (8, 9) par le biais de rouleaux de renvoi, le chariot principal inférieur (9) possédant la sortie de crêpe (12) pour le voile de carde (4) entre les bandes d'étalement (10, 11).
- Étaleur-nappeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'étaleur-nappeur (3) possède un dispositif de profilage (6) pour le non-tissé (14) monté en amont du et/ou associé au dispositif étaleur (7).
- Équipement de production de fibres (1) comprenant un générateur de crêpe (2), notamment une cardeuse ou une machine à carder, destiné à produire un voile de carde (4) et un étaleur-nappeur (3), notamment étaleur en croix, destiné à former et à délivrer un non-tissé (14) à plusieurs couches sur un convoyeur d'évacuation (13), caractérisé en ce que l'étaleur-nappeur (3) est configuré selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
- Procédé d'étalement d'un non-tissé (14) au moyen d'un étaleur-nappeur (3), notamment étaleur en croix, comprenant un dispositif étaleur (7) qui replie un voile de carde (4) amené et forme un non-tissé (14) à plusieurs couches sur une bande d'évacuation (15) d'un convoyeur d'évacuation (13) qui suit un tracé transversal ou en biais par rapport à la direction d'amenée (26), un contour de tracé variable dans le sens de l'évacuation (27) de la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) du dispositif étaleur (7) étant réglé au niveau du convoyeur d'évacuation (13), caractérisé en ce que le contour de tracé de la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) est pourvu d'un point de pliage ou de discontinuité (20) qui est disposé approximativement dans la zone centrale de la largeur de la sortie de crêpe (12), vu dans le sens de l'évacuation (27).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le contour de tracé de la bande d'évacuation (15) est réglé dans la zone projetée verticalement sous la sortie de crêpe (12) du dispositif étaleur (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que la position du point de pliage ou de discontinuité (20) du contour de tracé dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12) est réglé et éventuellement positionné au moyen d'un dispositif de commande (23) dans un ou plusieurs axes (24, 25), notamment verticalement et/ou horizontalement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que des angles d'inclinaison (α, β) de différentes valeurs sont réglés pour le contour de tracé de la bande d'évacuation (15) dans la zone sous la sortie de crêpe (12), l'angle d'inclinaison (β) dirigé vers le bas et l'écartement (b) entre la bande d'évacuation (15) et la sortie de crêpe (12), vu dans le sens de l'évacuation (27), augmentant derrière le point de pliage ou de discontinuité (20) dans le contour de tracé.
