Claims (6)

  1. Behälter zum Verpacken von Lebensmitteln (A), der in seinem Inneren eine Schale (1) umfasst, der ein Deckel (2) zugeordnet ist, der im Wesentlichen mit der gleichen Umfangsform hergestellt ist und aus dem gleichen Material wie die Schale hergestellt ist und der dafür geeignet ist, die Schale zu verschließen, wenn in dieser das Lebensmittel positioniert ist, wobei ein derartiger Deckel durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt (3) fest mit der Oberkante der Schale verbunden ist,
    wobei ein derartiges Lebensmittel (A) in der Schale positioniert ist, insbesondere auf dem Boden (12) der Schale, und mit einer anhaftenden Folie (F) überzogen ist, so dass die Packung unter Vakuumbedingungen platziert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel zusammen mit der Schale hergestellt ist und die Oberkante der Schale (11) und die Umfangskante des Deckels (21) derart geformt sind, dass sie fest miteinander verbunden sind, zum Beispiel durch Ineinandergreifen, um den Deckel selbst in geschlossener Position zu halten.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine derartige Folie auf dem Lebensmittel gemäß der "Skin-Pack"-Technologie positioniert ist.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schale gemäß verschiedenen Formen hergestellt sein kann, zum Beispiel quadratisch, rechteckig, rund, oval usw.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus APET oder Polypropylen hergestellt ist.
  5. Verfahren zum Verpacken von Lebensmitteln (A) in einem Behälter, wobei ein derartiger Behälter eine Schale (1) umfasst, der ein Deckel (2) zugeordnet ist, der im Wesentlichen mit der gleichen Umfangsform hergestellt ist und aus dem gleichen Material wie die Schale hergestellt ist und der dafür geeignet ist, die Schale zu verschließen, wenn in dieser das Lebensmittel positioniert ist, wobei ein derartiger Deckel durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt (3) fest mit der Oberkante der Schale verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    • Bereitstellen der Schale, die zusammen mit dem Deckel hergestellt ist,
    • Positionieren des Lebensmittels (A) auf einem Boden (12) der Schale,
    • Überziehen eines derartigen Lebensmittels mit einer Folie (F),
    • Anhaften einer derartigen Folie an das Lebensmittel, um eine Vakuumverpackung für das Lebensmittel selbst herzustellen,
    • Verschließen des Deckels der Schale durch Ineinandergreifen-Lassen der Kante des Deckels mit der Kante der Schale.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei ein derartiger Schritt des Anhaftens der Folie gemäß der "Skin-Pack"-Technologie ausgeführt wird.
