Claims (15)

  1. Door leaf (10) with a sleeve- or box-like mortise (52) made of flat material or sheet material (62) for receiving a mortise lock (56),

    characterized in that step b) at least comprises one or more or all of the following steps:
    b1) forming a first jacket sheet (12),
    b2) forming a second jacket sheet (12),
    b3) inserting a filling into a first jacket sheet (12) and sealing with a second jacket sheet (12),
    b4) inserting a mortise (52),
    b5) planarly adhesive bonding of a filling (14) to a least one jacket sheet (12),
    b6) pressing a door leaf body formed of a jacket sheet (12) adhesively bonded to a filling (14) into a planar shape.
  15. Method according to one of the claims 12 to 14,
    characterized in that step c) comprises one or more or all of the following steps:
