Description

The invention relates to a shoe sole for an orthopedic shoe, which has a heel area and a forefoot area, wherein the heel area comprises an impact absorber and the forefoot area has an elastically restoring rotational element with a rotation axis perpendicular to the shoe sole, the rotational element having a base adjoins the underside of the shoe sole, and wherein the rotation element is designed so that it allows at least a limited outer rotation of the shoe sole relative to the base about the axis of rotation.

Such shoe soles are known, wherein the damping properties of the impact damper are pronounced different degrees depending on the use of the shoe.

In the field of sports shoes, it is known to provide the front portion of the shoe sole with a rotating element to avoid injury. From the US 2009/0113761 A1 is z. B. a rotating element is known, which closes with the bottom of the shoe sole. The rotary member has a base to which is attached the top of a rotary plate which is in a ring against which it can rotate. Above the ring is a cover plate, wherein between the end plate and the rotary plate, a spring element is arranged, which allows a symmetrical deflection of the rotary plate relative to the end plate.

Similar designs are from the GB 2506694 A as well as from the US 6,035,559 A known. The rotation elements are each arranged centrally in the forefoot area and allow a symmetrical deflection on both sides. A shoe sole with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is made WO 2015/166293 known.

In der Orthopädie besteht aber folgendes Problem:In orthopedics, however, there is the following problem:

Performance dampers are used as orthopedic elements to influence the walking and walking behavior of people with musculoskeletal disorders. In persons with hip problems it has been shown that these measures alone are not sufficient to achieve a fluent walking behavior.

When walking, the leg is moved forward to perform a step, with the pelvis following that movement by rotating forward around the hip joint of the leg. In people with hip problems this causes pain, so that they tense and stiffen the hip area of the supporting leg, but this leads to the step being shortened.

However, the solutions cited above from the field of sports are not suitable here since, in particular, the symmetrical configuration of the provision does not represent an exact adaptation to the specific needs of walking persons with hip problems.

Another condition for use in orthopedics is that the position of the axis of rotation of the rotary element is adaptable to the walking behavior of the shoe wearer.

The invention is thus based on the object to provide a shoe sole or a shoe that individually the walking behavior of a person is adapted to allow her even with hip problems, a fluid walking.

To solve the problem, the invention proposes that the transverse extent of the rotary element is at least 30% smaller than the transverse extent of the shoe sole in the forefoot, so that the position of the rotary element in the manufacture of the shoe sole between a position on the outer edge of the shoe sole and a position on the inner edge of the shoe sole is determinable, and that the restoring force at an elastic return to an outer rotation is smaller than that for an internal rotation.

As a result of this embodiment of the shoe sole with a rotation element, the rotation of the pelvis from the hip joint of the supporting leg is moved into the shoe sole. In a step movement of the playing leg, the base of the rotating element remains in the leg shoe on the ground, wherein the shoe rotates due to the rotation element relative to the base to the outside. Thus, the leg rotates as a whole about a vertical axis when the calf moves forward in one step. Thus, the rotation of the pelvis in the hip joint is minimized, if not completely avoided. Since the rotational load of the hip joint is lowered accordingly, a fluid walking movement is again achieved with a sufficiently large increment.

An external rotation is understood to mean a movement of the foot in which the forefoot region turns outward relative to the person's body. This means for the right foot to turn clockwise when viewed from above, and for the left foot to rotate counterclockwise.

The term "external rotation" is intended to describe only the direction of rotation, but not the position of the axis of rotation. External rotation occurs when the heel stays in place and the forefoot area moves outward, but also when the forefoot area remains in place and the heel moves inward.

The rotation in the sole of the foot should preferably take place in the area of the forefoot over which the foot rolls. Therefore, the lateral extent of the rotational element is smaller than that of the shoe sole in the forefoot region, so that it can be placed in a suitable, individual position of the forefoot region during manufacture.

Since the restoring force against an outer rotation is smaller than that for an inner rotation, an outer rotation is opposed only a little resistance, so that the compensation rotation to relieve the hip is easily completed. An undesired internal rotation is further prevented because of the greater restoring force, so that a stable guidance of the foot is given.

In principle, the rotational movement of the shoe sole or of the shoe of the supporting leg could also be achieved in one step by a smooth underside of the shoe sole, so that it rotates on the ground. However, this involves the risk of slippage, so that according to the invention it is further provided that the underside of the base has a coefficient of friction which is at least as great as the friction coefficient of the underside of the shoe sole in the forefoot area. As a result, the underside of the base flush with the underside of the shoe sole remains in contact with the ground and adheres to the ground due to the pressure exerted on the shoe sole when walking, so that the shoe sole turns relative to that base can.

The base may be an integral part of the lower layer of the shoe sole.

Since the invention requires only a limited external rotation of the shoe sole relative to the base, it may possibly be sufficient for the rotation element to allow only one outer rotation and one automatic return after one outer rotation. The reset occurs as soon as the leg disengages from the ground and becomes the petal that performs the next step.

The rotation element can be executed in different ways. One possibility is that the rotary element above the base and inside the shoe sole has a torsion element whose torsion axis is substantially perpendicular to the shoe sole.

The torsion element preferably has a certain basic torsion, so that a direction of rotation is predetermined when a vertical pressure is exerted parallel to the torsion axis, which corresponds to the desired external rotation of the respective shoe sole.

The torsion element has at the same time an internal tension, which causes the above-mentioned provision for pressure relief.

The torsion element consists of a precaution of a fiber bundle, wherein the fibers are substantially perpendicular to the shoe sole surface.

In order to give the fiber bundle a preferred direction of rotation under axial pressure loading, it is provided that the fibers of the fiber bundle are inclined in the outer direction of rotation. With an axial load of the fiber bundle, they therefore tend even more in the outer direction of rotation, so that the rotation of the foot is supported.

The performance damper and the rotation element described above are adapted according to the invention to the individual behavior of a person.

Each person, as they walk, places their heels in a specific portion of the heel area, the tread area, and rolls the forefoot over a particular portion of the forefoot area, the roll-off area.

In order to achieve an optimal occurrence of damping, the impact absorber of the heel area is therefore arranged in the previously determined occurrence area. Similarly, the rotation element should be at the point where the greatest pressure is built up when rolling in the forefoot area.

A method for producing a customized shoe sole therefore provides that for one person the appearance area in the heel area and the roll area in the forefoot area are determined. An entrance damper will then be in the entrance area the shoe sole and a rotating element placed in the rolling area of the shoe sole.

In addition, the contact pressure and the rolling pressure can also be determined. As a result, the impact damper can be adapted to the measured contact pressure and the rotary element to the measured rolling pressure.

The invention further relates to a shoe with a shoe sole described above.

in a perspective cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the invention with a torsion in the shoe sole.

It is first referred to the Fig. 1 , This shows a shoe sole 1 for a right foot in plan view. Such a shoe sole 1 is adapted to the outer contour of a foot. The shoe sole, not shown, for a left foot is constructed mirror-inverted.

The shoe sole 1 has a heel area 2 and a forefoot area 3. When running the toe occurs with the Heel area 2 on the ground. This pressure is applied. Then, the shoe sole 1 rolls over the midfoot area and the forefoot area 3, the toe leg becoming the foothold, and a high pressure is exerted in particular in the forefoot area 3. If the other leg is then moved forward in the next step, the pelvis of the running person rotates in the hip joint of the supporting leg. At the same time, as far as the person is prevented from turning in the hip, the person tries to turn the foot around a vertical axis in the forefoot area.

In order to reduce the pressure when placing the heel area, there is a performance damper 5 in the so-called appearance area 4. This will not be explained in detail here, since there are a variety of known possibilities, for. B. foam inserts can be provided. These may be an integral part of the shoe sole or later applied to the top of the shoe sole, thus becoming part of the shoe sole.

The above-mentioned rotation in the forefoot area takes place in the so-called rolling area 6. There is a rotary element 7 which, as will be explained in more detail below, supports the rotation of the shoe sole or of the shoe.

Federeigenschaft, ausgelegt. The exact location of the entrance damper 5 and the rotary member 7 are determined individually. For this purpose, the running behavior of a person is measured and the position of the area 4 and the Abrollbereiches 6 and the pressures occurring there determined. Accordingly, in an individual production of the shoe sole 1, the impact damper 5 and the rotary element 7 are placed or designed in their properties or damping or spring properties.

The rotating element can be made in various ways. Fig. 2 shows a non-inventive manner within a longitudinal section through the shoe sole 1, which in the Fig. 1 designated AA.

In the simplest form is to design the rotating element 7 within the shoe sole 1, a lens-shaped sliding zone 10, which consists of a slot 11 between the base 12 and a head 13. The thin arc over the slot 11 is intended to indicate the depth of the slot 11 across the section line A-A. Head 13 and base 12 are integral with shoe sole 1. To facilitate sliding of the facing surfaces of base 12 and head 13, these surfaces may be provided with friction preventing coatings. It would be conceivable z. As a coating with Teflon.

The lower side of the base, so the side facing the ground, has a high coefficient of friction, so that adhesion to the underground floor is guaranteed. The base 12, so the area of the shoe sole below the sliding zone thus remains on the ground, while the rest of the shoe sole rotates with a rotational movement of the foot relative to the base 12, wherein the facing surfaces of head 13 and base 12 slide on each other.

A an.Instead of a pure sliding zone can - as in Fig. 3 is shown - also a gel pad 14 may be provided. By the viscous properties of the gel used, the rotational movement can be controlled. Again, the thin arc over the gel pad 14 indicates the depth of the gel pad 14 across the section line AA.

Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführung des Rotationselementes 7. Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of the rotation element 7. For this purpose, a torsion element 15 is arranged in the form of a fiber bundle between the base 12 and the head 13, which completely fills the area between the base 12 and the head 13. The thin arc over the torsion element 15 indicates the depth of the torsion element 15 transversely to the section line AA. The fiber bundle consists of a plurality of individual fibers, which are aligned substantially parallel to each other and slightly inclined to a vertical stand on the shoe sole surface. The fiber bundle thereby has a slight base torsion, ie, the individual fibers are inclined in the direction of rotation. In a pressure applied to the torsion element 15, the fibers are tilted, so that the torsion angle is increased. As a result, the voltage in the torsion element 15 increases, so that at a pressure relief, a provision is made.
