Description

The present invention relates to a uniaxial reinforcing mat and a method for its production.

Reinforcements in reinforced concrete construction are often designed as reinforcing mats, which have reinforcing steel bars. Such reinforcing mats are either one or two axes, so with static effect in one or two spatial directions. Single-axis reinforcing mats consist of reinforcing steel bars, welded onto non-structural supporting tapes, they are rolled up in their manufacture and therefore also referred to as rolling mat. For each reinforcement layer, two uniaxial reinforcing steel bar mat layers are rolled out directly onto each other, the second orthogonal to the first one. The rolling mats are loaded as a roll and transported to the construction site. There, they are unloaded from the lorry under Crane Aid, stored at a suitable location and, at the appropriate time, lifted by the crane to the resulting shell, where they are rolled out by two or more workers. Machines for producing such rolled uniaxial reinforcing steel bar mats, also with individually different length or strong reinforcing steel bars within a mat, are described in the European patent applications EP 0 667 343 A1 . EP 0 862 958 A1 . EP 0 919 309 A1 and EP 2 315 637 A1 the applicant described.

Each concrete slab of the resulting structure has two spaced-apart reinforcement layers, wherein a reinforcement layer consists of the described uniaxial reinforcing steel bar mats, depending on the local conditions of the building to be constructed of several rolled-out part mats. These must be after one before The layout plan created in the correct sequence can be spent in the resulting structure and rolled out in the right direction. It is not uncommon to roll out 15, 20 or more sub-mats per rebar layer. A lot of crane time is required to load a truck, unload it, and enter the building. At the same time a correspondingly large storage space is needed on the construction site. A disadvantage of this prior art is the required large logistical effort. The document EP 0 416 964 A2 discloses a handling unit according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention therefore has the object to provide a logistically easier to handle rollable uniaxial reinforcing steel bar mat.

This object is achieved by a Handllingeinheit according to claim 1. With great advantage, the invention proposes to combine a plurality of reinforcing steel bar mats together to form a transportable unit, but in this case to comply with the laying order of the individual mats. Accordingly, the first to be rolled rebar steel mat in the manufacturing process is the last to be produced reinforcing steel bar mat, so it is on the rolled handling unit outside. This is followed by the second reinforcing mat to be rolled out, then the third and so on. The connection of the individual reinforcing steel bar mats with each other advantageously takes place via the respective carrier tapes, so that each of the carrier tapes passes through the entire handling unit. On the continuous straps then the reinforcing steel bars of the individual reinforcing steel bar mats are welded. The handling of the individual reinforcing steel bar mats becomes a great advantage simplified: now is only a bunch of interconnected reinforcing steel bars to move, so to load, unload, store on the site and spend in the resulting structure. This reduces the required storage space by up to 50%, the loading and unloading time by up to 50% and the required crane time by at least 25%. The crane only has to lift the handling unit into the building that is being built and transport it from one location to the next, eliminating long pivoting distances. It can be maintained with advantage of the original rolling plan. Several lightweight reinforcing steel bar mats can be advantageously combined into a single, heavier one, which makes particularly good use of the load capacity of a truck. Since the laying order is not changed when pooling the reinforcing steel bar mats into a single handling unit, there is no difficulty for the processor at the construction site. He can follow the usual predetermined Abrollschema.

In an embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the interconnected reinforcing steel bar mats are connected to each other in descending mat width. Accordingly, the widest mat to be rolled out on the outside of the handling unit, rolled up inside the handling unit are the narrower reinforcing steel bar mats, which follow the first in Ausrollreihenfolge. This results in a particularly favorable center of gravity of the handling unit.

In an embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the interconnected reinforcing steel bar mats of a handling unit are arranged symmetrically about the longitudinal axis of the handling unit. This also leads to a particularly favorable center of gravity. One Crane operator is not surprised by off-center priorities that he can not look at a rolled handling unit from the outside.

According to the invention, it is further provided that an optical indicator of the mat end is provided between the individual reinforcing steel rod mats of a handling unit, in particular in the form of a reinforcing steel rod spacing of 30 cm or more. In order to identify the respective end and the respective beginning of the interconnected reinforcing steel bar mats, an optical indicator is provided according to the invention. This can for example consist of a color marking on the straps or on a tape. However, a reinforcing steel bar spacing of 30 cm or more is preferred. Since such a large rebar spacing according to the relevant DIN regulations is not permitted, it is immediately noticeable to a user at the construction site. This recognizes from the excessively large reinforcing steel bar spacing that one reinforcing steel bar mat ends and the next begins. He can therefore easily cut with a simple snips the thin straps and then either roll directly the next following reinforcing steel bar mat or, as will be described below, spend the remaining handling unit to another location of the resulting reinforcement layer.

Due to the fact that the first reinforcing steel bars of a first reinforcing steel bar mat seen in the unwinding direction and / or the last reinforcing steel bars of a last reinforcing steel bar mat also seen in the unwinding direction of the handling unit have shorter reinforcing steel bars, in particular arranged out of center, supports can advantageously be located at the beginning and at the end of the unrolling process. Jumps or the like can be bypassed without problems.

In an embodiment of the invention, it is provided that a plurality of handling units are connected to one another in the laying order to form an overall handling unit. This development of the inventive idea of pooling individual reinforcing steel rod mats has the advantage of making the handling units even larger, if this is desirable for reasons of transport. This is especially the case when many smaller reinforcing steel bar mats belong to a reinforcement layer.

The invention also includes a method for producing a handling unit according to what has been described above, in which a mat former continuously produces at least one further reinforcing steel bar mat after a first manufactured reinforcing steel bar mat, an area without reinforcing steel bars being produced between both reinforcing steel bar mats. In other words, the mat former continuously produces reinforcing steel bar mats that are not separated from each other. The usual cutting the straps in the custom-made mats deleted.

Finally, the invention also includes a laying method of a handling unit, as described above. In this laying method, a handling unit is spent in a building to be created, the first reinforcing steel bar mat unrolled and cut the connection to the subsequent reinforcing steel bar mat on reaching the mat end, the next reinforcing steel bar mat is rolled out and disconnected on reaching the mat end the connection to the now following reinforcing steel bar mat, the aforementioned Steps are repeated until the handling unit is unrolled and thus dissolved.

In an embodiment of this method it is provided that the remaining after unwinding of one or more reinforcing steel bar mats remaining handling unit is moved by means of a crane to a second installation location within the building to be created. This means that a handling unit can also contain a plurality of reinforcing steel bar mats which are not to be laid directly next to one another spatially. Only the time sequence of the rolling out is to be observed, not necessarily the local.

The invention will be described by way of example in a preferred embodiment with reference to a drawing, wherein further advantageous details are shown in the figures. Functionally identical parts are provided with the same reference numerals.

  • Fig. 1: eine erste Ausführungsform,
  • Fig. 2: eine zweite Ausführungsform,
  • Fig. 3: eine dritte Ausführungsform und
  • Fig. 4: eine vierte Ausführungsform.
The figures of the drawing show respectively unrolled partial views of embodiments of a handling unit:
  • Fig. 1 a first embodiment,
  • Fig. 2 a second embodiment,
  • Fig. 3 a third embodiment and
  • Fig. 4 a fourth embodiment.

FIG. 1 shows as part of the picture the simplest form of a rolled handling unit 1 with the first three of a plurality of reinforcing steel bar mats 2. Good to see the straps 3 and the individual reinforcing steel bars 4. Also clearly visible is the optical indicator 5, here is an approximately 30 cm large area Without reinforcing steel bars 2. According to the invention, larger distances than 30 cm would be to mark the mat end safely. Also too recognize the separated by areas 5 individual mats 2. The in Fig. 1 handling unit 1 shown has in reinforcing steel bar length and mat length uniform reinforcing steel bar mats 2. The unwinding 8 is indicated by an arrow, the remaining, still rolled up part of the handling unit 1 is not shown, it joins below the indicated fourth mat 2 at. The length of the reinforcement steel bars 2 defines here the total width of the handling unit 1. According to the invention, the bars 2 could also be made of a different material than reinforcing steel, for example steel bars with a smooth surface. They could also vary in diameter from mat to mat or within a mat, as well as their bar length and their edge orientation. The latter means that not all bars have to start flush on one side. The invention is applicable to all roll-up mats. With the illustrated invention, for example, 4 to 6 sub-mats of a reinforcement layer can be summarized and thus transported in a simplified manner. According to the invention, it would also be necessary to provide no continuous straps during the manufacturing process, but to fasten them detachably, for example, with a coupling piece. After unrolling the corresponding mat, the coupling piece would then be released, so that the second mat is released. Finally, it would also be conceivable to roll up the individual mats loosely to form a handling unit, that is to say with separate carrying straps, and to provide another type of transport securing, wherein it can be assumed that the inner layers of the handling unit are held at least during transport by the pressure of the outer layers , This would result in a particularly simple handling unit.

FIG. 2 shows a unrolled handling unit, in which successively reinforcing steel bar mats 2 decreasing ready are summarized, the decrease does not have to be strict. At the same time are at In this embodiment, all mats 2 are arranged symmetrically about the longitudinal axis 6.

FIG. 3 shows a handling unit 1, in which two smaller mats 2, which have to be rolled out side by side, since they are to receive a concrete pillar between them, are arranged side by side. It is also shown that the first two reinforcing steel bars 4 of a first, to be rolled rebar steel bar mat 2 shorter than the subsequent bars of the same mat fail. This advantageously allows the initial bypassing of a pier or the like by the still rolled up handling unit 1 being slightly jammed to the edge of the path of the crane, opened and the topmost centimeters of the mat being rolled out in the direction of the edge, as in FIG Fig. 3 sketched laterally. The remaining mat is then rolled out in the opposite direction.

FIG. 4 Finally, shows an overall handling unit 7 of two handling units 1, wherein the inner, to be laid as the second handling unit 1 is shown in dashed lines and wherein for reasons of clarity, only the uppermost layer of the rolled reinforcing steel bar mats 2 a handling unit are shown.

When assembling the individual mats 2 of a handling unit 1, the maximum weight of the handling unit is to be adhered to, which is less limited by the loading capacity of a truck or the carrying capacity of a crane than by the carrying capacity of the spacers for the specific reinforcement layer. Typically, such spacers can not withstand higher loads than 100kg / m. The entire handling unit must therefore not exceed this amount when rolled up, unless the construction site has correspondingly larger spacers.

With the summarization of individual reinforcing steel bar mats according to the invention to form a common handling unit, production is simplified with great advantage, the required storage area is significantly reduced, the loading time / unloading time is greatly shortened and the required crane time is significantly reduced. This invention therefore very advantageously complements the very rapid application of rolling mats to an economically very cost-effective overall system with regard to laying times and personnel costs.
