Claims (8)

  1. Une unité de pliage pour le pliage de produits (S) en forme de feuilles de papier tissu ou similaire, comprenant un premier cylindre de pliage (3) et un second cylindre de pliage (4) tournant en sens inverse l'un par rapport à l'autre et coopérant tangentiellement en un point de pincement et de relâchement pour effectuer le pliage desdits produits (S) en feuilles, ledit premier cylindre de pliage (3) comprenant une surface de travail (3a), des moyens pour couper (17) du matériau papier s'étendant le long de génératrices respectives du premier cylindre de pliage (3) régulièrement espacées sur la circonférence, et des moyens pour créer un vide (5, 6, 5', 6') adaptés pour maintenir lesdits produits en feuilles (S) sur ladite surface de travail (3a), dans laquelle lesdits moyens pour créer un vide comprennent des premiers moyens pour créer un vide (5, 6) répartis de manière extensive sur ladite surface de travail (3a) adaptés pour transmettre un vide poussé sur un angle de rotation déterminé du premier cylindre de pliage (3) en amont dudit point de relâchement, et pour transmettre un vide partiel ou nul sur un angle de rotation déterminé en aval dudit point de relâchement, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des seconds moyens pour créer un vide (5', 6') pneumatiquement indépendants des dits premiers moyens pour créer un vide (5, 6), agencés immédiatement en amont des moyens de coupe respectifs (17) et adaptés pour transmettre un vide poussé au moins sur un angle de rotation déterminé en aval dudit point de relâchement.
  2. L'unité selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit angle de rotation déterminé dans lequel lesdits seconds moyens pour créer un vide (5', 6') transmettent un vide poussé en aval dudit point de relâchement, est compris entre 60° et 75°.
  3. L'unité selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les seconds moyens pour créer un vide (5', 6') sont adaptés pour transmettre un vide partiel ou moyen sur un angle de rotation déterminé en amont dudit point de relâchement.
  4. L'unité selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdits premiers et seconds moyens pour créer un vide (5, 6, 5', 6') comprennent des canaux axiaux (5, 5') qui débouchent sur ladite surface de travail (3a) via des orifices radiaux (6, 6'), la communication pneumatique entre lesdits canaux axiaux (5, 5') et des moyens externes pour créer un vide étant bloquée par au moins une valve fonctionnant de façon sélective comprenant un disque fixe (7, 13, 107) à fentes agencé sur au moins une face d'extrémité axiale du premier cylindre de pliage (3).
  5. L'unité selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle lesdits canaux axiaux (5, 5') desdits premiers et seconds moyens pour créer un vide (5, 6, 5', 6') débouchent sur les extrémités axiales mutuellement opposées du premier cylindre de pliage (3) et sont fermés de façon sélective par des valves à disque de fonctionnement respectif (7, 13) agencées sur les faces d'extrémités axiales respectives et opposées du premier cylindre de pliage (3).
  6. L'unité selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle lesdits premiers et seconds moyens pour créer un vide (5, 6, 5',6') comprennent des canaux axiaux (5, 5') qui débouchent sur ladite surface de travail (3a) via des orifices radiaux (6, 6'), la communication pneumatique entre lesdits canaux axiaux (5, 5') et des moyens externes pour créer un vide étant bloquée par une valve fonctionnant de façon sélective comprenant un disque fixe (107) à fentes agencé sur une face d'extrémité axiale du premier cylindre de pliage (3), lesdits canaux axiaux (5, 5') des dits premiers et seconds moyens pour créer un vide (5, 6, 5', 6') débouchant sur la même extrémité axiale du premier cylindre de pliage (3), dans des positions ayant, à partir du centre, des distances mutuelles différentes, et étant sélectivement obturés par une seule valve à disque (107) avec deux rangées de fentes en forme d'arcs (109, 111, 114a, 114b) de rayons différents.
  7. Un procédé de pliage de produits (S) en forme de feuilles, en papier tissu ou analogue, au moyen d'un premier cylindre de pliage (3) et d'un second cylindre de pliage (4) tournant en sens inverse l'un par rapport à l'autre et coopérant tangentiellement en un point de relâchement et de pincement pour effectuer le pliage desdits produits (S) en forme de feuilles, le procédé consistant à :
    - couper le matériau de papier en segments (S) sur ledit premier cylindre de pliage (3), lesdits segments (S) ayant un bord frontal qui est agencé frontalement par rapport au sens d'avancement en rotation ;
    - créer un vide sur une surface de travail (3a) du premier cylindre de pliage (3) pour maintenir lesdits segments (S) sur ladite surface de travail (3a) ; et
    - pincer lesdits segments (S) par ledit second cylindre de pliage (4) lorsqu'une portion de relâchement de ladite surface de travail (3a) passe sur ledit point de relâchement et de pincement,
    selon lequel un vide poussé est créé de façon extensive sur ladite surface de travail (3a) pour un angle de rotation déterminé du premier cylindre de pliage (3) en amont dudit point de relâchement et un vide partiel ou nul est créé de façon extensive sur ladite surface de travail (3a) pour un angle de rotation déterminé du premier cylindre de pliage (3) en aval dudit point de relâchement, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que ledit bord frontal d'un segment (S) est également maintenu localement par la création d'un vide poussé sur au moins un angle de rotation déterminé en aval du dit point de relâchement, de façon indépendante par rapport à la création extensive d'un vide partiel ou nul dans le même angle de rotation.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit angle de rotation déterminé dans lequel ledit bord frontal est maintenu localement en aval dudit point de relâchement est compris entre 60° et 75°.
