Claims (7)

  1. Scharnier (1) zur drehbaren Schließen einer Tür oder eines Flügels (A) eines Tores oder dergleichen an einer Lagerungsstruktur (2), wie beispielsweise einem Pfosten oder eine Säule, mit
    - einem Körper (5), bei welchem ein Stift (6) drehbar gelagert ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, an der Tür oder dem Flügel (A) befestigt zu werden, und an welchem ein scheibenförmiges Übertragungsbauteil (8) befestigt ist,
    - einem elastischen Betätigungsmittel (11a, 11b), das zwischen einem ersten exzentrischen Ankerstift (10) an dem Übertragungsbauteil (8) und einem Reaktionsbauteil (12a, 12b), das an dem Körper (5) verbunden sind, so dass eine Drehung des Übertragungsbauteils (8) und des Stiftes (6) aus einer ersten Winkelposition zu einer zweiten Winkelposition bewirkt wird, wobei das elastische Betätigungsmittel (11a, 11b) zwei Schraubenfedern (11a, 11b) aufweist, die ein Ende verankert an dem ersten Verankerungsstift (10), der durch das Übertragungsbauteil (8) gestützt wird, und das andere Ende an den jeweiligen Reaktionsbauteilen (12a, 12b) verbunden aufweisen, die auf die Enden von jeweiligen Justierschrauben (13a, 13b) drücken, welche durch eine Seitenwand des Körpers (5) passieren,
    - einem elastischen Bremsmittel (14), das zwischen einen zweiten exzentrischen Ankerstift (10) an dem Übertragungsbauteil (8) und einem weiteren Reaktionsbauteil (15) gekoppelt ist, das mit dem Körper (5) verbunden ist, und dazu angepasst ist, die Drehung des Übertragungsbauteils (8) und des Stiftes (6) zu verlangsamen, wobei das elastische Bremsmittel eine Schraubenfeder (14) aufweist, die ein Ende verankert an dem zweiten Ankerstift (10), der durch das Übertragungsbauteil (8) gestützt wird, und das andere Ende an dem Reaktionsbauteil (15) aufweist, dessen Position axial justierbar ist mittels eines zugeordneten bewegbaren Justierbauteil (16), wobei das bewegbare Justierbauteil eine Schraube (16) ist, welche sich durch die gleiche Seitenwand des Körpers (5) erstreckt, wie die, durch welche sich die Justierschrauben (13a, 13b) erstrecken,
    die Anordnung derart ist, dass, wenn die elastischen Betätigungsmittel (11a, 11b) dazu veranlasst werden, gestreckt zu werden, die elastischen Bremsmittel (14) dazu veranlasst werden, zusammengedrückt zu werden, und umgekehrt,
    bei Verwendung das Übertragungsbauteil (8) und der Stift (6) manuell durch einen Benutzer durch die Tür oder den Flügel (A) in die erste Winkelposition gebracht werden können und zusammen mit der Tür oder dem Flügel (A) zu der zweiten Winkelposition unter der kombinierten Wirkung der elastischen Betätigungsmittel (11a, 11b) und der elastischen Bremsmittel (14) zurückkehren können.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, das dazu angepasst ist, mit einer Tür oder einem Flügel (A) oder dergleichen gekoppelt zu werden, so dass die erste und die zweite Winkelposition des Übertragungsbauteils (8) und des Stiftes (6) der offenen Position bzw. der geschlossenen Position der Tür oder des Flügels (A) entsprechen, wobei die Anordnung derart ist, dass wenn bei der Verwendung das Übertragungsbauteil (8) und der Stift (6) in der zweiten Winkelposition sind, die elastischen Mittel (11a, 11b und 14) zu einem vorbestimmten Ausmaß vorbelastet werden und eine Teildrehung des Übertragungsbauteils (8), des Stiftes (6) und der Tür oder des Flügels (A) von der zweiten Winkelposition in Richtung der ersten Winkelposition zu einer teilweisen geöffneten Position oder zu einer Höflichkeitsöffnungsposition der Tür oder des Flügels (A) bewirken können.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, das dazu angepasst ist, mit einer Tür oder einem Flügel (A) oder dergleichen gekoppelt zu werden, so dass die erste und die zweite Winkelposition des Übertragungsbauteils (8) und des Stiftes (6) der geschlossenen bzw. der offenen Position entsprechen der Tür oder des Flügels (A) entsprechen.
  4. Scharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Körper (5) ebenso mit einem Verriegelungsmittel (17, 18) vorgesehen ist, das dazu angepasst ist, in einer manuell entriegelbaren Weise das Übertragungsbauteil (8) und den Stift (6) in einer vorbestimmten Winkelposition zu verriegeln.
  5. Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, bei dem das Übertragungsbauteil (8) eine Mehrzahl von exzentrischen Aufnahmen (9) aufweist, die in Bezug aufeinander winkelmäßig beabstandet sind, in welchen ein Verankerungsstift (10) für das elastische Betätigungsmittel (11a, 11b) oder das elastische Bremsmittel (14) selektiv eingreifbar ist.
  6. Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, bei dem das Verriegelungsmittel ein Gleitstück (18), das innerhalb des Körpers (5) bewegbar ist, und durch ein elastisches Druckmittel in Eingriff mit einer Oberfläche des Übertragungsbauteils (8) gehalten wird, bei welchem dort eine Ausnehmung (17) vorgesehen ist, in welche das Gleitstück eingreift, wenn das Übertragungsbauteil (8) in einer vorbestimmten Winkelposition ist.
  7. Scharnier nach Anspruch 6, bei dem Justiermittel (20) mit dem Anschlaggleitstück (18) verknüpft sind.
