Claims (13)

  1. Kühlbox (1) zum Transport von wärmeempfindlichen Produkten (2) in einem Transportfahrzeug (3) und/oder zum Verteilen wärmeempfindlicher Produkte (2) an Endkunden, wobei die Kühlbox (1) umfasst:
    - ein wärmedämmendes, quaderförmiges Gehäuse (7) mit einer Kommissionsöffnung (8) an einer oberen Seite (11),
    - eine Abdeckung (12) zum Öffnen und Schließen der Kommissionsöffnung (8) des Gehäuses (7), wobei die Abdeckung (12) ein Kühlpaket (13) mit eutektischem Material (14) enthält und wenigstens eine Kupplung (15) zum Koppeln einer Versorgungsleitung (16) für eine Kühlflüssigkeit (17) aufweist und Wärmetauschflächen (19) aufweist, um das Kühlpaket (13) durch die Kühlflüssigkeit (17) abzukühlen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiter umfasst:
    - eine erste (9) und eine zweite (10) Lagerkammer, die beide zusammen an fünf Seiten von dem Gehäuse (7) umgeben und an der oberen Seite (11) offen sind,
    - eine untere Profil-Außenplatte (20), die in einer formschlüssigen Weise mit einem zugrundliegenden Gitter (5; 29) zusammenwirkt, und
    - eine Profil-Außenabdeckplatte (21) zum Tragen anderer Transportbehälter (30).
  2. Kühlbox (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Gestalt des Kühlpakets (13) derart ist, dass sie wenigstens einen Teil einer Trennwand (22) zwischen der ersten (9) und der zweiten (10) Lagerkammer bildet.
  3. Kühlbox (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei eine erste Außenfläche (23) des Kühlpakets (13), die in Kontakt mit der ersten Lagerkammer (9) steht und eine zweite Außenfläche (24) des Kühlpakets (13), die in Kontakt mit der zweiten Lagerkammer (10) steht, ein(en) unterschiedlichen Bereich und/oder Profil und/oder Oberflächen-Wärmeisolation (25) aufweisen.
  4. Kühlbox (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Wärmetauschflächen (19) des Kühlpakets (13) derart ausgelegt und dimensioniert sind, um das Kühlpaket (13) durch Verdampfen von Flüssigstickstoff (LIN), das durch die Kupplung (15) in das Kühlpaket (13) eintritt, zu kühlen.
  5. Kühlbox (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das eutektische Material (14) in dem Kühlpaket (13) ein Feststoff ist, wenn es abgekühlt ist und bei gewöhnlichen Umgebungstemperaturen (6) ein Gel ist.
  6. Kühlbox (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das eutektische Material (14) in einem Metallgehäuse (26) enthalten ist und/oder Wärmetauschflächen (19) aus Metall aufweist, wobei das Metallgehäuse (26) bevorzugt wenigstens einen Teil der Wärmetauschflächen (19) bildet.
  7. Kühlbox (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Außendimensionen Länge (L), Breite (W) und Höhe (H) der Kühlbox (1) 500 x 300 x 500 mm [Millimeter] plus/minus 20 % für jedes einzelne Maß, bevorzugt 10 %, betragen.
  8. Kühlbox (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kühlpaket einen T-förmigen Querschnitt, der ein Innenteil (27) der Abdeckung (12) bildet und rechtwinklig zu diesem Innenteil (27) eine Trennwand (22) zwischen der ersten (9) und der zweiten (10) Lagerkammer aufweist.
  9. Kühlbox (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kühlbox (1) derart ausgelegt ist, um von einer einzigen Person gehandhabt zu werden, bevorzugt ein Gewicht von weniger als 10 kg [Kilogramm] aufweist und derart ausgelegt ist, um bis zu 15 kg als transportierbare Last zu tragen.
  10. Kühlbox (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gestalt und Dimensionen der Kühlbox (1) der Gestalt von anderen Transportbehältern (31) angepasst sind, insbesondere von gewöhnlichen Getränkekästen (29), um zusammen mit der Kühlbox (1) transportiert zu werden.
  11. Verfahren zum Transport von wärmeempfindlichen Produkten (2) zusammen mit anderen Transportbehältern (31) von einer Versorgungszentrale (32) zu Endkunden, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    - Kommissionierung wenigstens einer Kühlbox (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 mit gekühlten, wärmeempfindlichen Produkten (2) in der Versorgungszentrale (32),
    - Abkühlen des Kühlpakets (13) der Kühlbox (1) vor oder während der Kommission durch Anschließen seiner Kupplung (15) an eine Versorgungsleitung (16), die Kühlflüssigkeit (17) für ein vorbestimmtes Zeitintervall (T) liefert,
    - Abtrennen der Kupplung (15) und Schließen der Abdeckung (12) der Kühlbox (1),
    - Platzieren der Kühlbox (1) in ein Transportfahrzeug (3), das einen Boden (4) mit einem Gitter (5) aufweist, welcher der unteren Profilplatte (20) der Kühlbox (1) entspricht oder bereits andere Transportbehälter (31) oder Rahmen (33) enthält, die eine obere Fläche (34) mit einem Gitter aufweisen, das der unteren Profilplatte (20) der Kühlbox (1) entspricht,
    - Platzieren anderer Behälter (31) oder Rahmen (33), die eine Gestalt entsprechend der Profil-Außenabdeckplatte (21) der Kühlbox (1) an der Oberseite der Kühlbox (1) oder mehreren ähnlichen Kühlboxen (1) aufweisen,
    - Transportieren und Verteilen der gekühlten Produkte (2) an Endkunden,
    - Zurückbringen der Kühlbox (1) an die Versorgungszentrale (32), und
    - Reinigen der Lagerkammern (9, 10) des Gehäuses (7) der Kühlbox (1) und erneutes Starten des beschriebenen Verfahrens.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei Flüssigstickstoff (LIN) oder flüssiges Kohlendioxid als Kühlflüssigkeit (17) verwendet wird.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei das Transportfahrzeug (3) mit wenigstens einer unteren Schicht (28) aus Getränkekästen (29) versehen ist, die eine obere Seite aufweisen, die ein Gitter (29) bildet, das der unteren Profil-Außenplatte (20) der Kühlbox (1) entspricht, bevor die Kühlboxen (1) geladen werden und wobei andere Transportbehälter (31), bevorzugt mit leichterem Gewicht als das der Kühlboxen (1), auf die Oberseite der Kühlboxen (1) geladen werden.
