Definitions

  • the invention relates to a transportable device for preventing a loss of a movable object.
  • Such devices are known, for example, for protecting two-wheeled vehicles.
  • a free end of a belt provided on the belt for example, a chain to a frame tube and between spokes of a wheel are guided to then set it by means of locking means on the housing of the castle.
  • devices are known with which an openable and closable container is temporarily attached to an object by means of a belt-lockable on the container.
  • facilities for the leisure sector are known, for. B. as a beach safe, which can be attached to a parasol or a deck chair.
  • a beach safe which can be attached to a parasol or a deck chair.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to improve a transportable device for preventing a loss of a movable object.
  • a protective housing is understood to mean a shell of the device, which is substantially closed to protect the device and is so robust that it can not be broken violently without aids.
  • An electronic alarm device is the whole the means which are provided for a theft alarm function.
  • the term anti-theft function refers to triggering an alarm that is triggered by a theft attempt.
  • Other functions can be integrated in the electronic alarm device.
  • Attachment means for releasably securing the device to the movable object are attachment means which are non-destructively releasable.
  • wrapping means are elongated means suitable for wrapping an article.
  • locking means are selectively openable or closable means which fix the wrapping means in the closed state to the protective housing, that the belt means form a closed loop, which can not be opened or substantially extended without opening the locking means.
  • the locking means and the lock device acting on them are not arranged on the outside of the protective housing, but in the protective housing so that they - are not accessible without damaging the protective housing - except by opening the lock device. This measure considerably increases the safety function of the device.
  • the device according to the invention can be attached to almost any item to be protected quickly, safely and easily.
  • Examples of protectable with the device according to the invention items are: two-wheelers, skis, boats, surfboards, bags, suitcases, helmets, garden furniture and much more.
  • the invention offers the particular advantage that a device is provided which combines the three functions: 1) on the protective housing lockable belt, 2) alarm function and 3) access to the interior of the protective housing to a particular extent.
  • a particular advantage results from the fact that the lock device performs a dual function: on the one hand so that the locking means can be opened and closed, on the other hand, but also the protective housing to gain access to at least one chamber of the protective housing. This embodiment saves both weight and facilitates the handling of the device. Due to the fixed arrangement of the lock device in the protective housing, a high level of security is ensured at the same time.
  • a lock device is generally a device which allows on the one hand authorized persons to open or close the protective housing as well as to selectively open or close the locking means - and on the other hand just to deny this unauthorized person.
  • the identification of an authorized person can be done by means of a key, as will be explained below.
  • the electronic alarm device with the protective housing open is removable from this and then used as a stand-alone device.
  • the electronic alarm device can then be used for location, alarm and message transmission and / or as a camera.
  • the locking means are at least partially disposed in at least a first chamber of the protective housing and that the electronic alarm device is at least partially disposed in at least a second chamber of the protective housing.
  • a chamber is understood to mean a substantially closed space in the protective housing.
  • the first chamber may be practically not completely closed, since there must necessarily be openings for the locking means, so that penetration of dirt or moisture can not be completely prevented.
  • a second chamber is provided for the electronic alarm device, it can be much better protected against dirt and moisture, so that the reliability of the device is substantially increased.
  • the second chamber is protected with closed protective housing against the ingress of spray, preferably against the ingress of jet water, and particularly preferably against the ingress of water during immersion of the device in water.
  • the device can be safely operated even in adverse environmental conditions.
  • the device can be prevented from being put out of operation by potential thieves using liquids.
  • the access formed for at least one chamber which is preferably formed by said first and / or second chamber, formed for temporary recording of insertable and removable again objects.
  • insertable and removable again objects include, for example, bank cards, banknotes, purses, ID documents, jewelry, communication devices such as a portable phone, such as a smartphone, etc.
  • the at least one chamber in the protective housing thus preferably serves as a storage container for valuable or important things that are inserted in the device according to the invention can, which can be fixed by means of the belt means to a stationary object, for example on a robust railing or a lantern.
  • the electronic alarm device in the second chamber can also be reached. It is then possible, for example, to replace an electronic component, to replace a power supply (battery, rechargeable battery) or to carry out a software modification or update of software-operated elements of the electronic alarm device (for example a processor of a mobile radio device).
  • a power supply battery, rechargeable battery
  • a software modification or update of software-operated elements of the electronic alarm device for example a processor of a mobile radio device.
  • the lock device comprises a mechanical lock, which has a mechanical closing element.
  • This design is robust, weather and failure resistant.
  • the mechanical lock with a mechanical key is actuated.
  • the device can be attached with the aid of the mechanical key in a simple manner to the object to be protected and protected against unauthorized access.
  • the activation or deactivation of the theft alarm function for example, via a switch inside the protective housing, which is accessible only when the protective housing is open. If the mechanical lock is arranged in the region of the first chamber, it is avoided that dirt or moisture penetrates into the second chamber through an opening of the mechanical lock provided for the mechanical key, which could lead to damage or malfunction of the electronic alarm device arranged there ,
  • the mechanical key is rotatable in the mechanical lock in such a way that the opening of the protective housing on the one hand and the opening of the locking means on the other hand can be achieved by turning the key by different angles of rotation.

  • An electronically activatable element in this case comprises an actuating device (in particular a motor) of the lock device, which can be actuated with an electronic key (for example a radio signal).
  • This electronic key which is to be operated from outside the device, controls the electronically activatable element (for example a motor) via an electrical system or electronics which is accommodated in the protective housing, which then acts on a mechanical closing component of the lock device.
  • a motor acts on a mechanical shaft of the lock device in order to rotate locking and locking cams.
  • a radio transmitter for example by means of a corresponding transmission function of a smartphone, the lock is actuated so that it can be operated remotely.

  • an electronic lock is provided that can be used to activate or deactivate the electronic alarm device. It results in this way a simpler Structure for activating or deactivating the electronic alarm device, since the electronic lock can emit electrical signals to control the electronic alarm device, without the need for electromechanical components would be required.
  • the electronic lock is a mobile phone-based lock or a remote-controlled lock, in particular a Bluetooth-based lock, then this can also be operated remotely.
  • the electronic lock is arranged in the second chamber and thus optimally protected against damage of any kind.
  • said electronic lock also serves to actuate said electrically activatable element, which is able to act on a mechanical closing component of the lock device.

B. motor) of the lock device acts, can be actuated. For example, if a power supply for the electronic lock in the protective housing can no longer provide sufficient energy, the lock device can still be opened and closed with the mechanical key.
  • the protective housing has at least two housing parts which can be fixed to one another by a locking device which can be actuated via the lock device such that the first chamber and the second chamber are protected against unauthorized access. In this way, unauthorized access to the first and the second chamber as well as to the locking means and / or the electronic alarm device can be effectively prevented.
