Claims (15)
- Nappe non tissée formée au moins en partie de filaments, de fibres ou d'une combinaison de ceux-ci, comprenant un motif de zones liées au niveau desquelles des différents parmi les fibres et/ou filaments sont liés les uns aux autres, le motif de zones liées ayant été imprimé dans la nappe non tissée par un ou plusieurs rouleaux de liaison ayant chacun une surface cylindrique comportant un motif de surfaces de liaison, les surfaces de liaison du ou des rouleaux en combinaison formant une zone de liaison ayant un pourcentage de zone de liaison allant de 6 à 14 pour cent, dans laquelle la zone de liaison a une distance moyenne de dispersion de zone de liaison n'excédant pas 5 mm.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle la combinaison des motifs de surfaces de liaison de tous lesdits rouleaux de liaison inclut au moins un élément de dessin qui n'est pas essentiellement répété sur deux quelconques échantillons adjacents de 100 mm x 100 mm des zones de surface de roulement actives combinées.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 comprenant en outre des filaments polymères qui sont fusionnés thermiquement au niveau des zones liées.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 3 dans laquelle les filaments polymères comprennent un polymère thermoplastique.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 4 dans laquelle le polymère thermoplastique est choisi dans le groupe constitué de : polypropylène, polyéthylène, polyester, acide polylactique, polyhydroxyalcanoate, alcool polyvinylique, polycaprolactone et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 4 dans laquelle les filaments polymères comprennent une polyoléfine.
- Nappe non tissée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ayant des première et deuxième surfaces externes planes macroscopiques opposées, dans laquelle des filaments polymères sont présents au niveau de la première surface externe et sont liés au niveau des zones liées aux filaments polymères qui sont présents au niveau de la deuxième surface externe.
- Nappe non tissée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant des fibres.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 8 dans laquelle les fibres sont des fibres de cellulose ou de pâte de bois.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 8 dans laquelle les fibres sont des fibres naturelles.
- Nappe non tissée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant en outre une première couche de filaments polymères, une deuxième couche de filaments polymères et une troisième couche disposée au moins partiellement entre les première et deuxième couches.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 11 dans laquelle l'une et/ou l'autre des première et deuxième couches comprennent des filaments fins.
- Nappe non tissée selon les revendications 11 ou 12 dans laquelle la troisième couche comprend des fibres.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 13 dans laquelle les fibres sont des fibres de cellulose ou de pâte de bois.
- Nappe non tissée selon la revendication 13 dans laquelle les fibres sont des fibres naturelles.
