Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kissensystem zur Zusammenstellung eines Kopfkissens mit einer Kissenhülle, in die ein elastischer Formkern eingesetzt ist, und in der beidseitig des Formkerns jeweils eine mit einem Füllmaterial befüllte Materialtasche vorgesehen ist, durch Einfügen des Formkerns in den von den Materialtaschen in der Kissenhülle gebildeten Zwischenraum zusammengestellt wird und eine Mehrzahl von sich in einer Grundfläche erstreckenden, sich voneinander hinsichtlich Basismaterial, Oberflächenkontur und/oder Dicke unterscheidenden, in der Grundfläche aber gleiche Außendimensionen aufweisenden Formkernen umfasst.
  • Kopfkissen, bei denen ein elastischer Formkern in eine Kissenhülle eingesetzt ist, sind in vielfältigen Ausprägungen bekannt. Der elastische Formkern, der üblicherweise als im Wesentlichen formstabiles, elastisch auf lokalen Druck reagierendes Formteil ausgeführt ist, erfüllt dabei in der Regel eine durch den jeweiligen Einsatzzweck vorgegebene Stützfunktion. Beispielsweise kann ein derartiger Formkern zur gezielten Abstützung des Nackenbereichs oder auch zur Fixierung oder seitlichen Führung des Kopfes vorgesehen sein. Durch eine geeignete Materialwahl für den Formkern, beispielsweise als viskoelastisches Material, kann dabei erreicht werden, dass sich der Formkern bei Wärme - oder Druckeinwirkung an die Kopfform anpasst und damit eine vergleichsweise bequeme Kopfauflage bereitgestellt wird, wobei im Nackenbereich eine Abstützwirkung erzielt wird. Der Formkern ist dazu üblicherweise dafür ausgebildet, den Kopf- und Nackenbereich des Schläfers auch in verschiedenen Schlaflagen wirksam zu stützen und dabei für ein angenehmes Schlafklima zu sorgen.
  • Aus der US 8,707,485 B1 ist es bei einem Kissensystem bekannt beidseitig eines beliebigen der Formkerne der Kissenhülle jeweils eine mit einem Füllmaterial befüllte Materialtasche vorzusehen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt nunmehr die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein Kissensystem der oben genannten Art anzugeben, das einen noch weiter erhöhten Schlafkomfort mit dem Kissen erreicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst, indem das Kissensystem eine Mehrzahl von jeweils einen beidseitig von jeweils einer Materialtasche begrenzten, zur Aufnahme eines der Formkerne geeignet dimensionierten Zwischenraums aufweisenden Kissenhüllen umfasst, die sich hinsichtlich des in ihre Materialtaschen eingefüllten Füllmaterials voneinander unterscheiden.
  • Die Erfindung geht dabei von der Überlegung aus, dass für eine besonders wirksame und aus ergonomischen Gründen auch bedeutsame Kopfabstützung das Kopfkissen grundsätzlich auf der Verwendung eines zwar elastischen, aber auch geeignet formstabilen Formkerns aufgebaut sein sollte. Um dabei auch den Liege- und Schlafkomfort noch deutlich zu erhöhen, sollte im Aufliegebereich des Kopfes, also "oberhalb" des eigentlichen elastischen Formkerns, ein Raumbereich vorgesehen sein, in dem in der Art hochwertiger Komfort- oder Wohlfühlkissen eine mit einem geeignetem Füllmaterial befüllte Materialtasche vorgesehen ist. Durch eine derartige Kombination der Verwendung eines elastischen Formkerns einerseits mit einer mit Füllmaterial befüllten Innenkammer in der Kissenhülle andererseits kann somit auf die grundsätzliche Stütz- und Formgebungswirkung des Formkerns zurückgegriffen werden, wobei andererseits das durch das geeignet gewählte Füllmaterial erreichbare Wohlgefühl des Schläfers ebenfalls sichergestellt werden kann.
  • Dabei ist zur Bereitstellung eines gezielt und individuell an die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche des Benutzers angepassten Kopfkissens unter Rückgriff auf die vorstehend beschriebene Ausgestaltung des Kopfkissens ein Kissensystem vorgesehen, das eine Mehrzahl von unterschiedlich zueinander ausgeführten Kissenhüllen und eine Mehrzahl von unterschiedlich zueinander ausgeführten Formkernen umfasst. Die Kissenhüllen einerseits und die Formkerne andererseits sind dabei auf der Grundlage der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausgestaltung derart ausgeführt, dass jede beliebige der Kissenhüllen mit jedem beliebigen der Formkerne kombinierbar ist. Um dabei eine beliebige Kombination einzelner Formkerne mit einzelnen Kissenhüllen zu ermöglichen, weisen die Formkerne jeweils eine standardisierte oder gleichartig in ihren Abmessungen ausgeführte Grundfläche auf. Analog dazu sind die Kissenhüllen daran angepasst ebenfalls standardisiert ausgeführt, indem der zwischen den Materialtaschen gebildete, zur Aufnahme des Formkerns vorgesehene Zwischenraum in seinen Abmessungen geeignet an die Abmessungen der Formkerne angepasst ist. Damit ist erreicht, dass ein beliebiger der Formkerne in eine beliebige der Kissenhüllen einbringbar ist.
  • Auf diese Weise ist erreicht, dass verschiedenartige, beispielsweise sich voneinander hinsichtlich Basismaterial, Dicke und/oder Oberflächenkontur unterscheidende Formkerne beliebig mit sich voneinander hinsichtlich des in ihren Materialtaschen eingefüllten Füllmaterials unterscheidenden Kissenhüllen kombiniert werden können. Damit ist mit besonders einfachen Mittel ein großes Spektrum an unterschiedlich konfigurierten, individuell an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse des Benutzers angepassten Varianten des Kopfkissens darstellbar.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist der Formkern im Wesentlichen einstückig ausgeführt. Als Basismaterial zur Bildung des Formkerns kann ein beliebiges der hierfür gängigen elastischen Materialien vorgesehen sein, wobei zweckmäßigerweise aber Polyurethan-schaum vorgesehen ist. Der Formkern kann dabei ausschließlich aus derartigem Polyurethan-Schaum gebildet sein, oder alternativ kann auch ein modifizierter Schaum, beispielsweise versetzt mit natürlich Ölen oder Extrakten, insbesondere zur Erzeugung einer Duftatmosphäre, vorgesehen sein.
  • Das für die Befüllung der Materialtaschen vorgesehene Füllmaterial ist zweckmäßigerweise gezielt im Hinblick auf ein besonders großes Wohlgefühl für den Benutzer ausgewählt. Vorzugsweise umfasst das in die Materialtaschen eingefüllte Füllmaterial Polyesterfasern, Polyester-Faserkugeln, Viskose-Fasern, Naturhaarkugeln (insbesondere Wollkugeln) und/oder Federn oder Daunen. Je nach Bedarf und individuellen Ansprüchen des Benutzers kann das Füllmaterial dabei im Hinblick auf eine besonders gute Abstützungsfunktion - vorzugsweise ohne Kuhlenbildung - und/oder im Hinblick auf andere funktionale Aspekte wie beispielsweise Atmungsaktivität, Trocknungsverhalten, Luftdurchlässigkeit und dergleichen geeignet gewählt sein.
  • Um die Hautfreundlichkeit und damit das Wohlgefühl des Benutzers noch weiter zu steigern, ist die Kissenhülle vorzugsweise mit einem Bezugsstoff aus Baumwollmaterial versehen.
  • Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, dass durch die Kombination des formstabilen, elastischen Formkerns mit jeweils mit Füllmaterial befüllten Materialtaschen im Inneren der Kissenhülle bei hohem Komfort und ausgeprägtem Wohlfühlfaktor dennoch eine besonders gute und zuverlässige Abstützwirkung für den Schläfer erreichbar ist. Zudem ist hinsichtlich der Auswahl einer Vielzahl von Parametern eine besonders hohe Flexibilität bei der Konfigurierung des Kopfkissens erreichbar, so dass dieses auf vielfältige Weise an die Individuellen Vorgaben und Wünsche des Benutzers angepasst werden kann.
  • Ein Beispiel eines Kopfkissens zusammengestellt mit dem Kissensystem der Erfindung wird anhand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert. Darin zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 ein Kopfkissen
    • Fig. 2 das Kopfkissen gemäß Fig. 1 im Querschnitt, und
    • Fig. 3 verschiedene Varianten eines Formkerns zur Verwendung im Kopfkissen gemäß Fig. 1.
  • Gleiche Teile sind in allen Figuren mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen.
  • Das Kopfkissen 1 gemäß Fig. 1 weist eine Kissenhülle 2 auf, in die ein formstabiler, elastischer Formkern 4 eingesetzt ist. Die Kissenhülle 2 ist dabei ihrerseits aus mehreren Einzelteilen zusammengesetzt und umfasst außenseitig einen flächig ausgedehnten ersten Hüllenteil 6 und einen flächig ausgedehnten zweiten Hüllenteil 8. Die Hüllenteile 6, 8, die bei Benutzung des Kopfkissens 1 die obere bzw. die untere Kissenseite bilden, sind umlaufend an drei ihrer Außenseiten 10 fest miteinander verbunden, beispielsweise miteinander vernäht. An ihrer vierten Außenseite sind die Hüllenteile 6, 8 über einen Reißverschluss 12 verschließbar miteinander verbunden.
  • Die Kissenhülle 2 ist dabei an ihrer Außenseite von einem Baumwollmaterial als Bezugsstoff gebildet, denn damit ist im besonders hohem Maße eine Hautfreundlichkeit erreichbar.
  • Wie im Beispiel gem. Fig. 1 für den Fall des geöffneten Reißverschlusses 12 gezeigt, bilden die Hüllenteile 6, 8 im von ihnen umgebenen Innenraum in der Art einer Tasche einen Zwischenraum 14, in den bei geöffnetem Reißverschluss 12 der Formkern 4 einschiebbar ist.
  • Der Formkern 4 dient zur Formgebung des Kopfkissens 1 und insbesondere zur gezielten Abstützung der Kopf- oder Nackenpartien und ist entsprechend geeignet ausgeformt. Dazu ist der Formkern 4 - in Anlehnung an bekannte Funktionskissen - geeignet dimensioniert und ausgeführt. Der im Beispiel im Wesentlichen einstückig ausgeführte Formkern 4 kann dabei unter Rückgriff auf ein beliebiges geeignetes Basismaterial ausgeführt sein, wobei im Beispiel die Verwendung von Polyurethan-Schaum als Basismaterial vorgesehen ist. Der Formkern 4 ist besonders bevorzugt individualisiert an den Benutzer angepasst, insbesondere durch eine individualisiert oder geeignet gewählte Formgebung, eine besondere Oberflächenkontur, seine Elastizität und/oder Dicke.
  • Um darüber hinaus aber selbst bei einer gewissen Formstabilität und Stützfunktion einen besonders hohen Liegekomfort und Wohlfühlfaktor für den Benutzer zu bieten, ist das Kopfkissen 1 ergänzend zur geeignet gewählten Ausführung des Formkerns 4 gezielt für eine als besonders komfortabel angesehene Ausführung der Auflagefläche für den Kopf des Benutzers ausgeführt. Zu diesem Zweck ist eine als besonders weich fühlbare Ausgestaltung der oberflächennahen Bereiche vorgesehen. Wie in der Querschnittsdarstellung gem. Fig. 2 erkennbar ist, ist die Kissenhülle 2 dazu an der Innenseite ihrer Hüllenteile 6,8 jeweils mit einer Materialtasche 20, 22 versehen, die von dem jeweiligen Hüllenteil 6 bzw. 8 einerseits und einer innen an dieser jeweils befestigten Materialbahn 24 bzw. 26 gebildet wird. Die Materialtaschen 20,22 bilden mit einem geeignet gewählten Füllmaterial befüllbaren Innenkammern der Kissenhülle 2. Durch geeignete Wahl des Füllmaterials kann dabei eine gezielte Anpassung der Eigenschaften des Kopfkissens 1 an die Wünsche oder Vorgaben des Benutzers, beispielsweise hinsichtlich eines besonders hohen Komfort- oder Wohlfühlfaktors, erreicht werden.
  • Im Beispiel gem. Fig. 2 ist das Kopfkissen 1 mit vollständig in die Kissenhülle 2 eingeschobenen Formkern 4 dargestellt. Wie dabei für den Fall des geschlossenen Reißverschlusses 12 erkennbar ist, ist die Kissenhülle 2 an der Innenseite ihrer Hüllenteile 6,8 jeweils mit der mit dem Füllmaterial befüllten Materialtasche 20 bzw. 22 versehen, so dass im Ausführungsbeispiel der Formkern 4 beidseitig, und zwar jeweils an einer Seite von einer der Materialtaschen 20 bzw. 22, von diesen umgeben ist. Alternativ wäre auch denkbar, dass lediglich an einer der Seiten des Formkerns 4, vorzugsweise der für die Bildung der Auflagefläche für den Kopf des Benutzers vorgesehenen Seite, eine Materialtasche 20,22 mit geeigneter Befüllung vorgesehen ist.
  • Das in den Materialtaschen 20, 22 eingefüllte Füllmaterial ist flexibel wählbar und im Beispiel gezielt an die Wünsche und Vorgaben des Benutzers angepasst geeignet gewählt. Besonders bevorzugt umfasst das in die Materialtaschen 20,22 eingefüllte Füllmaterial Polyesterfasern, Polyester-Faserkugeln, Viskose-Fasern, Naturhaarkugeln und/oder Federn oder Daunen. Je nach Auswahl und Zusammenstellung dieser Ausgangsmaterialien können individualisierte Prioritäten bei der Ausgestaltung des Komfortgefühls der jeweiligen Variante gesetzt werden. Dabei kann alternativ oder zusätzlich zu einer besonders guten Abstützungsfunktion - vorzugsweise ohne Kuhlenbildung - auch eine Anzahl anderer funktionaler Aspekte wie beispielsweise Atmungsaktivität, Trocknungsverhalten, Luftdurchlässigkeit oder dergleichen angestrebt sein.
  • Das Kopfkissen 1 ist aufgrund der Vielzahl seiner wählbaren Parameter besonders individualisiert und vielfältig an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse des jeweiligen Benutzers anpassbar. Dem ist in ganz besonders vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung Rechnung getragen, indem ein Kissensystem der Erfindung zur Bereitstellung eines individualisiert auf die Wünsche und Vorgaben des Benutzers ausgerichteten Kopfkissens 1 unter Verwendung standardisierter Bauteile gebildet wird. Dabei ist zur Bereitstellung eines gezielt und individuell an die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche des Benutzers angepassten Kopfkissens 1 unter Rückgriff auf die vorstehend beschriebene Ausgestaltung des Kopfkissens 1 vorgesehen, eine Mehrzahl von unterschiedlich zueinander ausgeführten Kissenhüllen 2 einerseits und eine Mehrzahl von unterschiedlich zueinander ausgeführten Formkernen 4 andererseits bereitzustellen, von denen jedes Formteil 4 mit jeder Kissenhülle 2 kombinierbar ist, so dass in der Art eines Baukastensystems eine individualisiert Anpassung der Eigenschaften Kopfkissens 1 möglich ist. Die Kissenhüllen 2 einerseits und die Formkerne 4 andererseits sind dabei auf der Grundlage der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausgestaltung derart ausgeführt, dass jede beliebige der Kissenhüllen 2 mit jedem beliebigen der Formkerne 4 kombinierbar ist.
  • In Fig. 3 ist eine Anzahl denkbarer Varianten für den Formkern 4, 4', 4", 4'" exemplarisch dargestellt. Die gezeigten Varianten unterscheiden sich (aus der Figur nicht unmittelbar erkennbar) in der Wahl ihres Basismaterials und somit in ihren elastischen Eigenschaften und der über sie erreichbaren Stützfunktion. Darüber hinaus unterscheiden sich die Varianten in ihrer grundsätzlichen Geometrie ebenso wie in ihrer Oberflächenkontur und -texturierung. Ebenso, aber in der Figur nicht dargestellt, werden eine Mehrzahl von Kissenhüllen 2 bereitgestellt, die sich insbesondere hinsichtlich der Materialwahl und Beschaffenheit des in den Materialtaschen 20,22 vorgehaltenen Füllmaterials unterscheiden. Um aber dennoch eine beliebige Kombination einzelner Formkerne 4,4',4'",4'" mit einzelnen Kissenhüllen 2 zu ermöglichen, weisen die Formkerne jeweils eine standardisierte oder gleichartig in ihren Abmessungen ausgeführte Grundfläche, d. h. gleichartig dimensionierte Längsseiten 30 einerseits und gleichartig dimensionierte Querseiten 32 andererseits, auf. Analog dazu sind die Kissenhüllen 2 daran angepasst ebenfalls standardisiert ausgeführt, indem der zwischen den Materialtaschen 20,22 gebildete, zur Aufnahme des Formkerns 4 vorgesehene Zwischenraum 14 in seinen Abmessungen geeignet an die Abmessungen der Formkerne 4 angepasst ist. Damit ist erreicht, dass ein beliebiger der Formkerne 4 in eine beliebige der Kissenhüllen 2 einbringbar ist.

Claims (4)

  1. Kissensystem zur Zusammenstellung eines Kopfkissens (1) mit einer Kissenhülle (2), in die ein elastischer Formkern (4) eingesetzt ist, und in der beidseitig des Formkerns (4) jeweils eine mit einem Füllmaterial befüllte Materialtasche (20,22) vorgesehen ist,
    durch Einfügen des Formkerns (4) in den von den Materialtaschen (20,22) in der Kissenhülle (2) gebildeten Zwischenraum (14),
    mit einer Mehrzahl von sich in einer Grundfläche ersteckenden, sich voneinander hinsichtlich Basismaterial, Oberflächenkontur und/oder Dicke unterscheidenden, in der Grundfläche aber gleiche Außendimensionen aufweisenden Formkernen (4), und
    mit einer Mehrzahl von jeweils einen beidseitig von jeweils einer Materialtasche (20,22) begrenzten, zur Aufnahme eines der Formkerne (4) geeignet dimensionierten Zwischenraum (14) aufweisenden Kissenhüllen (2), die sich hinsichtlich des in ihre Materialtaschen (20,22) eingefüllten Füllmaterials voneinander unterscheiden.
  2. Kissensystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei der jeweilige Formkern (4) im Wesentlichen einstückig unter Verwendung von Polyurethan-Schaum als Basismaterial ausgeführt ist.
  3. Kissensystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das in die jeweiligen Materialtaschen (20,22) eingefüllte Füllmaterial Polyesterfasern, Polyester-Faserkugeln, Viskose-Fasern, Naturhaarkugeln und/oder Federn oder Daunen umfasst.
  4. Kissensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die jeweilige Kissenhülle (2) als Bezugsstoff ein Baumwollmaterial umfasst.
