Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Verbrennen eines Brennstoffs in einer industriellen Brennvorrichtung (1) mit einer Brennkammer (2), einer Brennstoffleitung (3) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2), einer Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2) und einer Abgabeleitung (5) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2), wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    - Leiten eines Brennstoffstroms (7) durch die Brennstoffleitung (3) in die Brennkammer (2);
    - Leiten eines Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) durch die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) in die Brennkammer (2);
    - Zünden einer Verbrennungsreaktion des Brennstoffs (7) mit dem Oxidationsmittel (9) innerhalb der Brennkammer (2), wobei die Verbrennung Verbrennungsgase/-rauch (11) erzeugt;
    - Entfernen der Verbrennungsgase / des Verbrennungsrauchs (11) aus der Brennkammer (2) durch die Abgabeleitung (5),
    - Verwenden von einer oder mehreren ersten Rückführleitungen (12) zum Abziehen eines ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch (11) aus der Brennkammer (2) und Zuführen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch in die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) an einem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) stromaufwärts von der Brennkammer (2), um den ersten Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch mit dem Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) zu mischen,
    - Konfigurieren der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) als ein Venturi-Rohr und Verwenden des Oxidationsmittelstroms als treibendes Fluid zum Ansaugen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch,
    wobei die Brennvorrichtung (1) einen Misch- und Injektionskörper (16) umfasst, welcher definiert:
    - eine innere Kammer (18);
    - wenigstens eine Rauch-Einlassöffnung (17) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18) und mit welcher ein Rohr der ersten Rückführleitung (12) verbunden ist,
    - wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Einlassöffnung (19) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18) und mit welcher ein Rohr der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) verbunden ist,
    - wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Auslassöffnung (21) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18) zum Ausgeben einer Oxidationsmittel-Verbrennungsrauch-Mischung,
    - eine Brennstoff-Durchgangsleitung (22), mit welcher ein Rohr der Brennstoffleitung (3) verbunden ist, und welche eine Brennstoff-Auslassöffnung (23) zum Ausgeben des Brennstoffs (7) bildet,
    wobei die wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Einlassöffnung (19) in einem rohrförmigen Sammelelement (20) gebildet ist, welches in der inneren Kammer (18) vorsteht und einen schmalen Strömungsquerschnitt aufweist, um den Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) an dem Auslass des Sammelelements (20) zu beschleunigen und den Venturi-Effekt zum Ansaugen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch in dem Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) zu erzeugen,
    so dass der Strom von Oxidationsmittel, welcher durch die Sammelelemente (20) hindurchtritt, beschleunigt wird und den ersten Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch durch die Rauch-Einlassöffnung (17) in der inneren Kammer (18) ansaugt, wo er sich mit dem Strom von Oxidationsmittel in einer Mischungszone (24) stromabwärts von den Sammelelementen (20) mischt, und die Oxidationsmittel-Rauch/Gas-Mischung dann durch eine Diffusorzone (25) der Oxidationsmittel-Auslassöffnung (21) hindurchtritt, von welcher aus sie die Brennkammer (2) erreicht,
    gekennzeichnet durch ein Abziehen eines zweiten Partialstroms (29) von Brennstoff aus der Brennkammer (2) an einem Brennstoff-Abzugspunkt (30) benachbart zu einer Auslassöffnung (23) der Brennstoffleitung (3), und ein Wiedereingeben des zweiten Partialstroms (29) an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) in die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) durch Verwenden des Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) als das treibende Fluid, um ebenfalls den zweiten Partialstrom (29) von Brennstoff anzusaugen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, umfassend:
    - Leiten des Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) durch ein mechanisches Fördermittel (8), insbesondere ein Gebläse oder eine Pumpe, welche/s in der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) angeordnet ist, und wobei der erste Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch in die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) stromabwärts des mechanischen Fördermittels (8) zugeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, umfassend den Schritt eines Leitens des Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) ohne Brennstoff an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4), um so den ersten Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch lediglich mit dem Oxidationsmittel vorzumischen.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei als treibendes Fluid zum Ansaugen und Rückführen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch mehr als 80% des Gesamtvolumens, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen das ganze Gesamtvolumen, des in die Brennkammer (2) zugeführten Oxidationsmittels verwendet wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    - Abziehen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch (11) direkt aus der Brennkammer (2) stromaufwärts der Rauch-Abgabeleitung.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, umfassend:
    - Abziehen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch aus der Abgabeleitung (5) an einem Abzugspunkt (13) stromabwärts der Brennkammer (2).
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, umfassend die Schritte:
    - Verbinden eines Auslassendes der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) mit der Brennstoffleitung (3) an einem Oxidationsmittel-Ansaugpunkt stromaufwärts der Brennkammer (2), und
    - Konfigurieren der Brennstoffleitung (3) an dem Oxidationsmittel-Ansaugpunkt als ein Venturi-Rohr, um so den Brennstoffstrom als das treibende Fluid zum Ansaugen des Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) zu verwenden.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die Schritte:
    - in einem anfänglichen Schritt einer Verbrennungszündung und eines -starts, Schließen des Durchgangsabschnitts an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14), um zu verhindern, dass sich der erste Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch und der Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) mischen,
    - in einem Verbrennungsschritt nach dem anfänglichen Schritt, Öffnen des Durchgangsabschnitts an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14), um den ersten Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch mit dem Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) zu mischen.
  9. Industrielle Brennvorrichtung (1) mit einer Brennkammer (2), einer Brennstoffleitung (3) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2), einer Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2), sowie:
    - Mittel (6) zum Leiten eines Brennstoffstroms (7) durch die Brennstoffleitung (3) in die Brennkammer (2),
    - Mittel (8) zum Leiten eines Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) durch die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) in die Brennkammer (2),
    - eine Abgabeleitung (5) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2) zum Entfernen der Verbrennungsgase / des Verbrennungsrauchs (11) aus der Brennkammer (2), wenigstens eine erste Rückführleitung (12), welche einen Abzugspunkt (13) der Abgabeleitung (5) stromabwärts der Brennkammer (2) mit einem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) stromaufwärts der Brennkammer (2) in Fluidverbindung versetzt, wobei an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) als ein Venturi-Rohr eingerichtet ist, so dass der Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) als das treibende Fluid wirkt, welches eine Rückführung des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch von der Brennkammer (2) in die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) erzeugt, wobei sich der erste Partialstrom (15) mit dem Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) mischt,
    wobei die Brennvorrichtung (1) einen Misch- und Injektionskörper (16) umfasst, welcher definiert:
    - eine innere Kammer (18);
    - wenigstens eine Rauch-Einlassöffnung (17) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18), und mit welcher ein Rohr der ersten Rückführleitung (12) verbunden ist,
    - wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Einlassöffnung (19) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18), und mit welcher ein Rohr der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) verbunden ist,
    - wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Auslassöffnung (21) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18) zum Ausgeben einer Oxidationsmittel-Verbrennungsrauch-Mischung,
    - eine Brennstoff-Durchgangsleitung (22), mit welcher ein Rohr der Brennstoffleitung (3) verbunden ist, und welche eine Brennstoff-Auslassöffnung (23) zum Ausgeben des Brennstoffs (7) bildet,
    wobei die wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Einlassöffnung (19) in einem rohrförmigen Sammelelement (20) gebildet ist, welches in der inneren Kammer (18) vorsteht und einen schmalen Strömungsquerschnitt aufweist, um den Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) an dem Auslass von dem Sammelelement (20) zu beschleunigen und den Venturi-Effekt zum Ansaugen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch in dem Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) zu erzeugen,
    so dass der Strom von Oxidationsmittel, welcher durch die Sammelelemente (20) hindurchtritt, beschleunigt wird und den ersten Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch durch die Rauch-Einlassöffnung (17) in der inneren Kammer (18) ansaugt, wo er sich mit dem Strom von Oxidationsmittel in einer Mischungszone (24) stromabwärts von den Sammelelementen (20) mischt, und die Oxidationsmittel-Rauch/Gas-Mischung dann durch eine Diffusorzone (25) der Oxidationsmittel-Auslassöffnung (21) hindurchtritt, von welcher aus sie die Brennkammer (2) erreicht,
    gekennzeichnet durch ein Abziehen eines zweiten Partialstroms (29) von Brennstoff aus der Brennkammer (2) an einem Brennstoff-Abzugspunkt (30) benachbart zu einer Auslassöffnung (23) der Brennstoffleitung (3), und ein Wiedereingeben des zweiten Partialstroms (29) an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) in die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) durch Verwenden des Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) als das treibende Fluid, um ebenfalls den zweiten Partialstrom (29) von Brennstoff anzusaugen.
  10. Industrielle Brennvorrichtung (1) mit einer Brennkammer (2), einer Brennstoffleitung (3) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2), einer Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2), sowie:
    - Mittel (6) zum Leiten eines Brennstoffstroms (7) durch die Brennstoffleitung (3) in die Brennkammer (2),
    - Mittel (8) zum Leiten eines Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) durch die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) in die Brennkammer (2),
    - eine Abgabeleitung (5) in Fluidverbindung mit der Brennkammer (2) zum Entfernen der Verbrennungsgase / des Verbrennungsrauchs (11) aus der Brennkammer (2), wenigstens eine erste Rückführleitung (12), welche einen Abzugspunkt (13) der Brennkammer (2) stromabwärts der Abgabeleitung (5) mit einem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) stromaufwärts der Brennkammer (2) in Fluidverbindung versetzt, wobei an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) als ein Venturi-Rohr eingerichtet ist, so dass der Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) als das treibende Fluid wirkt, welches eine Rückführung des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch von der Brennkammer (2) in die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) erzeugt, wobei sich der erste Partialstrom (15) mit dem Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) mischt,
    wobei die Brennvorrichtung (1) einen Misch- und Injektionskörper (16) umfasst, welcher definiert:
    - eine innere Kammer (18);
    - wenigstens eine Rauch-Einlassöffnung (17) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18), und mit welcher ein Rohr der ersten Rückführleitung (12) verbunden ist,
    - wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Einlassöffnung (19) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18), und mit welcher ein Rohr der Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) verbunden ist,
    - wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Auslassöffnung (21) in Kommunikation mit der inneren Kammer (18) zum Ausgeben einer Oxidationsmittel-Verbrennungsrauch-Mischung,
    - eine Brennstoff-Durchgangsleitung (22), mit welcher ein Rohr der Brennstoffleitung (3) verbunden ist, und welche eine Brennstoff-Auslassöffnung (23) zum Ausgeben des Brennstoffs (7) bildet,
    wobei die wenigstens eine Oxidationsmittel-Einlassöffnung (19) in einem rohrförmigen Sammelelement (20) gebildet ist, welches in der inneren Kammer (18) vorsteht und einen schmalen Strömungsquerschnitt aufweist, um den Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) an dem Auslass von dem Sammelelement (20) zu beschleunigen und den Venturi-Effekt zum Ansaugen des ersten Partialstroms (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch in dem Oxidationsmittelstrom (9) zu erzeugen,
    so dass der Strom von Oxidationsmittel, welcher durch die Sammelelemente (20) hindurchtritt, beschleunigt wird und den ersten Partialstrom (15) von Verbrennungsgasen/-rauch durch die Rauch-Einlassöffnung (17) in der inneren Kammer (18) ansaugt, wo er sich mit dem Strom von Oxidationsmittel in einer Mischungszone (24) stromabwärts von den Sammelelementen (20) mischt, und die Oxidationsmittel-Rauch/Gas-Mischung dann durch eine Diffusorzone (25) der Oxidationsmittel-Auslassöffnung (21) hindurchtritt, von welcher aus sie die Brennkammer (2) erreicht,
    gekennzeichnet durch ein Abziehen eines zweiten Partialstroms (29) von Brennstoff aus der Brennkammer (2) an einem Brennstoff-Abzugspunkt (30) benachbart zu einer Auslassöffnung (23) der Brennstoffleitung (3), und ein Wiedereingeben des zweiten Partialstroms (29) an dem Wiedereingabepunkt (14) in die Oxidationsmittelleitung (4) durch Verwenden des Oxidationsmittelstroms (9) als das treibende Fluid, um ebenfalls den zweiten Partialstrom (29) von Brennstoff anzusaugen.
