Claims (16)

  1. Maschine zur Herstellung von Filterbeuteln (1) für Infusionsprodukte, umfassend:
    - eine Station (2) zum Abrollen eines ersten durchgehenden Streifens (3) aus Filtermaterial;
    - eine Station (4) zum Dosieren von Dosierungen (5) eines Infusionsprodukts auf dem Streifen (3) aus Filtermaterial;
    - eine Station (6) zum Falten des Streifens (3) aus Filtermaterial, um ein durchgehendes Rohr zu formen;
    - eine Station (7) zum längsseitigen Zusammenfügen des durchgehenden Rohrs, um Kammern oder Zipfel (8) mit einzelnen Dosierungen (5) des Produkts in einer durchgehenden Abfolge zu formen;
    - eine Station (9) zum Schneiden des durchgehenden Rohrs, um Längen (10) aus Filtermaterial mit zwei Zipfeln (8) zu formen;
    - eine Station (11) zum Drehen der Länge (10), sodass oberseitige Kanten (12) der Länge (10) aus Filtermaterial in gegenseitigen Kontakt gebracht werden;
    - eine Station (13) zum Falten der oberseitigen Kanten (12) der Länge (10), um mindestens einen Falz (14) zum Verschließen der oberseitigen Kanten (12) zu formen;
    - eine Station (15) zum Formen und Zusammenfügen eines ersten Fadenabschnitts (16) mit einer greifenden Lasche (17) in einem ersten Zusammenfügungsbereich (18) der Formungs- und Zusammenfügungsstation (15) und mittels eines ersten Knotens (19) und zum Positionieren und Zusammenfügen eines zweiten Abschnitts des Fadens (16) mit den oberseitigen Kanten (12) der Länge (10) aus Filtermaterial mittels eines zweiten Knotens (20), wobei gleichzeitig die Länge (10) aus Filtermaterial oberseitig in einem zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereich (21) der Formungs- und Zusammenfügungsstation (15) verschlossen wird, die sich vom ersten Zusammenfügungsbereich (18) unterscheidet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formungs- und Zusammenfügungsstation (15) umfasst:
    - eine Einstecheinheit (22), versehen mit zwei unterschiedlichen Einstechelementen oder Nadeln (23, 24), jeweils angeordnet in der Nähe des ersten (18) und zweiten (21) Zusammenfügungsbereichs der Formungs- und Zusammenfügungsstation (15), und aufweisend jeweils einen ersten (25) und einen zweiten (26) durchgehenden Hilfsfaden; Mittel (27) zum Bewegen der Nadeln (23, 24) entlang einer horizontalen Ebene in beide Richtungen und entlang einer Richtung, die zur horizontalen Ebene geneigt ist, um jeweils in mindestens zwei Punkte der Lasche (17) und die oberseitigen Kanten (12) und den Verschlussfalz (14) einzustechen und um jeweils den ersten (25) und den zweiten (26) Hilfsfaden einzufügen;
    - ein Karussell (28) zum Bewegen und Positionieren mindestens des ersten Fadenabschnitts (16) aus dem ersten Bereich (18) zum Zusammenfügen des ersten Fadenabschnitts (16) mit der Lasche (17) mit dem zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereich (21);
    - eine erste Einheit (29) zum Handhaben des ersten Hilfsfadens (25), aufweisend erste Mittel (30) zum Greifen des ersten Hilfsfadens (25), wobei die ersten Greifmittel (30) in der Nähe des ersten Zusammenfügungsbereichs (18) angeordnet sind, entgegengesetzt zur entsprechenden ersten Nadel (23), und ausgelegt, um in Phasenkoordination mit der ersten Nadel (23) den ersten Knoten (19) zum Zusammenfügen der Lasche (17) und den ersten Fadenabschnitt (16) mit einem Abschnitt des ersten Hilfsfadens (25) zu formen;
    - eine zweite Einheit (31) zum Handhaben des zweiten Hilfsfadens (26), aufweisend zweite Mittel (32) zum Greifen des zweiten Hilfsfadens (26), wobei die zweiten Greifmittel (26) in der Nähe des zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereichs (21) angeordnet sind, entgegengesetzt zur entsprechenden zweiten Nadel (24), und ausgelegt, um in Phasenkoordination mit der zweiten Nadel (24) den zweiten Knoten (20) zum Zusammenfügen der Länge (10) aus Filtermaterial und des zweiten Fadenabschnitts (16) mit einem Abschnitt des zweiten Hilfsfadens (26) zu formen.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Zusammenfügungsbereich (21) durch die oberseitigen Kanten (12) und den Verschlussfalz (14) der Länge (10) aus Filtermaterial gegriffen wird, angeordnet auf einer Seite und gestützt durch einen Greifer (33) eines Karussells (34), das sich um eine horizontale Achse der Station (13) zum Falten der oberseitigen Kanten (12) der Länge (10) dreht.
  3. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ersten Greifmittel (30) der ersten Einheit (29) ein erstes Paar Hakennadeln (30a, 30b) umfassen, nebeneinander angeordnet auf einer vertikalen Ebene und verbunden mit den entsprechenden ersten Bewegungsmitteln, synchronisiert und getaktet mit den Bewegungsmitteln (27) der ersten Nadel (23).
  4. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweiten Greifmittel (32) der zweiten Einheit (31) ein zweites Paar Hakennadeln (32a, 32b) umfassen, nebeneinander angeordnet auf einer vertikalen Ebene und verbunden mit den entsprechenden zweiten Bewegungsmitteln, synchronisiert und getaktet mit den Bewegungsmitteln (27) der zweiten Nadel (24).
  5. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Nadel (23) einen Kopf (38) umfasst, um ein Stück der Lasche (17), angeordnet im ersten Zusammenfügungsbereich (18), zu schieben, und ausgestaltet, um den Faden (16) in der gefalteten Lasche (17) zu halten, und wirkend als Anschlag während der Einstichbewegungen der ersten Nadel (23), wobei der Schiebekopf (38) ausgelegt ist, um in Kooperation mit einem rückseitigen Anschlagelement (39) einen mittigen Falz in der Lasche (17) zu formen, definierend zwei Flügel, und um der ersten Nadel (23) zu ermöglichen, beide Flügel der so definierten Lasche (17) zu durchstechen.
  6. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste (29) und die zweite (31) Einheit jeweils eine entsprechende erste (40) und zweite (41) Schneideinheit umfassen, betriebswirksam positioniert in der Nähe des entsprechenden ersten (18) und zweiten (21) Zusammenfügungsbereichs, und ausgelegt, um jeweils den jeweiligen Abschnitt des ersten (25) und des zweiten (26) Hilfsfadens, gewunden und geknotet, vom restlichen ersten (25) und zweiten (26) durchgehenden Hilfsfaden zu trennen, jeweils angeordnet auf der ersten (23) und der zweiten (24) Nadel.
  7. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Mittel (42, 43) zum jeweiligen Halten des ersten (25) und des zweiten (26) Hilfsfadens, jeweils betriebswirksam angeordnet in der Nähe der ersten (23) und der zweiten (24) Nadel, und ausgelegt, um den entsprechenden ersten (25) und zweiten (26) Hilfsfaden in einem Durchführungssitz (23a, 24a) zu halten, jeweils geformt aus der ersten (23) und der zweiten (24) Nadel.
  8. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Einheit (29) eine erste Welle (35) umfasst, um einen ersten Betriebskopf (44) zu stützen, umfassend die ersten Greifmittel (30) und die erste Schneideinheit (40), wobei die erste Welle (35) durch einen kinematischen Mechanismus mit den Greifmitteln (30) verbunden ist, um die ersten Greifmittel (30) zu bewegen, wobei die erste Welle (35) parallel zur vertikalen Rotationsachse des sich bewegenden und positionierenden Karussells (28) angeordnet ist.
  9. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Welle (35) eine Längsachse aufweist und in zwei verschiedenen Bereichen entlang der Längsachse verbunden ist mit:
    - ersten Nockenmitteln (45), um taktgleich die ersten Greifmittel (30) in Drehung um eine entsprechende horizontale Achse zu steuern, um den ersten Hilfsfaden (25) zu halten und freizugeben, sodass der erste Hilfsfaden (25) während der Durchstichbewegungen der ersten Nadel (23) abgefangen wird, und um eine Vielzahl an Schleifen zu formen;
    - zweiten Nockenmitteln (46) zum Bewegen des ersten Betriebskopfs (44) entlang einer vertikalen Achse in beide Richtungen, um die ersten Greifmittel (30) und die erste Schneideinheit (40) wegführend vom/hinführend zum ersten Zusammenfügungsbereich (18) zu bewegen.
  10. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ersten Mittel (30) eine Hilfswelle (47) umfassen, angeordnet parallel zur ersten Welle (35) und assoziiert mit der ersten Schneideinheit (40), angeordnet auf dem ersten Betriebskopf (44), wobei die Hilfswelle (47) mit dritten Nockenmitteln (48) verbunden ist, um die erste Schneideinheit (40) taktgleich mit der ersten Nadel (23) und den ersten Greifmitteln (30) zu bewegen, um einen verknoteten Abschnitt des ersten Hilfsfadens (25) vom Rest des ersten Hilfsfadens (25) zu trennen.
  11. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweite Einheit (31) Mittel zum Drehen um eine horizontale Achse aufweist, sodass die zweite Einheit (31) hinführend zum/wegführend vom zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereich (21) taktgleich mit der zweiten Nadel (24) bewegt wird.
  12. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweite Einheit (31) eine zweite Welle (36) umfasst, um einen zweiten Betriebskopf (49) zu stützen, umfassend die zweiten Greifmittel (32) und die zweite Schneideinheit (41), wobei die zweite Welle (36) durch einen kinematischen Mechanismus mit dem zweiten Betriebskopf (49) und den zweiten Greifmitteln (32) verbunden ist, um den zweiten Betriebskopf (49) und die zweiten Greifmittel (32) zu bewegen, wobei die zweite Welle (36) quer zur vertikalen Rotationsachse des sich bewegenden und positionierenden Karussells (28) angeordnet ist.
  13. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweite Welle (36) eine Längsachse aufweist und in drei verschiedenen Bereichen entlang der Längsachse verbunden ist mit:
    - vierten Nockenmitteln (50) zum Bewegen des zweiten Betriebskopfs (49) entlang einer vertikalen Ebene in beide Richtungen und um der zweiten Schneideinheit (41) zu ermöglichen, einen geknoteten Abschnitt des zweiten Hilfsfadens (26) vom Rest des zweiten Hilfsfadens (26) zu trennen und um die zweiten Greifmittel (32) wegführend vom/hinführend zum zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereich (21) zu bewegen;
    - fünften Nockenmitteln (51), um taktgleich die zweiten Greifmittel (32) zu bewegen, insbesondere, um die zweiten Greifmittel (32) um eine entsprechende horizontale Achse zu drehen, und um den zweiten Hilfsfaden (26) zu halten und freizugeben, sodass der zweite Hilfsfaden (26) abgefangen wird, während die zweite Nadel (24) den Falz (14) durchsticht, um eine Vielzahl an Schleifen zu formen;
    - sechsten Nockenmitteln (52), um den zweiten Betriebskopf (49) um eine horizontale Achse zu drehen und den zweiten Betriebskopf (49) hinführend zum/wegführend vom zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereich (21) taktgleich mit der zweiten Nadel (24) zu bewegen.
  14. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Filterbeutels (1) für Infusionsprodukte, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bereitstellen eines durchgehenden Streifens (3) aus Filtermaterial;
    - Ablage einer Abfolge von Dosierungen (5) eines Infusionsprodukts auf dem durchgehenden Streifen (3);
    - Falten von Längsseiten des durchgehenden Streifens (3) aufeinander, um ein durchgehendes Rohr zu formen, in dem die Dosierungen (5) des Infusionsprodukts angeordnet werden;
    - längsseitiges Verschließen des durchgehenden Rohrs;
    - Trennen von Längen (10) aus Filtermaterial vom durchgehenden Rohr, wobei eine jede mindestens ein Paar Dosierungen (5) des Infusionsprodukts umfasst;
    - Falten der Länge (10) aus Filtermaterial, sodass entsprechende oberseitige Kanten (12) der Länge (10) in gegenseitigen Kontakt gebracht werden und ein Paar Zipfel (8) mit entsprechenden Dosierungen (5) des Infusionsprodukts geformt werden;
    - Falten der oberseitigen Kanten (12), um einen Verschlussfalz (14) in Kontakt mit einer frontseitigen Oberfläche von einem der zwei Zipfel (8) zu formen;
    - Bereitstellen einer Greiflasche (17), versehen mit einem mittigen Falz, um zwei Flügel zu konfigurieren;
    - Bereitstellen eines durchgehenden Fadens (16) mit einem ersten Abschnitt, positioniert entlang des mittigen Falzes der Lasche (17), und einem zweiten Abschnitt, beabstandet vom ersten Abschnitt, positioniert entlang der oberseitigen Kanten (12),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zudem folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen eines ersten durchgehenden Hilfsfadens (25) ;
    - Bereitstellen eines zweiten durchgehenden Hilfsfadens (26) ;
    - Herstellen eines ersten Knotens (19) mit einem Abschnitt des ersten Hilfsfadens (25), um den ersten Abschnitt des durchgehenden Fadens (16) an der Lasche (17) zu blockieren, indem die Lasche (17) an mindestens zwei Punkten durchstochen wird, in einem ersten Zusammenfügungsbereich (18) der Formungs- und Zusammenfügungsstation (15);
    - Herstellen eines zweiten Knotens (20) mit einem Abschnitt des zweiten Hilfsfadens (26), um den zweiten Abschnitt des durchgehenden Fadens (16) an den oberseitigen Kanten (12) und dem Verschlussfalz (14) zu blockieren, indem die oberseitigen Kanten (12) und der Verschlussfalz (14) an mindestens zwei Punkten durchstochen werden, und um den Filterbeutel (1) fest zu verschließen, so geformt in einem zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereich (21) der Formungs- und Zusammenfügungsstation (15), der sich vom ersten Zusammenfügungsbereich (18) unterscheidet;
    - Bewegen und Positionieren mindestens eines zweiten Fadenabschnitts (16) aus dem ersten Zusammenfügungsbereich (18) des ersten Fadenabschnitts (16) mit der Lasche (17) in den/im zweiten Zusammenfügungsbereich (21).
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, umfassend einen Schritt zum Schneiden des ersten Hilfsfadens (25) von einem geknoteten Abschnitt zwischen der Lasche (17) und dem durchgehenden Faden (16) nach dem Schritt zum Herstellen des zweiten Knotens (19) und optional umfassend einen Schritt zum Schneiden des zweiten Hilfsfadens (26) von einem geknoteten Abschnitt zwischen den oberseitigen Kanten (12) und dem durchgehenden Faden (16) nach dem Schritt zum Herstellen des zweiten Knotens (20).
  16. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 15, umfassend einen Schritt zum Sammeln des Abschnitts des durchgehenden Fadens (16) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Abschnitt, blockiert an der Lasche (17) und jeweils an den oberseitigen Kanten (12) während des Schritts zum Bewegen und Positionieren und optional umfassend einen Schritt zum Einfügen der Lasche (17), gefaltet in einer V-Form, durch den Verschlussfalz (14), wobei der durchgehende Faden (16) zwischen einem Zipfel (8) und einem jeweiligen Flügel der Lasche (17) gesammelt und gehalten wird.
