Insbesondere wird durch die asymmetrische Geometrie die Bildung des einen oder der mehreren entstehenden Wirbel gezielt eingeleitet, damit die gegenläufigen Strömungen sich möglichst mit wenig Widerstand vereinen können;
- die Strömungen auf der linken und rechten Seite der Saugöffnung aufgrund der Asymmetrie in der Geometrie des Hohlraums nicht frontal aufeinander treffen, sondern seitlich leicht abgelenkt werden. Dadurch fliessen die Strömungen seitlich versetzt ineinander hinein. Es ergibt sich dadurch ein Wirbel in welchem eine hohe Geschwindigkeit der Strömung vorliegt, wodurch das Wasser besser vom Boden wegtransportiert werden kann. Insbesondere im Überschneidungsbereich des horizontalen und vertikalen Kanals gibt es dadurch weniger Zonen mit langsamer Strömung; und
- durch die effizientere Strömungsführung, d.h. aufgrund der höheren Strömungsgeschwindigkeit kann das Wasser besser vom Boden abtransportiert werden. Dadurch ist es möglich einen trockeneren Boden gleich nach der Reinigung zu erhalten. Aufgrund dieser Asymmetrie in der Geometrie des Hohlraums 15 treffen die Luft/Flüssigkeitsströmungen bei der Umlenkung von der horizontalen in die vertikale Richtung auf der linken und rechten Seite der Saugöffnung 14 nicht frontal aufeinander, sondern werden seitlich leicht abgelenkt. Dadurch ergibt sich ein Wirbel, in welchem eine hohe Geschwindigkeit der Strömung vorliegt, wodurch das Wasser besser vom Boden wegtransportiert werden kann. In einer Ansicht auf die Unterseite 8 des Längsträgers 4 betrachtet erweitert sich der erste Vorsprung 11 gegen die Saugöffnung 14 hin keilförmig, so dass sich der Hohlraum 15 in diesem Bereich gegen das hintere Abstreifblatt 10 verengt, während sich der zweite Vorsprung 12 gegen die Saugöffnung 14 hin gekrümmt verjüngt, so dass sich der Hohlraum 15 in diesem Bereich gegen das vordere Abstreifblatt 9 erweitert.The

Der erste Vorsprung 11 erweitert sich gegen die Saugöffnung 14 hin auf einem Längsabschnitt X des Längsträgers 4 geradlinig oder gekrümmt, wobei der Längsabschnitt X von der Saugöffnung 14 in Richtung des ersten Endes 2 gemessen eine Länge von mindestens 10 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 30 mm aufweist. Die in einer zur Frontseite 5 und zur Unterseite 8 des Längsträgers 4 orthogonalen Mittelebene 16 der Saugöffnung 14 gemessene Weite W des Hohlraums 15 wird durch den ersten Vorsprung 11 an der Saugöffnung 14 mindestens um 15% verringert, vorzugsweise mindestens um 65%. Die Verringerung dieser Weite W durch den ersten Vorsprung 11 beträgt an der Saugöffnung 14 höchstens 85%, vorzugsweise höchstens 75%. Der zweite Vorsprung 12 verjüngt sich gegen die Saugöffnung 14 hin auf einem Längsabschnitt Y des Längsträgers 4 geradlinig oder gekrümmt, wobei dieser Längsabschnitt Y von der Saugöffnung 14 in Richtung des zweiten Endes 3 gemessen eine Länge von mindestens 10 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 30 mm aufweist. Die in der Mittelebene 16 der Saugöffnung 14 zwischen dem vorderen Abstreifblatt 9 und dem hinteren Abstreifblatt 10 gemessene Weite W des Hohlraums 15 wird durch den zweiten Vorsprung 12 an der Saugöffnung 14 mindestens um 5% verringert, vorzugsweise mindestens um 18%. Die Verringerung dieser Weite W des Hohlraums 15 durch den zweiten Vorsprung 12 beträgt an der Saugöffnung 14 höchstens 75%, vorzugsweise höchstens 28%. Der Längsträger 4 kann zwischen dem ersten Ende 2 und dem zweiten Ende 3 gemessen eine Länge L von mindestens 300 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 350 mm und von höchstens 1400 mm, vorzugsweise höchstens 1300 mm aufweisen. Die zur Frontseite 5 und zur Unterseite 8 des Längsträgers 4 orthogonale Querschnittsfläche des Hohlraums 15 beträgt mindestens 150 mm2, vorzugsweise mindestens 200 mm2 und höchstens 1100 mm2, vorzugsweise höchstens 1000 mm2.
