  • the photo sensor 9 reads a mark on the film that locates the position of the print registration. The sensing of the mark determines the where the product stops on the transfer belt before the sealing bar seals and cuts the curtain of film. If the sensor reading is to soon the product on the transfer belt will stops closer to the sealing bar. If the sensor reading is late, the product will stop further away from the sealing bar.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Einwickeln eines Produkts (12) mit einer Wärmeschrumpffolie von einer einzelnen Rolle und zum Beibehalten eines Druckregisters, umfassend:
    eine erste Rolle (4) mit Wärmeschrumpffolie (10);
    eine zweite Rolle (7) mit einer Folie (6);
    Mittel zum Schieben des Produkts (12) in einen Vorhang aus Folie, während das Produkt (12) durch Abwickeln der Wärmeschrumpffolie (10) von der ersten Rolle (4) eingewickelt wird, während die Folie (6) auf der zweiten Rolle (7) in einer im Wesentlichen stationären Position gehalten wird, während das Produkt (12) mit der Wärmeschrumpffolie (10) von der ersten Rolle (4) eingewickelt wird;
    Mittel (9) zum Abtasten einer Registermarke auf der Wärmeschrumpffolie (10) um sicherzustellen, dass eine vorbestimmte Folienlänge von der ersten Rolle (4) abgezogen wird, sodass ein bedruckter Abschnitt der Wärmeschrumpffolie (10) in Register mit dem Produkt (12) ist;
    Mittel (8) zum gleichzeitigen Schneiden der Folie (10) und Versiegeln der Folie aneinander auf beiden Seiten des Schnitts, wodurch ein Folienvorhang geschaffen wird;
    Mittel zum Abziehen der Wärmeschrumpffolie (10) von der ersten Rolle (4) nach Schneiden und Versiegeln der Folie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung weiter ein Mittel (11) zum Erreichen eines Druckregisters durch Einstellen der Länge der Folie umfasst, wenn die Ablesung von dem Mittel (9) zum Abtasten nicht mit der Länge der Wärmeschrumpffolie (10) übereinstimmt, die von der ersten Rolle (4) abgezogen wird, indem der Abstand zwischen dem Mittel (8) zum Schneiden und Versiegeln der Folie variiert wird, und wobei das Produkt (12) vor dem Versiegeln und Schneiden der Folie (10) beruhend auf dem Abtasten der Registermarke anhält.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Mittel zum Erreichen des Druckregisters einen Schieber (11) mit einem variablen Hub aufweist, der das Produkt (12), das auf einer Abstellplatte (13) ruht, durch einen Folienvorhang auf eine andere Abstellplatte (14) schiebt, wobei der Hub des Schiebers (11) den Abstand zwischen dem Produkt (12) und dem Mittel (8) zum Versiegeln und Schneiden der Folie vor dem Versiegeln variieren kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Mittel zum Schieben des Produkts (12) von einem Förderer (15) durch einen Folienvorhang einen Förderer aufweist, der das Produkt durch den Folienvorhang auf einen Umsetzförderer schiebt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Folie (6) von der zweiten Rolle (7) eine Ausgleichsstange hat, die es der Folie (6) von der zweiten Rolle (7) ermöglicht, sich unter das Produkt (12) zu bewegen, um die Spannung während des Umsetzen des Produkts (12) vom Förderer (15) auf den Umsetzförderer zu reduzieren.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Mittel zum Abtasten ein Fotosensor (9) ist.
  6. Verfahren zum Einwickeln eines Produkts (12) mit einer Wärmeschrumpffolie von einer einzelnen Rolle, umfassend:
    Bereitstellen einer ersten Rolle (4) mit Wärmeschrumpffolie (10);
    Bereitstellen einer zweiten Rolle (7) mit einer Folie (6);
    Abtasten von Registermarken auf der Folie, um die Folienlänge zu bestimmen, die notwendig ist, um das Produkt (12) einzuwickeln, um das Druckregister zu erreichen;
    Schieben des Produkts (12) in einen Vorhang aus Folie, während das Produkt (12) durch Abwickeln der Folie von der ersten Folie eingewickelt wird, während die zweite Rolle (7) mit Folie in einer im Wesentlichen stationären Position gehalten wird, während das Produkt (12) von der Folie von der ersten Rolle (4) eingewickelt wird;
    gleichzeitiges Schneiden der Folie und Versiegeln der Folie aneinander auf beiden Seiten des Schnitts, wodurch ein Folienvorhang geschaffen wird;
    Abziehen der Folie von der ersten Rolle (4) nach Schneiden und Versiegeln der Folie;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren weiter ein Einstellen der Länge der Folie umfasst, wenn die Registermarke nicht mit der Länge der von der ersten Rolle (4) abgezogenen Folie übereinstimmt, indem der Abstand zwischen dem Versiegeln und Schneiden der Folie variiert wird, und wobei das Produkt (12) vor dem Versiegeln und Schneiden der Folie anhält, sodass die Länge der Folie mit der Registermarke übereinstimmt, wodurch das Druckregister erreicht wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Einstellung des Abstands zwischen dem Versiegeln und Schneiden der Folie und wobei das Produkt (12) vor dem Versiegeln und Schneiden der Folie anhält, ein Schieben des Produkts (12), das auf einer Abstellplatte (14) ruht, mit einem Schieber (11), der einen variablen Hub hat, durch einen Folienvorhang auf eine andere Abstellplatte enthält, wobei der Hub des Schiebers (11) den Abstand zwischen dem Produkt (12) und dem Versiegeln und Schneiden der Folie vor dem Versiegeln festlegt.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Produkt von einem Förderer durch einen Folienvorhang auf einen Umsetzförderer geschoben wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, aufweisend den Schritt des Eingebens der Länge und Breite des Produkts (12) in einen Computer, um einen minimalen Hub festzulegen, der kleiner als der Hub ist, der von der Teilung der Registermarken notwendig ist.
