dass dem Oberwerkzeug (6) zumindest ein Saugelement zum abschnittsweisen Anheben der Folie (5) zugeordnet ist, wobei das Saugelement (8) aus zwei zueinander lageveränderlichen Bauteilen ausgebildet ist, ein erstes Bauteil ein Innenstempel (10) mit angeschlossener Vakuumleitung (9) ist und ein zweites Bauelement ein das erste Bauelement zumindest abschnittsweise umlaufender Wandungsring (11) ist.
