Description
- La présente demande a pour objet un disjoncteur différentiel modulaire.
- Les disjoncteurs de ce type peuvent comprendre au moins un compartiment de coupure et un compartiment de protection différentielle, le ou les compartiment(s) de coupure présentant un mécanisme d'ouverture et de fermeture d'au moins un contact électrique entre une ligne électrique amont et une ligne électrique aval.
- Les disjoncteurs différentiels peuvent comprendre des fonctions test permettant de tester le bon fonctionnement du compartiment de protection différentielle. Le compartiment de protection différentielle comprend alors un circuit test, le circuit test comportant un premier interrupteur pouvant être fermé par l'appui sur un bouton test
- Ce test peut se faire par l'appui sur le bouton test qui a pour effet de fermer le circuit test qui simule un défaut différentiel qui provoque le déclenchement du module différentiel du produit, généralement ce défaut différentiel est réalisé par un courant de fuite entre le neutre et au moins une phase du produit, ce courant traversant une résistance ayant pour effet de limiter le courant de fuite.
- De façon générale, le disjoncteur comprend une pièce de liaison montée à l'intérieur du compartiment de protection différentiel et qui permet de relier mécaniquement le ou les compartiment(s) de coupure entre eux grâce au moins un ergot latéral, de préférence deux ergots latéraux. La pièce de liaison peut dépasser de part et d'autre du compartiment de protection différentiel et peut pénétrer dans les compartiments de coupure situés, le cas échéant, de part et d'autre du compartiment de protection différentielle.
- La pièce de liaison peut actionner l'ouverture du contact des compartiments de coupures lors d'un défaut différentiel par l'intermédiaire de ses ergots latéraux.
- Un tel disjoncteur connu de l'art antérieur est par exemple divulgué par le document
EP0948021 B1 - Le document
AT 384 906 B - Les disjoncteurs connus de l'art antérieur présentent l'inconvénient de laisser actif le circuit test après une ouverture mécanique des contacts des compartiments de coupure et/ou après un défaut différentiel, et laisse ainsi inutilement passer le courant dans le circuit test lors d'un appui prolongé sur le bouton test, ce qui pourrait avoir pour conséquence la destruction de la fonction test en endommageant une résistance de la fonction test.
- L'objet de cette demande est de pallier ces inconvénients.
- A cet effet la demande propose un disjoncteur différentiel comprenant un compartiment de protection différentielle et une pièce de liaison montée à l'intérieur du compartiment de protection différentielle, ledit disjoncteur différentiel comprenant en outre un circuit test apte à tester le bon fonctionnement du compartiment de protection différentielle, ledit circuit test comportant un premier interrupteur pouvant être ouvert et/ou fermé à l'aide d'un appui sur un bouton test et le disjoncteur différentiel comprenant en outre des compartiments de coupure présentant un mécanisme d'ouverture et de fermeture d'au moins un contact électrique entre une ligne électrique amont et une ligne électrique aval, caractérisé par la pièce de liaison, d'une part, dépassant de part et d'autre du compartiment de protection différentielle et pénétrant dans lesdits compartiments de coupure situés de part et d'autre du compartiment de protection différentielle et, dàutre part, permettant de relier mécaniquement les compartiments de coupure entre eux grâce à des ergots latéraux et pouvant actionner l'ouverture du contact des compartiments de coupures lors d'un défaut différentiel par l'intermédiaire de ses ergots latéraux et en ce que ledit circuit test comporte en outre un deuxième interrupteur pouvant être ouvert par ladite pièce de liaison lorsque le contact des compartiments de coupure est (sont) ouvert(s) et/ou lorsque le compartiment de protection différentielle détecte un défaut.
- De préférence, la pièce de liaison peut désactiver le circuit test lors d'une ouverture mécanique des compartiments de coupure et/ou par le compartiment de protection différentielle lors d'un défaut différentiel.
- De préférence, lorsque le disjoncteur est en position ON, c'est-à-dire lorsque le contact du ou des compartiment(s) de coupure est (sont) fermé(s) et le compartiment de protection différentielle ne détecte pas de défaut, la pièce de liaison peut être adaptée pour permettre l'établissement du bon contact du circuit test dans le compartiment différentiel, c'est-à-dire pour fermer le circuit test (deuxième interrupteur fermé, possibilité de réaliser la fonction test).
- De préférence, lorsque le disjoncteur est en position OFF, c'est-à-dire lorsque le contact du ou des compartiment(s) de coupure est (sont) ouvert(s) et/ou lorsque le compartiment de protection différentielle détecte un défaut, la pièce de liaison ouvre physiquement le circuit test (deuxieme interrupteur ouvert et ainsi le protège d'un court-circuit en cas d'appui prolongé et de fermeture du contact du bouton test). En effet lors d'un appui sur le bouton test, le premier interrupteur du bouton test est fermé mais comme le deuxième interrupteur est ouvert, la fonction test est désactivée.
- Ainsi, la pièce de liaison peut désactiver le circuit test lors d'une ouverture mécanique des compartiments de coupure et/ou par le compartiment de protection différentielle lors d'un défaut différentiel.
- De préférence, le premier interrupteur et le deuxième interrupteur son branchés en série.
- De préférence, le deuxième interrupteur comporte un premier élément de contact et un deuxième élément de contact, la pièce de liaison étant apte à écarter le premier élément de contact du deuxième élément de contact pour ouvrir le deuxième interrupteur en venant en appui contre le premier élément de contact.
- De préférence, le premier élément de contact étant monté rotatif dans un boîtier du disjoncteur différentiel.

figure 3 est une représentation schématique du disjoncteur proposé par la demande en position OFF. - Comme le divulguent les
figures 1 á 3, la demande concerne un disjoncteur 210 comprenant un circuit test comportant un premier interrupteur 220 pouvant être ouvert et/ou fermé à l'aide d'un appui sur un bouton test 222 et un deuxième interrupteur 230 pouvant être ouvert et/ou fermé par une pièce de liaison 250. De préférence, la pièce de liaison 250 ferme le deuxième interrupteur 230 lorsque le contact du ou des compartiment(s) de coupure est (sont) fermé(s). De préférence, la pièce de liaison 250 ouvre le deuxième interrupteur 230 lorsque le contact du ou des compartiment(s) de coupure est (sont) ouvert(s). - De préférence, le premier interrupteur 220 et le deuxième interrupteur 230 sont branchés en série.
- De préférence, la pièce de liaison 250 peut désactiver le circuit test lors d'une ouverture mécanique des compartiments de coupure et/ou par le compartiment de protection différentielle lors d'un défaut différentiel.
- La pièce de liaison 250 est montée à l'intérieur du compartiment de protection différentiel et permet de relier mécaniquement les compartiments de coupure entre eux grâce à au moins deux ergots latéraux 251, 251'. La pièce de liaison 250 dépasse de part et d'autre du compartiment de protection différentiel et pénètre dans les compartiments de coupure situés de part et dàutre du compartiment de protection différentielle.
- De préférence, lorsque le disjoncteur 210 est en position ON 253, c'est-à-dire lorsque le contact des compartiments de coupure est (sont) fermé(s) et le compartiment de protection différentielle ne détecte pas de défaut différentiel, la pièce de liaison 250 peut être adaptée pour permettre l'établissement du bon contact du circuit test dans le compartiment différentiel, c'est-à-dire pour fermer le circuit test (deuxième interrupteur 220 fermé, possibilité de réaliser la fonction test).
- De préférence, lorsque le disjoncteur est en position OFF 255, c'est-à-dire lorsque le contact des compartiments de coupure est (sont) ouvert(s) et/ou lorsque le compartiment de protection différentielle détecte un défaut différentiel, la pièce de liaison 250 ouvre physiquement le circuit test (deuxième interrupteur ouvert et ainsi le protège d'un court-circuit en cas d'appui prolongé et de fermeture du contact du bouton test 222). En effet lors d'un appui sur le bouton test 222, le premier interrupteur 220 du bouton test 222 est fermé mais comme le deuxième interrupteur 230 est ouvert, la fonction test est désactivée.
- Comme il découle des
figures 2 et3 , le deuxième interrupteur 230 peut comporter un premier élément de contact 231 et un deuxième élément de contact 232. Le premier élément de contact 231 peut être écarté du deuxième élément de contact 232 pour ouvrir le deuxième interrupteur 230. La pièce de liaison 250 peut écarter le premier élément de contact 231 du deuxième élément de contact 232 en venant en appui contre le premier élément de contact 231. Le premier élément de contact 231 peut être monté rotatif dans un boîtier 211 du disjoncteur différentiel 210. - Ainsi, la pièce de liaison peut désactiver le circuit test lors d'une ouverture mécanique des compartiments de coupure et/ou par le compartiment de protection différentielle lors d'un défaut différentiel.
Claims (4)
- Disjoncteur différentiel comprenant un compartiment de protection différentielle et une pièce de liaison (250) montée à l'intérieur du compartiment de protection différentielle,
ledit disjoncteur différentiel (210) comprenant en outre un circuit test apte à tester le bon fonctionnement du compartiment de protection différentielle, ledit circuit test comportant un premier interrupteur (220) pouvant être ouvert et/ou fermé à l'aide d'un appui sur un bouton test (222), et le disjoncteur différentiel comprenant en outre des compartiments de coupure présentant un mécanisme d'ouverture et de fermeture d'au moins un contact électrique entre une ligne électrique amont et une ligne électrique aval, caractérisé par la pièce de liaison (250), d'une part, dépassant de part et d'autre du compartiment de protection différentielle et pénétrant dans lesdits compartiments de coupure situés de part et d'autre du compartiment de protection différentielle et, d'autre part, permettant de relier mécaniquement les compartiments de coupure entre eux grâce à des ergots latéraux (251, 251') et pouvant actionner l'ouverture du contact des compartiments de coupure lors d'un défaut différentiel par l'intermédiaire de ses ergots latéraux (251, 251') et en ce que ledit circuit test comporte en outre un deuxième interrupteur (230) pouvant être ouvert par ladite pièce de liaison (250) lorsque le contact des compartiments de coupure est ouvert et/ou lorsque le compartiment de protection différentielle détecte un défaut. - Disjoncteur différentiel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième interrupteur (230) peut être en outre fermé par la pièce de liaison (250) lorsque le contact des compartiments de coupure est fermé
- Disjoncteur différentiel selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième interrupteur (230) comporte un premier élément de contact (231) et un deuxième élément de contact (232), la pièce de liaison (250) étant apte à écarter le premier élément de contact (231) du deuxième élément de contact (232) pour ouvrir le deuxième interrupteur (230) en venant en appui contre le premier élément de contact (231).
- Disjoncteur différentiel selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de contact (231) est monté rotatif dans un boîtier (211) du disjoncteur différentiel (210).
