Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de table de cuisson (10), notamment un système de table de cuisson à induction, comprenant au moins un arrangement chauffant (26) qui possède au moins deux éléments chauffants (12), lesquels sont disposés l'un à côté de l'autre et sont conçus au moins pour le chauffage d'un récipient de cuisson (14) posé, et comprenant au moins une unité de commande (16). Selon l'invention, pour produire un système générique qui présente des caractéristiques améliorées dans la perspective d'un confort élevé pour un opérateur, l'unité de commande (16), au moins dans un mode de fonctionnement, est conçue pour définir un certain nombre de zones de chauffe virtuelles (18) ayant des densités de puissance de chauffe différentes en fonction d'une taille d'au moins un récipient de cuisson (14) posé. Les zones de chauffe virtuelle (18) son constituées par des éléments chauffants (12) disposés les uns à côté des autres dont le nombre et/ou la taille conviennent pour un fonctionnement du récipient de cuisson (14).
