Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de guidage amélioré (10) pour l'ouverture et le support de portes de meubles adapté pour guider et supporter le mouvement de celles-ci à la fois durant les phases d'ouverture et de fermeture, comprenant un corps de contenant (11) de forme essentiellement rectangulaire fixé sur la face intérieure d'un épaulement latéral (12) d'un cadre d'un article d'ameublement (14) doté d'une porte (16) pouvant être ouverte en étant rabattue devant par au moins une charnière (18) fixée sur le cadre du meuble (14) et reliée de façon opérationnelle au corps de contenant (11) au moyen d'un câble (20) dudit dispositif de guidage fixé sur ladite porte (16) par le biais d'un élément de fixation (22) contraint sur une face intérieure de la même porte (16), ledit dispositif de guidage comprenant une glissière de corps (48) glissant à l'intérieur dudit corps de contenant (11), caractérisé en ce que ladite glissière de corps (48) abrite une roue dentée (52) roto-translatant par rapport à un profilé ou un rail (32) denté du corps de contenant (11) pour un mouvement de ladite glissière de corps (48) et en ce qu'un déroulement/enroulement dudit câble (20) de/sur ladite roue dentée (52) sur laquelle le câble (20) est fixé, est réalisé par contraste à ou assisté par un ressort de rappel (58) dudit dispositif de guidage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen amortisseur approprié pour absorber l'impact de fin de course de ladite glissière de corps (48).
  3. Dispositif de guidage amélioré selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de rappel (58) est défini par un ressort hélicoïdal et que le moyen amortisseur est défini par un élément amortisseur (56), avec lesdits ressort et élément amortisseur déclenchés par ladite glissière de corps (48) et coopérant avec d'autres moyens de déclenchement roto-translationnels, agencés à l'intérieur du corps de contenant (11) et adaptés pour réguler et commander le mouvement de ladite glissière de corps pendant l'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte (16).
  4. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la roue dentée (52) comprend deux moyeux (52', 52") opposés avec un profilé externe denté adapté pour le couplage avec le profilé ou le rack denté (32) formé à l'intérieur dans une première demi-coque (24) et dans une seconde demi-coque (26) du corps de contenant (11) qui sont égales et symétriques l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de déclenchement roto-translationnel supplémentaire est défini par une première broche (66) et par une seconde broche (68), filetées et insérées, respectivement, coaxialement à un premier poussoir (62) et un second poussoir (64) filetés axialement et agencés en coulissement à l'intérieur du corps de contenant (11).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-coque (24, 26) du corps de contenant (11) comprend une partie inférieure dotée d'une poche (28) avec une section rectangulaire étendue longitudinalement, au centre de laquelle est formé un creux (30) avec une section rectangulaire étendue longitudinalement et le long du bord inférieur de celui-ci est formé le profilé ou rail (32) denté, et d'une poche circulaire (40) formée à une des extrémités de la demi-coque et adaptée pour abriter un galet (60) en option pour le câble (20), une partie supérieure comprenant un siège bilobé (34) étendu longitudinalement sur une longueur correspondant essentiellement à celle de la poche (28) et doté d'un premier lobe (36) et d'un second lobe (38) adjacents l'un à l'autre et se chevauchant et un siège supplémentaire (42) développé dans la direction longitudinale à une partie d'extrémité de chaque demi-coque et comprenant un premier lobe (44) supplémentaire et un second lobe (46) supplémentaire adjacents et se superposant, ladite poche (28) et lesdits sièges (34, 42) définissant des guides de coulissement pour la glissière de corps (48) et pour les premier et second poussoir(s) (62, 64).
  7. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la glissière de corps (48) comprend deux demi-coques (48', 48") égales et symétriques l'une par rapport à l'autre, chacune dotée d'une partie inférieure adaptée pour se mettre en prise avec la poche (28) des demi-coques (24, 26) et comprenant un compartiment circulaire (50) creux en son centre pour le logement de la roue dentée (52) et une partie supérieure comprenant un compartiment bilobé (54) correspondant essentiellement au siège (34) de ces mêmes demi-coques et ayant un lobe supérieur (54') et un lobe inférieur (54") se chevauchant et adjacents, adaptés pour recevoir l'élément amortisseur (56) et le ressort hélicoïdal (58).
  8. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-coque (24, 26) du corps de contenant (11), à une pointe d'extrémité, sur un côté opposé au siège supplémentaire (42), comprend un épaulement ou une butée (45) pour déclencher l'élément amortisseur (56).
  9. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément amortisseur (56) comprend un amortisseur (56') sur lequel est logé en étant fixé coaxialement, un logement (56") essentiellement cylindrique et glissant à l'intérieur du lobe supérieur (54') du compartiment bilobé (54) de la glissière de corps (48).
  10. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la première broche (66) et la seconde broche (68) sont dotées, sur le côté opposé aux poussoirs (62) et (64), d'une couronne cylindrique d'extrémité (70) au profilé denté développé de façon circonférentielle le long d'un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe des première et seconde broches et adapté pour permettre un ajustement de la position des poussoirs au moyen d'un outil introduit en deux à travers des ouvertures (41) formées sur les demi-coques (24, 26) sur lesdites couronnes cylindriques d'extrémité (70).
  11. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est monté sur l'épaulement latéral gauche ou droit (12) d'un article d'ameublement et avec une orientation horizontale ou verticale.
