Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Schützen eines Metalisubstrats, das durch ein HVOF-Verfahren mit einer Beschichtung beschichtet ist, wobei das Verfahren das Aufbringen eines Schmiermittels auf die Beschichtung umfasst, das Festschmierstoffteilchen umfasst, die in einem Fluid aufgenommen sind, welches eine Oberflächenspannung hat, die ausreichend niedrig ist, um in die Poren der Beschichtung einzudringen und die Festschmierstoffteilchen dorthin mitzunehmen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Beschichtung vom Typ WC-Co-Cr ist.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei dem die Festschmierstoffteilchen aus Graphit, Molybdendisulfid und Wolframdisulfid ausgewählt werden.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem nach Aufbringen des Schmiermittels ein mechanischer Vorgang des zumindest teilweisen Verschließens der Poren der Beschichtung durch maschinelle Bearbeitung und/oder Schleifen und/oder Polieren eines Oberflächenbereichs dieser Beschichtung durchgeführt wird.
