Description

The present invention relates to a security bag for the transport of valuables such as banknotes, jewelery, confidential documents and others.

On the one hand, such a security bag is configured to let the liquid or gaseous fluids penetrate so as to mark or destroy the objects it contains. In fact, during the transport of the security bags containing valuables, in particular by conveyors of funds, these bags are placed in secure containers which have a spraying device configured to spray the security bags by means of an ink, a chemical liquid or even a chemical gas, which penetrates through the bag and stains the valuables.

On the other hand, such a security bag is configured to detect an unauthorized opening of the bag, as soon as said bag is closed permanently thanks to a permanent adhesive closure system. Indeed, once the security bag closed permanently, fraudulent personnel may be tempted to steal some valuables or confidential information contained in the security bag, trying to open the permanent closure system quietly. by means of a solvent liquid, steam or heat, for example, then to close said closure system by optionally adding the adhesive substance. A security bag according to the preamble of claim 1 is disclosed in the document US 2008/0310769 A1 . Other security bags are currently known to those skilled in the art, in particular those described in the documents EP 0 788 081 B1 and EP 0 105 581 A2 . The document EP 0 788 081 A1 discloses a security bag which comprises two faces interconnected to form a pocket, an opening being formed between the upper parts of these two faces. Both faces are made of a fluid-permeable material, non-woven type. The two upper parts are offset from one another to allow the folding of the first upper part on the second upper part. In a first embodiment of this security bag, the folding portion comprises on its inner side an adhesive strip coated with a protective strip. When closing the bag, the protective strip is removed to release the adhesive strip and the folding portion is folded against the outer side of the second upper portion, on which comes into contact with the adhesive strip. The high coefficient of adhesion of this adhesive strip causes tearing of the nonwoven material in case of release of the folding portion to access the opening, which indicates when an unauthorized opening of the bag of security has occurred. In a second embodiment of this security bag, the outer side of the second upper portion comprises an adhesive tape coated with a protective tape and the inner side of the folding portion comprises a pile of fibers. When the protective strip is removed and the folding portion is folded on the outer side of the second upper portion, this pile of fibers comes into contact with the adhesive strip. In case of disengagement of the folding portion, the pile of fibers is detached from this folding portion to remain on the adhesive strip, which covers it and then prevents a new closure of the bag due to lack of adhesion.

These various design variants according to EP 0 788 081 A1 have disadvantages. Indeed, on the one hand, the use of a fluid-permeable material does not allow a suitable printing of information on the security bag relating to the identification of valuables and their traceability, this information being by example in the form of a barcode or an optical impression. On the other hand, the adhesive substance of the adhesive tape can penetrate the permeable material, which can cause a loss of adhesion of the permanent closure system and thus a poor initial closure of the security bag, as well as a loss of effectiveness of the aperture indication systems described above. In addition, when handling the security bag, the adhesive substance present in the permeable material can come into contact with the hands, which is unpleasant for the person who handles the security bag, for example the conveyor. Moreover, this presence of adhesive substance in the permeable material may come into contact with the valuables contained in the security bag; in the case of banknotes, they can stick to each other and, therefore, be degraded.

The security bag described in the document EP 0 105 581 A2 overcomes these aforementioned drawbacks since it implements a security bag which comprises two faces in a material impermeable to fluids, which makes it possible to print information on the bag and avoids the problems of penetration of the adhesive substance of the adhesive tape , in the matter. This impermeable material is also perforated to allow liquid fluids to penetrate or gaseous in the pocket and mark the valuables, in case of attempted theft. An opening is provided between the upper parts of the two faces, one of the upper parts comprising a folding portion provided on its inner side with an adhesive strip coated with a protective strip, this folding portion folding against the outer side of the other of the upper parts, said outer side comprising a secure printing tape against which the adhesive strip comes into contact, once the protective strip has been removed and the folding portion folded back. When using solvent to attempt to gently detach the adhesive tape from the external side and thereby fraudulently open the security bag, said solvent also acts on the secure printing tape that reveals indications of the opening.

This safety bag design according EP 0 105 581 A2 The main disadvantage of this invention is that it does not provide adequate smudging on all valuables contained in the security bag when ink or liquid sprinkles said security bag.

To overcome all these aforementioned drawbacks, the security bag according to US 2008/0310769 A1 comprises a fluid-impermeable zone and a fluid-permeable zone, the opening being transversely formed in the fluid-impermeable zone. In addition, a permanent closure system which incorporates an opening handling indicator is arranged at this opening. Thus, the fluid impervious zone can receive valuable information impressions and their traceability, and allows an effective arrangement of the closure system incorporating the manipulation indicator. In addition, the fluid permeable zone allows smudging of all valuables contained in the closed safety bag, when a liquid or a gas sprinkles said bag.

The design according to US 2008/0310769 A1 has the disadvantage of limiting the size of the opening for the introduction of valuables. Indeed, the width of the opening is limited and when the opening is spaced to insert valuables, this spacing is also limited. This can be particularly restrictive when it comes to inserting large valuables such as bundles of banknotes or valuable documents. In addition, the closure system is complex to implement according to the design described in US 2008/0310769 A1 , since it is appropriate to relate a complementary element to the external side of the fluid impervious zone, close to the opening, such as a closure strip coated with an adhesive tape which is then applied to the opening to close it.

US 2008/0310769 A1 .The present invention relates to a security bag according to claim 1 which aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks of the security bag described in US 2008/0310769 A1 .

For this purpose, the security bag according to the invention comprises two faces assembled together which define a fluid-impermeable zone and a fluid-permeable zone, which makes it possible to print information on the fluid-impermeable zone and the fluid-impermeable zone. optimization of the smudging of valuables through the fluid permeable zone. The fluid impervious zone, hereinafter referred to as the "impermeable zone", prevents the penetration through the material of liquid, pasty or gaseous substances. Conversely for the zone permeable to fluids, hereinafter referred to as "permeable zone".

In addition, the security bag according to the invention comprises an opening which is implemented between the two faces of said bag, said opening being formed between the impermeable zone and the permeable zone, which makes it possible to optimize the width of the opening and the spacing of this opening so as to facilitate the introduction of larger valuables. This further simplifies the design of the security bag.

In addition, the security bag comprises a permanent closure system consisting of an adhesive tape provisionally coated with a removable protective strip, which is arranged on the outer side or on the inner side of either the impermeable zone or the permeable zone , depending on the configuration of the security bag.

In addition, the security bag includes an indicator system separate from the closure system. This indicator system comprises a support band and indication means applied on the support band. The carrier tape is configured to be at least impervious to the adhesive material contained in the adhesive tape. This support strip is fixed on the inner side or on the outer side of either the permeable zone or the zone waterproof, depending on the configuration of the safety bag and the position of the closure system.

In addition, the configuration of the impervious and permeable zones of the bag, the adhesive strip and the support strip is such that said adhesive strip is applied to the indication means and on said support strip, and is sandwiched between the zone waterproof and the support tape when the opening is closed. The indicating means are also sandwiched between the impermeable zone and the support strip, with the adhesive strip. The indicating means are configured to reveal indications in case of removal of the adhesive tape, such as texts, marks or colors allowing identification of a fraudulent opening.

US 2008/0310769 A1 .By implementing an indicator system having the aforementioned characteristics, the Applicant has found that it is conceivable to arrange said indicator system both on the impermeable zone and - and especially - on the permeable zone by exploiting the presence of the support strip which can advantageously be fixed on said zones without risk of detachment, in particular when it is fixed on the permeable zone. In addition, in the event of an attempt to fraudulently open the security bag, the indication means effectively perform their function even when the indicating system is positioned on the permeable zone since these means of indication are arranged on the support strip. On the other hand, when the adhesive strip is applied to the indicating means and to the support strip, once the protective strip has been removed, the adhesive substance of the adhesive strip is sandwiched between the support strip and the material of the impermeable zone. , which avoids any risk of contact of this adhesive substance with valuables contained in the security bag and with the hands when handling the bag. In particular when the indicator system is arranged on the permeable zone, the presence of the support strip on which the adhesive tape is applied indirectly, because of the presence of the printing means, prevents the penetration of the adhesive substance through the material permeable area, allowing manipulation of the bag without the risk of soiled hands. In addition, the implementation of the opening between the permeable zone and the impermeable zone facilitates the design of the safety bag since it is simply necessary to weld said zones to their side edges to reveal this opening which, moreover , is of optimal size. It is no longer necessary to perform a additional operation of creating an opening in the impervious area compared to the document US 2008/0310769 A1 .

In one embodiment of the security bag according to the invention, the closure system is arranged on the inner side of the impervious zone and the indicator system is arranged on the inner side of the permeable zone, opposite the said system. closing.

In another embodiment of the security bag according to the invention, the closure system is arranged on the inner side of the impermeable zone and the indicator system is arranged on the outer side of the permeable zone. In addition, the portion of the impervious area comprising the closure system is configured to be folded over the portion of the permeable zone comprising the indicator system, so as to fold the adhesive strip on the support strip.

In another embodiment of the security bag according to the invention, the indicator system is arranged on the inner side of the permeable zone and the closure system is arranged on the indicator system, the inner side of the impervious zone pressing against the strip. adhesive.

In another embodiment of the security bag according to the invention, the indicator system is arranged on the outer side of the permeable zone and the closure system is arranged on said indicator system. In addition, a portion of the impermeable area is configured to be folded over the portion of the permeable area having the closure system so as to fold the inner side of the impermeable area against the adhesive strip.

In another embodiment of the security bag according to the invention, the closure system and the indicator system are arranged offset on the inner side of the impermeable zone. According to a first configuration, the closure system is shifted above the indicator system. In this case, the portion of the impervious zone comprising the closure system is configured to be folded over the portion of the permeable zone disposed opposite the indicator system, so as to fold the adhesive strip on the support strip in sandwiching the permeable area and the adhesive strip between the support strip and the inner side of the impermeable area, said adhesive strip penetrating into said permeable area. According to a second configuration, inverse to the first, the closure system is shifted below the indicator system. In this case, the part of the impervious zone comprising the indicator system is configured to be folded over the part of the permeable zone disposed opposite the closure system, so as to fold the support strip over the adhesive strip in sandwiching the adhesive tape and the permeable zone between the inner side of the impermeable zone and the support tape, said adhesive tape penetrating into said permeable zone.

In another embodiment of the security bag according to the invention, the closure system is arranged on the outer side of the impermeable zone and the indicator system is arranged on the inner side of the permeable zone. In addition, the portion of the permeable zone comprising the indicator system is configured to be folded over the portion of the impermeable zone having the closure system, so as to fold the support strip against the adhesive strip.

Preferably, according to this embodiment of the security bag according to the invention, the impervious zone comprises a detachable part serving as a receipt, the prior removal of the detachable part making it possible to fold the indicator system against the adhesive strip.

In the rest of the description, the same references are used to designate the same characteristics according to the different embodiments.

In the figures, the dimensions of the elements of the security bag 1 are disproportionate or exaggerated, so as to highlight the object of the invention.

On the figure 1 , the security bag 1 comprises a first face 2 made entirely of a sheet of impermeable material, for example a film of polyethylene or polypropylene, capable of receiving various impressions on its external side so as to be able to authenticate and trace the valuable objects contained in said security bag 1. This security bag 1 also comprises a second face 3 which is made entirely of a sheet of permeable material, for example a perforated mesh or a net made of polyethylene or polypropylene, capable of penetrating into the safety bag 1 of the liquid or gas. The first face 2 and the second face 3 are welded together by means of weld seams 4a, 4b, 4c arranged on the side edges 1a, 1b and on the lower edge 1c of the security bag 1, so as to leave an opening 5 on the upper edge 1d of said security bag 1 between the two permeable surfaces 2 and impermeable 3. It could be used other materials than polyethylene and polypropylene for the implementation of the sheet of impermeable material and the sheet of permeable material, by simply ensuring the weldability between said sheets.

In the variant illustrated in figure 2 the first face 2 comprises an upper zone 6a made of a sheet of impermeable material and a lower zone 6b made of a sheet of permeable material, and the second face 3 is made entirely of a sheet of permeable material. Preferably, the lower zone 6b and the second face 3 are made in the same sheet of permeable material which is folded back on itself at the lower edge 1c of the security bag 1. The upper edge 7 of the lower zone 6b and welded with the lower edge 8 of the upper zone 6a by means of a weld bead 4d. In addition, the first face 2 and the second face 3 are welded together at the side edges 1a, 1b of the security bag 1 by means of weld seams 4a, 4b. Thus, an opening 5 is implemented on the upper edge 1d of the security bag 1, between the upper zone 6a impermeable and the second face 3 permeable.

The Figures 3 to 6 , 7A-7B and 8A-8B illustrate different implementations of a closure system 9 and an indicator system 10 on the upper sides 2a, 3a of the first and second faces 2, 3, at the opening 5 between the sheet of impermeable material and the sheet of permeable material. These different implementations are conceivable for the two variants of embodiment of the security bag 1 illustrated in FIG. Figures 1 and 2 and described above, or for any other embodiment within the scope of the invention. As illustrated in all of said figures, the closure system 9 comprises an adhesive strip 11 and a removable protective strip 12 which covers the adhesive strip 11 before the closure of the security bag 1, so as to avoid contact with said adhesive strip 11. The adhesive strip 11 is implemented by depositing an adhesive substance, preferably of thermo-fuse adhesive type more commonly called "hot melt" adhesive. As illustrated in these figures, the indicator system 10 comprises a support strip 13 on which indication means 14 are arranged. When closing the security bag 1, as illustrated in FIG. Figures 7B and 8B for example, the adhesive strip 11 comes into contact with the support strip 13 by covering the indication means 14. These indication means 14 are configured to reveal marks such as text prints, colors different from those initial or even impossible to glue the adhesive strip 11 on the support strip 13, according to the design of said indication means 14, as soon as the adhesive strip 11 is detached from the support strip 13 to access the opening 5 of the security bag 1. The support strip 13 is made of a film which has the advantage, on the one hand, of being impervious to the adhesive substance used for the implementation of the adhesive strip 11 and, on the other hand, as the applicant has been able to see, to be able to weld said support band 13 as well on the upper side 2a of the first face 2 as on the upper side 3a of the second face 3, without risk of deta said carrier strip 13 unless it causes a deterioration of the security bag 1 which, therefore, would make it possible to visualize distinctly an attempt to fraudulently open said security bag 1. Such indicator systems 10 already exist commercially; for example, an indicator system 10 marketed in the form of a roll of safety tape may be used, for which the support strip 13 is made of a weldable material compatible with the polyethylene or polypropylene used for the implementation of the zone. impermeable and permeable zone, and the means of indication 14 reveal a burglar in the language of the country of use in case of fraudulent opening.

Thus, according to the invention, different configurations are possible and illustrated in Figures 3 to 6 , 7A-7B and 8A-8B while maintaining an implementation of the opening 5 of the security bag 1 between the upper side 2a of the first face 2, made in a sheet of impermeable material, and the upper side 3a of the second face 3, made in a sheet of permeable material.

On the figure 3 , the closure system 9 is arranged on the inner side 15a of the first face 2. The adhesive strip 11 is thus arranged on said inner side 15a and provisionally coated with the protective strip 12. The indicator system 10 is arranged on the inner side 16a of the second face 3. The support strip 13 is thus welded to said inner side 16a and the indication means 14 are arranged vis-à-vis the adhesive strip 11. The two faces 2, 3 are of identical dimensions . To close the security bag 1, once filled with valuables, simply remove the protective strip 12 and come to press the adhesive strip 11 against the indication means 14 and the support strip 13, in the direction of arrows 17. The adhesive strip 11 is thus sandwiched between the inner side 15a of the first face 2 and the support strip 13 arranged on the inner side 16a of the second face 3, which prevents any contact with said adhesive strip 11, avoiding to defile your hands during the handling of security bag 1 and also to contaminate valuables.

On the figure 4 , the closure system 9 is arranged on the inner side 15a of the first face 2. The adhesive strip 11 is arranged on said inner side 15a and provisionally coated with the protective strip 12 removable. The indicator system 10 is arranged on the outer side 16b of the second face 3. The support strip 13 is thus welded to said outer side 16b and the indication means 14 are arranged in the same direction as the adhesive strip 11. The first face 2 is larger than the second face 3 in so that the closure system 9 is offset from the indicator system 10 and the upper portion 18 of the first face 2, receiving said closure system 9, constitutes a flap. To close the security bag 1, once filled with valuables, simply remove the protective strip 12 and come to press the adhesive strip 11 against the indication means 14 and the support strip 13, folding said portion upper portion 18 forming a flap in the direction of the arrow 19. The adhesive strip 11 is sandwiched between the inner side 15a of the first face 2 and the support strip 13 arranged on the outer side 16b of the second face 3, which which prevents any contact with said adhesive strip 11, avoiding to soil the hands during the handling of the security bag 1 and also to soil the valuables since the adhesive substance can not penetrate through the second face 3.

On the figure 5 , the indicator system 10 is arranged on the inner side 16a of the second face 3. The support strip 13 is thus welded to said inner side 16a and the indication means 14 are arranged towards the inside of the security bag 1. In furthermore, the closure system 9 is arranged directly on the indicator system 10 and, therefore, indirectly on the inner side 16a of the second face 3. The adhesive strip 11 is deposited on the support strip 13 by covering the indication means 14 and is provisionally coated with the removable protective strip 12. The adhesive strip 11 is therefore vis-à-vis the inner side 15a of the first face 2. The two faces 2, 3 are of identical dimensions. To close the security bag 1, once filled with valuables, simply remove the protective strip 12 and come to press the adhesive strip 11 against the inner side 15a of the first face 2 in the direction of the arrows 17 The adhesive strip 11 is thus sandwiched between the inner side 15a of the first face 2 and the support strip 13 arranged on the inner side 16a of the second face 3, which prevents any contact with said adhesive strip 11, avoiding to defile hands during the handling of security bag 1 and also to contaminate valuables.

On the figure 6 , the indicator system 10 is arranged on the outer side 16b of the second face 3. The support strip 13 is thus welded to said outer side 16b and the indication means 14 are disposed outside the security bag 1. In in addition, the closure system 9 is arranged directly on the indicator system 10 and, therefore, indirectly on the outer side 16b of the second face 3. The adhesive strip 11 is thus deposited on the support strip 13 covering the indication means 14 and is provisionally coated with the protective strip 12 removable. The adhesive strip 11 is thus oriented in the same direction as the internal side 15a of the first face 2. The first face 2 is of larger dimensions than the second face 3 so that the upper portion 18 of the first face 2, protruding of the second face 3, constitutes a flap. To close the security bag 1, once filled with valuables, simply remove the protective strip 12 and come to press the inner side 15a of the first face 2 against the adhesive strip 11, by folding the upper portion 18 forming a flap, in the direction of the arrow 19. The adhesive strip 11 is sandwiched between the inner side 15a of the first face 2 and the support strip 13 arranged on the outer side 16b of the second face 3, which prevents any contact with said adhesive strip 11, avoiding to contaminate the hands during handling of the security bag 1 and also to contaminate valuables since the adhesive substance can not penetrate through the second face 3.

On the Figures 7A-7B , the closure system 9 is arranged on the inner side 15a of the first face 2. The adhesive strip 11 is arranged on said inner side 15a and provisionally coated with the protective strip 12 removable. The indicator system 10 is also arranged on the inner side 15a of the first face 2. The support strip 13 is thus welded to said inner side 15a and the indication means 14 are arranged on the inner side of the security bag 1. The first face 2 is of greater dimensions than the second face 3 so that the upper portion 18 of the first face 2 protruding from the second face 3 constitutes a flap. The closure system 9 is arranged on the inner side 15a of the first face 2, in a position corresponding to the upper part 20 of the second face 3, as illustrated in FIG. Figure 7A . In addition, the indicator system 10 is offset from the closure system 9 and is arranged in the upper portion 18 flap. To close the security bag 1, once filled with valuables, simply remove the protective strip 12 and come to press the inner side 15a of the first face 2 having the indicator system 10, against the outer side 16b of the second face 3, that is to say by folding the upper portion 18 forming a flap against the upper portion 20 of the second face 3. The adhesive strip 11 then penetrates through the upper portion 20 of the second face 3 , permeable, and is pressed against the support strip 13 by covering the indication means 14. The adhesive strip 11 and the upper portion 20 of the second face 3 are sandwiched between the inner side 15a of the first face 2 and the band support 13, which prevents any contact with said adhesive strip 11, avoiding to soil the hands during handling of the security bag 1 and also to soil the valuables. It is preferable to provide an amount of adhesive substance for the implementation of the adhesive strip 11, larger than for the other embodiments mentioned above, in order to ensure that said adhesive substance penetrates properly through the upper part 20 of the second face 3 and adhere suitably to the indication means 14 and the support strip 13. It is also possible to envisage a variant embodiment comparable to that illustrated in FIGS. Figures 7A-7B by simply reversing the closure system 9 and the indicator system 10 on the inner side 15a of the first face 2.

On the Figures 8A-8B , the closure system 9 is arranged on the outer side 15b of the first face 2. The adhesive strip 11 is arranged on said outer side 15b and provisionally coated with the protective strip 12 removable. The indicator system 10 is arranged on the inner side 16a of the second face 3. The support strip 13 is thus welded to said inner side 16a and the indication means 14 are disposed towards the inside of the security bag 1. Preferably both faces 2, 3 are of identical dimensions. The closure system 9 is shifted below the upper part 18 of the first face 2, a precut line 21 being implemented on the first face 2, just above the position of the closure system 9, this which allows detaching said upper portion 18 which then serves as a receipt. The indicator system 10 is disposed in the upper part 20 of the second face 3 and is thus offset with respect to the closure system 9, as illustrated in FIG. figure 8A . When the upper portion 18 of the first face 2 is detached, the upper portion 20 of the second face 3 constitutes a flap which is pressed against the outer side 15b of the first face 2. To close the safety bag 1, once filled with valuables, it is first necessary to detach the upper portion 18 serving as a receipt, then remove the protective strip 12 and press the indicating means 14 and the support strip 13 against the adhesive strip 11 in folding the upper flap portion against the adhesive strip 11. The adhesive strip 11 is sandwiched between the outer side 15b of the first face 2 and the support strip 13 arranged on the inner side 16a of the second face 3, which prevents any contact with said adhesive strip 11, avoiding to soil the hands during the handling of the security bag 1 and also to defile the objects of values. A variant of safety bag 1 comparable to that described above could be provided for Figures 8A-8B but not having the upper portion 18 serving as a receipt.

Thus, according to the various embodiments described above, the security bag 1 comprises a fluid impervious zone constituted by the entire first face 2 or only by the upper zone 6a, and a fluid impervious zone constituted by the second face 3 and optionally the lower zone 6b on the first face 2. The closure system 9 comprises an adhesive strip 11 provisionally coated with a protective strip 12, and the indicator system 10 is distinct from the closure system 9 and comprises a support strip 13 on which are The security bag 1 comprises an opening 5 formed between the upper side 2a of the impermeable zone and the upper side 3a of the permeable zone. In addition, the configuration of the security bag 1, the closure system 9 and the indicator system 10 makes it possible to close the opening 5 by sandwiching the adhesive strip 11 and the indication means 14 between the impermeable zone and the strip. support 13.

The first face 2 or even only the upper zone 6a of the first face 2, according to the case where the security bag 1 corresponds to the implementation of the figure 1 or from figure 2 , may include impressions such as a barcode or QR-code to identify the security bag 1 and ensure its traceability. The second face 3 and possibly the lower zone 6b of the first face 2 allow the fluids to be properly penetrated for the marking of the valuables contained in the security bag 1.

Other features are conceivable without departing from the scope of the invention, particularly as regards the size and shape of the permeable and impermeable zones on the security bag 1 and the choice of materials for the implementation of said permeable and impermeable zone. It will be possible in particular to provide different dimensions for the two faces 2, 3 when it is desired to implement a bottom bellows on the security bag 1. It is also possible to provide the addition of a detachable receipt comparable to that put in work on Figures 8A-8B , for the other variants of embodiment illustrated in Figures 3 to 6 and 7A-7B . It is also possible to provide another indicator system 10 having characteristics comparable to those described above according to the different embodiments, with a support band 13 and indication means 14 applied to said support band 13.
