Abstract

Vorrichtungen zur Aufbereitungen von Biomassematerialien dienen zur Zerkleinerung von Biomassematerialien, damit sie nachfolgend einem Fermenter zuzuführen sind. Derartige Vorrichtungen weisen vielfach einen Aufbereiter auf, der die Biomassematerialien zerkleinert, aufspleißt oder beispielsweise Biomassematerialien von Verpackungsmaterial trennt. Derartige Aufbereiter sind in der Regel mit Schlagwerkzeugen versehen, wobei diese Werkzeuge über einen motorisch angetriebenen Rotor in eine Rotationsbewegung zu versetzen sind. Vielfach ist dabei ein Gehäuse vorgesehen, in dem der Aufbereitungsrotor angeordnet ist, welches topfförmig ausgebildet ist. In den Gehäusetopf wird chargenweise und mithin diskontinuierlich Biomassematerial eingefüllt. Dieser Aufbereitungsbetrieb ist unbefriedigend, insbesondere im Hinblick darauf, dass Biomassematerialien eine sehr unterschiedliche Konsistenz aufweisen und daher unterschiedliche Aufbereitungsmaßnahmen und damit Aufbereitungszeiten im Hinblick auf eine optimale Aufbereitungsqualität erfordern. Diese Forderungen sind mit den herkömmlichen diskontinuierlich betriebenen Vorrichtungen zur Aufbereitung von Biomassematerial nicht zu erfüllen.Devices for processing biomass materials are used for the comminution of biomass materials, so that they are subsequently fed to a fermenter. Dabei ist der Öffnungsquerschnitt bzw. die Öffnungsgröße der Durchgangsöffnung bevorzugterweise einstellbar.
