Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung und Förderung von Biomassematerialien mit einem eine Zugangs- und eine Abgangsöffnung aufweisenden Gehäuse, in dem ein Aufbereiter wie beispielsweise ein mit Aufbereitungswerkzeugen versehener, in eine Rotationsbewegung versetzbarer, motorisch antreibbarer Aufbereitungsrotor vorgesehen ist.The invention relates to a device for the preparation and promotion of biomass materials with a housing having an access and a discharge opening, in which a conditioner such as provided with preparation tools, provided in a rotational movement, motor-driven conditioning rotor is provided.
Vorrichtungen zur Aufbereitung und Förderung von Biomassematerialien dienen zur Zuförderung von Biomassematerialien in einen Fermenter und weisen vielfach einen Aufbereiter auf, um vor Einführung der Biomassematerialien in den Fermenter diese Materialien zu zerkleinern, aufzuspleißen oder beispielsweise Biomassematerialien von Verpackungsmaterial zu trennen. Bekannt ist, dass solche Aufbereiter mit Schlagwerkzeugen versehen sind und diese Werkzeuge über einen motorisch angetriebenen Rotor in Rotationsbewegung zu versetzen sind. Dabei ist bekannt, das Gehäuse topfförmig auszubilden und den Gehäusetopf chargenweise, also diskontinuierlich mit Biomassematerialien zu befüllen. Dieser Aufbereitungsbetrieb ist unbefriedigend, insbesondere im Hinblick darauf, dass Biomassematerialien eine sehr unterschiedliche Konsistenz aufweisen und daher unterschiedliche Aufbereitungsmaßnahmen und Aufbereitungszeiten im Hinblick auf eine optimale Aufbereitungsqualität erfordern. Die Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung und Förderung von Biomassematerialien nach der Erfindung ist mithin eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Aufbereitungsvorrichtung, die sich jedoch hinsichtlich der Verweildauer und damit auch der Aufbereitungsdauer des Biomassematerials innerhalb des den Aufbereiter aufnehmenden Gehäuses individuell den Anforderungen des Biomassematerials anpassen lässt. So können beispielsweise im Vorfeld bestimmte Parameter des Biomassematerials ermittelt und zur Steuerung des Zuführförderers und/oder des Abgangswerkzeuges herangezogen werden. So ist es beispielsweise auch möglich, den Zuführförderer als Zuführschnecke auszubilden, die von einem elektrisch motorischen Antrieb in ihre Rotationsbewegung versetzt wird und die Drehzahl der Zuführschnecke in Abhängigkeit einer Stromaufnahme eines Elektromotors des Aufbereiters, beispielsweise des Aufbereiterrotors, der mehrere auf den Umfang verteilt angeordnete Kettenglieder hat und ggf. noch zusätzliche Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge trägt, heranzuziehen. Erreicht der elektromotorische Antrieb des Aufbereiters die maximal zulässige Stromaufnahme, wird die Drehzahl der Zuführschnecke zurückgeregelt. Steigt die Stromaufnahme weiter an, wird die Zuführschnecke abgeschaltet und läuft nach Unterschreiten eines Mindestwertes wieder an. Ich die Stromaufnahme erheblich zu hoch, wird kurzzeitig die Drehzahl z. B. des Abgangswerkzeuges, z. B. einer Abzugsschnecke erhöht, um eventuelle Fremdkörper auszuschleusen und um Verstopfungen zu vermeiden.
