Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif électronique comprenant un arrangement de contact (1) destiné à établir un contact électrique, l'arrangement de contact possédant au moins une grille estampée (3) et un contact de raccordement (2) destiné à l'établissement du contact électrique avec l'arrangement de contact (1), la grille estampée (3) possédant une ouverture (3.1) servant à l'insertion du contact de raccordement (2) et des moyens de serrage (3.2) qui font saillie depuis un plan d'ouverture, une portion de serrage (2.3) du contact de raccordement (2) pouvant au moins partiellement être insérée dans l'ouverture (3.1) et pouvant être immobilisée mécaniquement à l'aide des moyens de serrage (3.2) en formant une surface de contact (A) électriquement conductrice,
    caractérisé en ce que la portion de serrage (2.3) possède des moyens d'encliquetage (2.4) qui peuvent être encliquetés au niveau des moyens de serrage (3.2) de telle sorte qu'un mouvement du contact de raccordement (2) à l'opposé d'une direction d'insertion du contact de raccordement (2) est empêché, la grille estampée (3) étant enchâssée au moyen d'un encadrement (4) du dispositif, l'encadrement possédant un évidement (4.1) destiné à accueillir au moins partiellement les moyens de serrage (3.2) et la portion de serrage (2.3).
  2. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage (3.2) sont disposés les uns en face des autres de telle sorte qu'il en résulte des directions d'action opposées des forces de rappel élastiques.
  3. Dispositif électronique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion de serrage (2.3) possède au moins deux surfaces, orientées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre sous un angle d'ouverture (β), servant à la liaison avec les moyens de serrage (3.2) de la grille estampée (3) et à la formation d'une liaison électriquement conductrice.
  4. Dispositif électronique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage (3.2) sont disposés en vis-à-vis l'un de l'autre avec un angle d'ouverture (α) l'un par rapport à l'autre qui, en vue de former les forces de rappel élastiques des moyens de serrage (3.2) lorsque le contact de raccordement (2) est inséré, possède une valeur plus faible que lorsque le contact de raccordement (2) n'est pas inséré.
  5. Dispositif électronique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contact de raccordement (2) est configuré pour accueillir un contact à lame, qui possède deux ressorts de contact (2.1) espacés par une fente d'insertion (2.2), qui sont d'un seul tenant l'un avec l'autre dans une portion de serrage (2.3), ou en ce que le contact de raccordement (2) est configuré pour être enfoncé dans une ouverture de mise en contact.
  6. Dispositif électronique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage (3.2) sont des éléments constitutifs façonnés de la grille estampée (3) et sont d'un seul tenant avec celle-ci.
  7. Dispositif électronique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion de serrage (2.3) est de configuration plane ou arquée dans certaines zones en vue de former les surfaces de contact.
  8. Dispositif électronique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'encadrement (4) sépare différentes zones de travail à l'intérieur du dispositif électronique, notamment une zone d'une électronique d'alimentation d'une zone d'un récepteur électrique.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif selon la revendication 1, les étapes suivantes étant exécutées lors du procédé :
    - introduction d'une pièce préformée (10) en vue de former un évidement (4.1) qui accueille au moins partiellement l'arrangement de contact (1) au moins partiellement dans l'ouverture (3.1) de la grille estampée (3),
    - déviation par la pièce préformée (10) des moyens de serrage (3.2) englobés par la grille estampée (3) en direction d'introduction, une force de serrage étant exercée sur la pièce préformée (10) en raison de leurs forces de rappel élastiques de telle sorte que la grille estampée (3) est immobilisée mécaniquement par rapport à la pièce préformée (10), et ensuite
    - injection d'un matériau de moulage par injection dans un outil de moulage par injection qui englobe au moins partiellement la grille estampée (3).
