This distance can for example be in the range of 7.0 to 15.0 cm.
- the bottle crates disclosed herein may be produced by means of an injection-moulding process, comprising the steps of (i) configuring a first mould for injection-moulding the crate, supplying a first thermoplastic material in molten form to the mould and injection-moulding the crate and cooling the moulded crate to solidify the first thermoplastic material; (ii) configuring a second mould for injection-moulding the divider elements, supplying a second thermoplastic material in molten form to the second mould and injection-moulding the divider elements and cooling the moulded divider elements to solidify the second thermoplastic material; and (iii) assembling the divider elements in the bottle crate, such that the divider elements are pivotally connected to the lateral walls.

Claims (12)
- Ein Flaschenkasten (1), geeignet zum Tragen und Aufbewahren von einzelnen Flaschen und Flaschenpackungen, wobei der Flaschenkasten eine Bodenwand (2) und Seitenwände (3, 4, 5, 6; 23) umfasst, die zusammen einen inneren Raum bilden, in dem die einzelnen Flaschen (20) und Flaschenpackungen aufbewahrt werden können, und bewegliche Trennelemente (7, 8; 27, 28, 29), bereitgestellt im inneren Raum und beweglich zwischen einer ersten Position, in der die Trennelemente zur Aufbewahrung von Flaschenpackungen im inneren Raum aus dem Weg positioniert sind, und einer zweiten Position, in der sich die Trennelemente parallel zur Bodenwand und in einem voreingestellten Abstand von der Bodenwand erstrecken und positioniert sind, um einzelne Flaschen, die im inneren Raum aufbewahrt sind, voneinander zu trennen, sodass Kontakt zwischen den einzelnen Flaschen vermieden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennelemente schwenkbar mit den Seitenwänden verbunden sind, und dadurch, dass die Seitenwände Hohlräume zur Aufnahme der Trennelemente in der ersten Position umfassen.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Seitenwände mit verstärkenden Pfosten (11, 12) versehen sind, die sich anliegend an den Hohlräumen und über im Wesentlichen die gesamte Höhe und Dicke der Seitenwände erstrecken.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei Federmittel (13, 14) bereitgestellt sind, um die Trennelemente von der ersten Position in die zweite Position zu bewegen.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Federmittel (13, 14) Drehfedern umfassen, angeordnet an einer Schwenkachse des zugehörigen Trennelements, und wobei die Drehfedern zumindest in der zweiten Position durch das Material des zugehörigen Trennelements und/oder der zugehörigen Seitenwand geschützt sind.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei die Trennelemente (7, 8; 27, 28, 29) eine flache Form haben und sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Bodenwand erstrecken, wenn sie in der zweiten Position sind.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach Anspruch 5, wobei der voreingestellte Abstand im Bereich von 7,0 bis 15,0 cm liegt.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei die Seitenwände kürzere und längere Seitenwände umfassen, und die Trennelemente schwenkbar mit den längeren Seitenwänden (3, 4) verbunden sind.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei die Trennelemente bereitgestellt sind, um jeweils zwei Reihen von Flaschen zu trennen.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei zwei Trennelemente (7, 8) bereitgestellt sind, wobei jedes eine Platte mit Löchern ist, um jeweils eine Flasche aufzunehmen, wobei sich jede Platte über etwa die Hälfte des inneren Raums erstreckt.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei eine Vielzahl von Trennelementen (27, 28, 29) bereitgestellt sind, wobei jedes ein Arm mit Trennteilen ist, um jeweils vier Flaschen zu trennen.
- Der Flaschenkasten nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei die Trennelemente (7, 8; 27, 28, 29) eine flache Form mit einer Dicke von höchstens 10,0 mm haben, bevorzugt höchstens 5,0 mm.
- Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines spritzgegossenen Flaschenkastens (1) nach irgendeinem der vorigen Ansprüche, welches folgende Schritte umfasst:- Einspritzen eines ersten thermoplastischen Materials in eine Spritzgussform, um die Bodenwand (2) und Seitenwände (3, 4, 5, 6) des Flaschenkastens zu formen;- Einspritzen eines zweiten thermoplastischen Materials in eine zweite Spritzgussform, um die Trennelemente (7, 8; 27, 28, 29) des Flaschenkastens zu formen;- Einbauen der Trennelemente in den Flaschenkasten, sodass die Trennelemente schwenkbar mit den Seitenwänden verbunden sind.
