Claims (14)

  1. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker (10) für Sicherheitsbroschürendokumente (1), der Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Gehäuse (11),
    - ein Sicherheitsbroschürendokumententransportmechanismus, ausgelegt zum automatischen Transportieren eines Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments (1) entlang einer linearen Y-Achsenrichtung, von einem Eingang zu einem Ausgang des Druckers (10) durch eine Druckposition,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Transportmechanismus ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine erste Menge von zumindest einer Walze (105);
    - ein Gehäuse (101), umfassend eine erste flache Oberfläche (102), auf der ein Sicherheitsbroschürendokument gleiten kann, wenn es mit der ersten Menge von zumindest einer Walze ergriffen wird;
    und dadurch, dass der Drucker (10) ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Glättmechanismus (201, 202, 203, 204, 205),
    - ein Paar Transportriemen (106, 107), nachgelagert der Walzen (105) in der Y-Achsenrichtung positioniert, wobei jeder Riemen entlang der Y-Achsenrichtung langgestreckt ist und so positioniert ist, dass ein Sicherheitsbroschürendokument (1) von der flachen Oberfläche (102) an der Oberseite der Transportriemen (106, 107) gleitet, wenn Walzen (105) aktiviert werden, und das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument (1) ergreift, wobei jeder Riemen auf einer entsprechenden Seite des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments positioniert ist; wobei die Transportriemen dazu ausgelegt sind, das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument vom Eingang des Druckers (10) durch den Glättmechanismus zu seinem Ausgang zu bewegen, wobei der Eingang des Druckers (10) von seinem Ausgang verschieden ist,
    - zumindest eine Druckbrücke (301), die sich längs entlang eines Paares von Führungsschienen (304, 305) bewegen kann und die eine Menge aus zumindest einer Tintenpatrone (302), einer Druckwelle (308) und einem Druckkopf umfasst, wobei der Druckkopf
    - ein bewegbarer Druckkopf (315) ist, der über das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument (1) entlang einer X-Achsenrichtung, die senkrecht zur Y-Achsenrichtung ist, gleitet, oder
    - ein stillstehender Druckkopf ist, wobei der stillstehende Druckkopf eine Druckbreite hat, die ausreichend ist, um die Breite der Seite oder der Seiten des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments (1) abzudecken,
    wobei der Drucker (10) ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine erste elektronische Schaltung, die die Bewegung des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments (1) entlang der Y-Achsenrichtung vom Eingang zum Ausgang des Druckers steuert; und
    - eine zweite elektronische Schaltung, die sowohl die Bewegung der Druckbrücke (301) als auch des Druckkopfes (315) steuert;
    wobei
    bei einem Druckvorgang, das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument (1) in einer stillstehenden Position entlang der Y-Achse gehalten wird, typischerweise durch Stoppen der Rotation der Transportriemen (106, 107), dadurch ermöglichend, dass während des Druckens eines ersten Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments (1) kein zweites Sicherheitsbroschürendokument (1) zugeführt wird.
  2. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei das Gehäuse (11) eine Menge von Beinen (12) mit einstellbarer Höhe umfasst.
  3. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend einen Eingabestapler, in dem die Sicherheitsbroschürendokumente (1) gestapelt werden, zumindest teilweise offen auf der bzw. den Seiten, die zu drucken sind.
  4. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend einen Detektionssensor zum Detektieren des Eingangs eines Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments in den Transportmechanismus.
  5. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Transportmechanismus eine erste Menge von zumindest einer Walze (105) umfasst, befindlich auf der Oberseite der flachen Oberfläche (102), wobei eine Walze dazu ausgelegt ist, in Kontakt mit der Seite eines zu druckenden Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments zu sein, sodass, wenn aktiviert, die Walze die Seite ergreift und das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument entlang der Y-Achsenrichtung auf der flachen Oberfläche gleiten lässt.
  6. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem aus Anspruch 5,
    ferner umfassend eine zweite Menge von Walzen (105),
    wobei die erste Menge von Walzen und die zweite Menge von Walzen so angeordnet sind, dass eine Walze der ersten Menge durch eine Durchgangsöffnung (104) der flachen Oberfläche (102) zu einer Walze der zweiten Menge weist.
  7. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sicherheitsbroschürendokumententransportmechanismus dazu ausgelegt ist, das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument automatisch von der Druckposition zum Ausgang des Druckers entlang der linearen Y-Achsenrichtung zu transportieren.
  8. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Transportriemen (106, 107) jeweils eine Menge von Anschlägen (108) umfasst, wobei der Abstand zwischen zwei aufeinander folgenden Anschlägen vorzugsweise gleich der Länge des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments ist.
  9. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument (1) einen Falz umfasst,
    wobei der automatische Schreibtischdrucker (10) ferner einen Glättmechanismus umfasst, der dazu ausgestaltet ist, unter das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument (1) zu kommen, um eine Differenz in der Dicke zwischen der Dicke des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments (1) auf einer Seite seines Falzes und der Dicke des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments (1) auf der anderen Seite seines Falzes zu kompensieren, sodass beide Seiten, auf denen gedruckt werden soll, im Wesentlichen in einer gleichen horizontalen Ebene enthalten sind.
  10. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach Anspruch 9,
    wobei der Glättmechanismus ferner eine Klappe (203) umfasst, die zwischen einer Ruheposition und der Druckposition bewegbar ist, wobei
    - in der Ruheposition, die Klappe offen ist und das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument durch die Transportriemen unter der Klappe transportiert werden kann; und
    - in der Druckposition, die Klappe betätigt wird, um einen nicht druckbaren Teil eines Randes des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments zu bedecken.
  11. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Transportmechanismus ein Paar von Abdeckungsschienen (109, 110) umfasst, wobei jede Abdeckungsschiene über einem entsprechenden Transportriemen (106, 107) befindlich ist und einen flachen Teil umfasst, der parallel zur Y-Achsenrichtung ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, einen lateralen Rand des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments abzudecken, wenn das Sicherheitsbroschürendokument durch die Transportriemen transportiert wird.
  12. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend eine zweite Druckbrücke, befindlich entlang des Paares von Führungsschienen.
  13. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach Anspruch 12,
    wobei eine aus der ersten Druckbrücke und der zweiten Druckbrücke eine erste Menge von Patronen, umfassend sichtbare Tinten, umfasst; und wobei die andere aus der ersten Druckbrücke und der zweiten Druckbrücke eine zweite Menge von Patronen, umfassend unsichtbare Tinte, oder eine Menge von mindestens einem Markierungskopf umfasst.
  14. Automatischer Schreibtischdrucker nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend einen Laminator, ausgelegt zum Laminieren des Sicherheitsbroschürendokuments, nachdem dieses gedruckt ist.
