Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hochtemperaturfesten Ziellegierung (7) umfassend die folgenden Schritte
a) Evakuieren eines den Grundwerkstoff der Ziellegierung enthaltenden Attritorbehälters (1),
b) Befüllen des Attritorbehälters mit einem Pulver (2) enthaltend den Grundwerkstoff der Ziellegierung mit reduziertem Legierungselementanteil,
c) Befüllen des Attritorbehälters mit den Grundwerkstoff der Ziellegierung enthaltenden Mahlkugeln (3),
d) Rotieren des Rührwerks des Attritors und/oder des Attritorbehälters,

wobei das Pulver (2) durch Abrieb vom Attritor und/oder Attritorbehälter (1) und den Mahlkugeln (3) selbst legiert wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine entsprechende Vorrichtung (4) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens, die entsprechende Legierung (7) und die Verwendung der Vorrichtung (4) zur Herstellung der hochtemperaturfesten Ziellegierung (7).
