Abstract

潤滑油をろ過したメンブランパッチの色パラメータを取得し、潤滑油中に含まれる粒子の粒径を計測してISOコードを取得し、ISOコード又は下記式:[数1]lc=f(a,b,c)(式中、f(a、b、c)はa、b、及びcを変数とする関数であり、a、b、cはISOコードa/b/cで表され、aは4μm以上の粒子数のコード、bは6μm以上の粒子数のコード、cは14μm以上の粒子数のコードである)で求めた汚染度指数Icと、メンブランパッチの色パラメータと、を複合化させた潤滑油汚染形態図を作成し、潤滑油の汚染を評価する潤滑油汚染診断法。
