In addition, preferably a water distribution should be achieved, which is always the same over the entire life of a spray nozzle and after their replacement.
Accordingly, a spray nozzle for a sanitary article, in particular for a urinal, comprises a nozzle head which has a nozzle axis extending along a nozzle channel with a nozzle inlet and a nozzle outlet, and a line piece having an interior space with a Entrance to which a water pipe is connected, and having an output. The nozzle head is mounted in the interior of the pipe section, wherein the nozzle inlet is accessible from the interior, so that rinse water from the interior of the pipe section can enter the nozzle channel and the nozzle outlet protrudes from the interior, and wherein the nozzle head via a securing element with respect to the interior of the pipe section is secured.
Due to the mounting of the nozzle head in the interior of the pipe section of the nozzle head can be easily replaced. It is only the nozzle head in the event of a defect, such as calcification, replaced while the line piece remains in the sanitary fitting. Thus, the replacement of the actual nozzle is relatively simple and a costly disassembly of other components is eliminated. In particular, a separation between the spray nozzle and the water pipe is eliminated.
In addition, the pipe section is independent of the dimensions of the sanitary article, whereby the necessary accuracy of fit between the nozzle head and pipe section is reached. The line piece forms with a change of the nozzle head always the same recording, thereby eliminating alignment work.
The securing element is preferably designed such that it can be released by hand, that is without the aid of a tool.
The securing element can be inside or outside the interior of the Line piece lie.
The line piece itself is designed such that it can be stored in the sanitary article. It is designed separately from the sanitary article and is therefore not part of the sanitary article, but a separate element.
The nozzle head and the pipe section are two separately formed parts, wherein the nozzle head, as described above, can be inserted into the interior of the pipe section. The line piece is, in other words, the storage of the nozzle head.
Preferably, the nozzle head via the output of the pipe section is used in the interior. The output of the line piece is placed in the installed position such that it is well, especially from the front, reachable.
Preferably, the nozzle head and the line piece comprise alignment elements, so that the nozzle head in its installed position is mounted non-rotatably in the interior with respect to a movement about the central axis. By aligning so no rotation between the nozzle head and pipe section can be done. In addition, during assembly or replacement of a nozzle head of the nozzle head to be used must always be aligned in the same position to the pipe section.
In a first preferred embodiment, the securing element is a groove and comb connection between the nozzle head and the interior. One of the two elements comprises the comb and the other the groove, wherein the comb engages in the groove. In this first embodiment, the securing element lies within the interior.
Preferably, the groove is arranged on the nozzle head and the comb extends into the interior of the pipe section and is thus part of the same. A reverse arrangement would also be conceivable.
The groove and comb connection can be formed, for example, as a bayonet lock be, wherein the groove and comb connection has portions which extend in the direction of the central axis and perpendicular thereto.
Particularly preferably, said groove and comb connection has at least one partial section, which is designed to run at least partially circumferentially with respect to the central axis and along the central axis, such that rotation of the nozzle head in the stationary interior results in an axial displacement along the central axis. It is therefore a groove and comb connection, which seen in the direction of the central axis, has a slope. The section can also be referred to as thread-like. This design has the advantage that a rotation of the nozzle head around the central axis simultaneously results in a longitudinal movement along the central axis, whereby the nozzle head can be easily installed and removed. When removing so calcifications in the interior can be easily separated.
The said groove and comb connection can provide not only the securing element but at the same time also the alignment element in a particularly preferred embodiment. For this purpose, said groove and comb connection in the groove preferably has a defined abutment surface against which the comb abuts in the final installation position.
Preferably, the spray nozzle according to the first embodiment further comprises a cover. The cover communicates with the nozzle head and / or the line piece, wherein the cover in the connected state in the region of the nozzle outlet, a gap free, through which the water is supplied from the nozzle outlet to the sanitary article. The connection between the cover and the nozzle head or line piece is preferably formed as a latching connection, wherein the cover and the counterpart, so the nozzle head and / or the line piece have corresponding locking elements.
In a second preferred embodiment, the securing element is a cover, which is connectable to the line piece and protrudes beyond the outlet of the line piece in such a way that the nozzle head is counteracted by a movement of the inside through the cover. In the second Embodiment, the fuse element is outside the interior.
Preferably, in the second embodiment between the inlet of the pipe section and the nozzle head, a spring element is arranged, which presses the nozzle head in the direction of the cover, such that the position of the nozzle head within the line piece along the central axis is determined. This has the advantage that the nozzle head with respect to the position in the direction of the central axis can always be placed in the same interior. But even in the first embodiment, a spring element may be provided.
Das Federelement liegt vorzugsweise im Innenraum. The spring element is preferably in the interior.
Preferably, said spring element is a compression spring. Particularly preferably, the spring is associated with guide parts. The compression spring with the guide members includes a front end and a rear end, and a guide member communicating with the front end and a guide member communicating with the rear end.
Particularly preferably, the cover according to the second embodiment has an angled inclined to the central axis guide surface, which pushes the nozzle head during assembly of the cover in the interior. By the guide surface so the nozzle head can be inserted, whereby the cover serves as an assembly tool.
Preferably, according to all the embodiments described above, the line piece comprises outside orientation elements, which are designed such that they allow an alignment with respect to a rotation about the central axis between the line piece and the sanitary article. Thus, the line piece can always be placed the same and already correctly aligned in the sanitary article. The sanitary article preferably has elements cooperating with the orientation element, such as guide elements.
Particularly preferred is in the gap between the outside of the nozzle head and the Interior arranged a seal which seals the gap with respect to water. The seal may for example be an O-ring, which is mounted in a circumferential groove around the nozzle head.
The nozzle head is formed integrally according to all embodiments in a first variant. In a second variant, the nozzle head can be designed in several parts with a nozzle part with the nozzle outlet and a bearing part with the nozzle inlet, wherein the nozzle channel extends through the nozzle part and the bearing part and wherein the two parts are firmly connected to each other.
Preferably, the line piece is connectable in the region of the entrance to a water pipe. For this purpose, the line piece suitable means, such as an external thread for connecting the pipe section to the water pipe via a union nut.
According to all embodiments, the nozzle head preferably has a circumferential surface surrounding the central axis and an end face, the nozzle inlet being arranged opposite the end face and the nozzle exit penetrating the lateral surface in the region of the end face. The nozzle inlet is essentially defined by the lateral surface.
Besonders bevorzugt liegt der Öffnungswinkel in einem Bereich von 90° bis 180°.Particularly preferably, the nozzle outlet extends only partially around the central axis and has around the central axis an opening angle of at most 180 °, in particular of a maximum of 160 °. Particularly preferably, the opening angle is in a range of 90 ° to 180 °.
Particularly preferably, the cross section of the nozzle outlet varies in the direction of the central axis seen over the circumference, wherein the cross section in the region of the center of the nozzle outlet is preferably minimal.
