  10. The device (2, 102) according to claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the support member (8, 108) comprises a plurality of ramps (16, 116) extending circumferentially one after the other in an interrupted manner.
  11. The device (2, 102) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the support member (8, 108) comprises interlocking means provided to cooperate with complementary interlocking means of the element (4).
  12. An assembly for removably fastening an element (4) to an item (63), characterized in that it includes at least one eyelet (62, 162) and a device (2, 102) according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
  13. The assembly according to claim 12, characterized in that the eyelet (62, 162) has an opening (64, 164) with a cross section substantially identical to the cross section of the head (26, 126) of the locking member (22, 122).
