Device according to claim 1, in which the first arm (30A) is loaded at a first end by a spring (32) and is designed to be loaded by the first element at a second end (48A), the first arm cooperating with the first cam (38A) that is articulated with respect to the support and is designed to allow the articulated first locking part (40A) to pivot with respect to the support, at each back-and-forth movement of the attachment device with respect to the bowl, alternately between a first position in which the first locking part partially enters a first channel (47A) of the first element and a second position in which the first locking part does not enter the first channel.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, in which the first cam (38A) comprises a first groove (56A) that follows a first closed curve.
  4. Device according to claim 3, comprising a first peg (36A) that is attached to the first arm (30A) and enters the first groove (56A).
  5. Device according to claim 3 or 4, in which the second axis (EA) is outside the first curve.
  6. Device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, in which the first locking part (40A) comprises a first loading means (86A) designed to make the first locking part pivot against the first element (28A).
  7. Device according to claim 6, in which the first loading means (86A) comprises a first flexible tab.
  8. Device according to any one of claims 2 to 7, comprising a second arm (30B) which is articulated with respect to the support and is loaded at a third end by the spring (32) and is designed to be loaded by a second element (28B) of the bowl (12) at a fourth end (48B), the second arm cooperating with a second cam (38B) that is articulated with respect to the support and is designed to allow a second articulated locking part (40B) to pivot with respect to the support, at each back-and-forth movement of the attachment device with respect to the bowl, alternately between a third position in which the second locking part partially enters a second channel (47A) of the second element and a fourth position in which the second locking part does not enter the second channel.
  9. Device according to claim 8, in which the first arm (30A) comprises a first toothed portion (50A) and in which the second arm (30B) comprises a second toothed portion (50B), wherein the first toothed portion meshes with the second toothed portion.
  10. Device according to claim 8 or 9, in which the second arm (30B) is articulated with respect to the support (29) about a third axis (DB), and in which the second cam (38B) and the second locking part (40B) are articulated with respect to the support (29) about a fourth axis (EB) that is different from the third axis.
  11. Device according to any one of claims 8 to 10, in which the second cam (38B) comprises a second groove following a second closed curve.
  12. Device according to claims 10 and 11, comprising a second peg that is attached to the second arm and enters the second groove.
  13. Device according to claim 11 or 12, in which the fourth axis (EB) is outside the second curve.
  14. Device according to any one of claims 8 to 13, in which the second locking part (40B) comprises a second loading means (86B) that is designed to make the second locking part pivot against the second element (28B).
  15. Toilet comprising a bowl (12) and a toilet seat (15) and an attachment device (18) according to any one of Claims 1 to 14, for attaching the toilet seat (15) to at least a first element (28A) attached to the bowl (12).
