Abstract

The invention relates to a control mechanism for a cosmetic stick which can be retracted into a protective case. According to the invention, the body (11) of the case is moulded in a single piece with a crosspiece (12) which carries the control rod (15) of the slide (13) in which the base of the cosmetic stick (22) is anchored. The invention improves the manufacture and use of such mechanisms.
