The device according to claim 1, characterised in that said gripping member (25, 125) of said clamp (6, 106) is provided with a tooth and said gripping zone (14, 114) of said tab (5, 105) is provided with a notch wherein said tooth is received when said opening and closing device (4, 104) is in its locked configuration.
  3. The device according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that said at least one first magnetic insert (16) of said tab (5) is housed in a first cavity (17) formed in said tab, and said at least one gripping zone (14) is interposed between said first cavity (17) and a free end (11) of said tab (5).
  4. The device according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that said at least one first magnetic insert (116) of said tab (105) is housed in a first cavity (117) formed in said tab (105), between said at least one gripping zone (114) and a free end (111) of said tab (105).
  5. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that said tab (5, 105) is provided with at least one third magnetic and/or metallic insert (18, 118) and said tab and said clamp (6, 106) are configured so that said clamp is pivoted from its open position to its closed position when said tab is still inserted into said clamp, with said at least one first magnetic insert (16, 116) of said tab which deviates from said at least one second magnetic insert (27, 127) of said clamp and with said at least one third magnetic and/or metallic insert of said tab which is in immediate proximity to said at least one second magnetic insert of said clamp.
  6. The device according to claim 5, characterised in that said at least one third magnetic and/or metallic insert (18, 118) of said tab (5, 105) is housed in a third cavity (19, 119) formed in said tab, with said at least one first magnetic insert (16, 116) and said at least one gripping zone (14, 114) which are interposed between said at least one third magnetic and/or metallic insert (18, 118) and a free end (11,111) of said tab.
  7. The device according to claims 3 and 6, characterised in that said first and third cavities (17, 19) form only a single cavity into which is further introduced an insert support (20) where said at least one first magnetic insert (16) and said at least one third magnetic and/or metallic insert (18) are mounted in a substantially juxtaposed manner.
  8. The device according to claims 4 and 6, characterised in that said at least one gripping zone (114) is interposed between said first cavity (117) wherein said at least one first magnetic insert (116) is housed and said third cavity (119) wherein said at least one third magnetic and/or metallic insert (118) is housed.
  9. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that said clamp (6, 106) has a base (21, 121) and a valve (22, 122) pivoting relative to said base.
  10. The device according to claim 9, characterised in that said at least one second magnetic insert (27, 127) is housed in a second cavity (28, 128) formed in said valve (22, 122) of said clamp (6, 106).
  11. The device according to one of claims 9 and 10, characterised in that said base (21, 121) is provided with an opening for introducing (24, 124) said tab (5, 105) into said clamp (6, 106).
  12. The device according to claim 11, characterised in that said at least one gripping member (25, 125) of said clamp (6, 106) is formed on said valve (22, 122) and said at least one second magnetic insert (27, 127) is located between said introduction opening (24, 124) and said at least one gripping member (25, 125).
  13. An article in particular a leather good article, for example a satchel, backpack or the like, including an opening and closing device (4, 104) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, a first part (2, 102) from which projects a tab (5, 105) of said opening and closing device and a second part (3, 103) on which is fixed a clamp (6, 106) of said opening and closing device, said tab and said clamp cooperating to close said article when said first part is folded over said second part of said article, said opening and closing device then being in a locked state.
  14. The article according to claim 13, characterised in that said tab (5, 105) is formed integrally with said first part (2, 102) of said article (1, 101), which first part forms a flap, while said clamp (6, 106) is attached to said second part (3, 103) of said article.
  15. A method for closing an article (1, 101) according to one of claims 13 and 14, in particular a leather good article, for example a satchel, backpack or the like, including the steps of folding a first part (2, 102) onto a second part (3, 103) of said article, of introducing a tab (5, 105) of an opening and closing device (4, 104) of said article which projects from said first part into a clamp (6, 106) of said opening and closing device which is fixed on said second part, until said clamp pivots from a closed position to an open position, a said at least one first magnetic insert of said tab being then in immediate proximity to a said at least one second magnetic insert of said clamp, and further introducing said tab into said clamp until said clamp pivots from its open position to its closed position, with said at least one first magnetic insert of said tab which deviates from said at least one second magnetic insert of said clamp, said opening and closing device thus being in a locked configuration wherein said at least one gripping member of said clamp cooperates with said at least one gripping zone of said tab and maintains said tab in position relative to said clamp.
