Claims (9)
- Concealed door hinge (1) for pivotably mounting a door leaf on a door frame, comprising- a first hinge part (2) which can be installed on the door frame,- a second hinge part (3) which can be installed on the door leaf,- a multi-axis joint (4) which connects the first hinge part (2) and the second hinge part (3) to each other,- wherein the first hinge part (2) has a first housing (5) which can be inserted in the door frame,- wherein the second hinge part (3) has a second housing (6) which can be inserted in the narrow side of the door leaf,- wherein each of the housings (5, 6) has two housing bodies (51, 52, 61, 62) arranged one inside the other,- wherein the housing bodies (51, 52, 61, 62) of at least one of the housings (5, 6) are adjustable relative to each other in the installed state of the concealed door hinge (1),characterized in that- the inner housing body (52, 62) is fastened to the outer housing body (51, 61) in a loosenable manner by adjusting screws (8),- wherein at least one spacer (7) can be fastened between a rear plate (512, 612) of the outer housing body (51, 61) and a rear plate (522, 622) of the inner housing body (52, 62), by means of the adjusting screws (8), in order to adjust the inner housing body (52, 62) relative to the outer housing body (51, 61) in the direction of installation (z) of the housing (5, 6),- wherein, in the loosened state of the adjusting screws (8), the inner housing body (52) of the first hinge part (2) is displaceable relative to the outer housing body (51), in a direction perpendicular to an axis of rotation (44) of the joint (4) and to the direction of insertion (z) of the housing (5), along elongate holes in the rear plate (512) of the outer housing body (51) of the first hinge part (2).
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner housing body (52, 62) is precisely surrounded by the outer housing body (51, 61) parallel to the axis of rotation (44) of the joint (4).
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the concealed door hinge (1) is designed to be adjustable in three dimensions, wherein a separate adjusting device is provided for each direction of adjustment (x, y, z).
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner housing bodies (52, 62) have bottom plates (523, 623) and top plates (524, 624) with guide grooves (525, 625) which extend in the direction of installation (z) of the housing (5, 6) and in which respective sliding elements (42, 46) of a respective joint pin of the joint (4) are received.
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that the sliding elements (42, 46) are polygonal, in particular rectangular, wherein the side edges of the sliding elements (42, 46) bear against the inner edges of the guide grooves (525, 625).
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the respective end faces of the sliding elements (42, 46) bear against a bottom plate (511, 611) and a top plate (513, 613) of the outer housing body (51, 61).
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing bodies (51, 61, 52, 62) and/or the joint bodies (41) are designed as sheet-metal parts.
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the joint (4) has a plurality of joint bodies (41) arranged one above the other and designed as sheet-metal parts, between which bearing elements (47, 48) are arranged in the region of respective joint pins (43, 44, 45) so as to support the joint bodies (41) with respect to one another.
- Concealed door hinge (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that tabs (21) are formed as separate sheet-metal pieces on the first or second hinge part (2, 3), which tabs are connected via adjusting screws (9) to tongues (514) that are bent over parallel to the rear plate (512) of the outer housing body (51), said tongues having elongate holes which extend in the longitudinal direction (y) of the hinge part (2, 3), and to backplates (23) arranged therebehind, wherein each of the tongues (514) of the housing body (51) is clamped between a tab (21) and a backplate (23).
