  • the present invention further ensures that the inlet tube (11) of the condenser (8) is provided with a neck portion (19) directly mountable to the main housing of the condenser (8) such that an inner protruding part thereof provides that the first drying channel (6) longitudinally extending adjacent to the first side (15) of the condenser's (8) main housing has a flush abutting relationship with the neck portion (19).
  • This provides that the trajectory of the water jets produced by the first nozzle (17) as indicated by the dashed lines in Fig. 3b , follow a linear transition surface while passing from the main housing into the inlet tube (11).
  • the inner protruding part of the neck portion (19) is provided on the upper part of the inlet tube (11) to have a flush mating relationship with the main housing at the first side (15) thereof. This helps guiding the water jets from the first nozzle (17) down into the inlet tube (11).
  • the neck portion (19) is not narrowed with a similar inner protruding part at the second side (16), i.e. at the lower part of the inlet tube (11), since water jets from the second nozzle (18) already need to follow a turning trajectory at this point.
  • the water jet device (14) according to the invention can be operated only at the end of the laundry treatment process and the tub (3) water containing lint can accordingly be discharged by means of a discharge pump.
  • the water jet device (14) of the invention is aimed at effectively clearing fluff particles and individual fibers out in the condenser's (8) main housing and the inlet tube (11) thereof at the same time. It therefore constitutes an effective and reliable solution that eliminates the need for using special filters for collecting and trapping lint as such filters are generally not subject to regular maintenance they are meant to receive.
  • the water jetting nozzles (17, 18) of the invention are strategically located at a position such that effective water jets can be produced to thoroughly clean critical regions such as around the condenser's (8) inlet tube (11) where fluff particles tend to accumulate.

Claims (2)

  1. Wäschebehandlungsmaschine (1) umfassend
    - einen Trommel (2),
    - einen Luftzirkulationskanal (4), durch die eine Zirkulation der Prozessluft bewirkt wird,
    - einen Kreislaufventilator (5), der die Prozessluft zirkuliert,
    - einen luftgekühlten Kondensator (8) und einen äußeren Luftkanal (10), entlang dessen ein offener Kreislaufventilator (9) arbeitet, wobei der luftgekühlte Kondensator (8) aufweisend ein Hauptgehäuse umfassend mindestens einen ersten Trocknungskanal (6), der sich in Längsrichtung benachbart zu einer ersten Seite (15) des Hauptgehäuses erstreckt und einen zweiten Trocknungskanal (6), der sich in Längsrichtung benachbart zu einer zweiten Seite (16) des Hauptgehäuses erstreckt, wobei das erste Trocknungskanal (6) und der zweite Trocknungskanal (6) zwischen der ersten Seite (15) und der zweiten Seite (16) des Hauptgehäuses benachbart angeordnet sind, sodass mindestens ein Kühlungskanal (7) dazwischen eingefügt ist.
    - einen Einlassrohr (11) des Kondensators (8),
    - eine Wasserstrahlvorrichtung (14), die innerhalb einer Auslassrohr (12) des Kondensators (8) mit einer Mehrzahl von Düsen (17, 18), die dessen Hauptgehäuse zugewandt sind, wobei die Wasserstrahlvorrichtung (14) mindestens eine erste Düse (17), die in einer solchen Ausrichtung angeordnet ist, dass sie sich in einer Richtung erstreckt, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse des ersten Trocknungskanals (6) ist und mindestens eine zweite Düse (18), die in einer solchen Ausrichtung angeordnet ist, dass sie sich in einer Richtung erstreckt, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse des zweiten Trocknungskanals (6) ist, umfasst, dadurch dazu geeignet ist, die ersten und zweiten Trocknungskanäle (6) mit Wasserstrahlen direkt zu reinigen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das Einlassrohr (11) des Kondensators (8) mit einem Halsabschnitt (19) versehen ist, der direkt am Hauptgehäuse des Kondensators (8) anbringbar ist, sodass ein innerer vorstehender Teil dafür sorgt, dass sich der erste Trocknungskanal (6), der sich in Längsrichtung benachbart zur ersten Seite (15) des Hauptgehäuses des Kondensators (8) erstreckt, eine bündig anstoßende Beziehung mit dem Halsabschnitt (19) aufweist,
    - der innere vorstehende Teil des Halsabschnitts (19) auf dem oberen Teil des Einlassrohrs (11) angeordnet ist, um eine bündig zusammenpassende Beziehung mit dem ersten Trocknungskanal (6) zum Führen der Wasserstrahlen von der ersten Düse (17) nach unten in das Einlassrohr zu haben,
    - Bewegungsbahn der Wasserstrahlen, die von der ersten Düse (17) erzeugt sind, durch eine lineare Übergangsfläche begrenzt ist, während sie vom Hauptgehäuse in das Einlassrohr (11) übergeht, und dass,
    - der Halsabschnitt (19) nicht mit einem ähnlichen inneren vorstehenden Teil am unteren Teil des Einlassrohrs (11) verengt ist.
  2. Wäschebehandlungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Halsabschnitts (19) in dem Einlassrohr (11), der an dem ersten Trocknungskanal (6) des Kondensators (8) anliegt, eine größere Wanddicke als diejenige des übrigen ringförmigen Halsteils (19) an dem gleichen Teil aufweist.
