Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Gerätaktivität an einen Analysedienst (4), wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    einen Empfangsschritt zum Empfangen eines Befehls in einem ersten Format von einer von mehreren Anwendungen (35, 36), die auf einem MFP-Gerät (2) installiert sind, wobei der Befehl einer innerhalb eines Service Wrapper (51) gespeicherten Eigenschaft entspricht,
    einen Schreibschritt zum Schreiben eines Werts des empfangenen Befehls in die innerhalb des Service Wrapper (51) gespeicherte Eigenschaft, um die gespeicherte Eigenschaft basierend auf dem empfangenen Befehl zu aktualisieren,
    einen Überwachungsschritt zum Überwachen von innerhalb des Service Wrapper (51) gespeicherten Eigenschaften, um zu bestimmen, ob eine gespeicherte Eigenschaft aktualisiert ist oder nicht,
    einen Übertragungsschritt zum Übertragen eines Ereignisses an einen Analysedienst (4) gemäß einem zweiten Format, falls bestimmt wird, dass eine gespeicherte Eigenschaft aktualisiert ist, wobei das übertragene Ereignis der aktualisierten Eigenschaft des Service Wrapper (51) entspricht.
  2. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität (2), an einen Analysedienst (4) nach Anspruch 1, weiterhin umfassend einen Analysedienstaktualisierungsschritt zum Aktualisieren des Analysediensts basierend auf dem Ereignis gemäß dem zweiten Format, sodass eine Eigenschaft des Analysedienstes, die der aktualisierten gespeicherten Eigenschaft entspricht, jedes Mal aktualisiert wird, wenn eine innerhalb des Service Wrapper gespeicherte Eigenschaft aktualisiert wird.
  3. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach Anspruch 1, wobei die gespeicherten Eigenschaften innerhalb eines auf dem MFP-Geräts installierten Service Wrapper gespeichert sind.
  4. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei ein Dienstüberwacher den Überwachungsschritt durchführt.
  5. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei ein Dienstüberwacher eine Übertragung der aktualisierten Eigenschaften durchführt.
  6. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der empfangene Befehl im ersten Format gemäß einem dienstorientierten Framework definiert ist.
  7. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Format gemäß einem OSGi-Framework definiert ist.
  8. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Format des übertragenen Ereignisses mit dem zweiten Format durch den Analyseservice definiert ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei der Dienstüberwacher konfiguriert ist, das Ereignis unter Verwendung einer http-POST-Anfrage zu übertragen.
  10. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der empfangene Befehl sich auf mindestens eine von Abtast-, Kopier-, Druck- und E-Mail-Funktionen des MFP-Geräts bezieht.
  11. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der empfangene Befehl sich auf Verbrauchsgüter von MFP-Geräten bezieht.
  12. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der empfangene Befehl sich auf Muster in Seitenaufrufen von Anwendungen bezieht.
  13. Verfahren zum Einreichen eines Ereignisses bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der empfangene Befehl sich auf Anwendungsnutzer bezieht.
  14. Programm, das Anweisungen umfasst, welche bei Ausführen des Programms durch einen Computer den Computer veranlassen, das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 auszuführen.
  15. Computerlesbares Speichermedium, das Anweisungen umfasst, welche bei Ausführen durch einen Computer den Computer veranlassen, das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 auszuführen.
  16. MFP-Gerät, das konfiguriert ist, ein Ereignis bezüglich MFP-Geräteaktivität an einen Analysedienst (4) einzureichen, wobei das MFP-Gerät umfasst:
    eine Empfangseinrichtung, die ausgelegt ist, einen Befehl in einem ersten Format von einer von mehreren auf einem MFP-Gerät (2) installierten Anwendungen (35, 36) zu empfangen, wobei der Befehl einer innerhalb eines Service Wrapper (51) gespeicherten Eigenschaft entspricht,
    eine Schreibeinrichtung, die ausgelegt ist, einen Wert des empfangenen Befehls in die innerhalb des Service Wrapper (51) gespeicherte Eigenschaft zu schreiben, um die gespeicherte Eigenschaft basierend auf dem empfangenen Befehl zu aktualisieren,
    eine Überwachungseinrichtung, die ausgelegt ist, innerhalb des Service Wrapper (51) gespeicherte Eigenschaften zu überwachen, um zu bestimmen, ob eine gespeicherte Eigenschaft aktualisiert ist oder nicht,
    eine Übertragungseinrichtung, die ausgelegt ist, falls bestimmt wird, dass eine gespeicherte Eigenschaft aktualisiert ist, ein Ereignis an einen Analysedienst (4) zu übertragen, und zwar gemäß einem zweiten Format, wobei das übertragene Ereignis der aktualisierten Eigenschaft des Service Wrapper (51) entspricht.
