Description

The invention relates to a mountable to a vertical wall roof with a wall connection profile, with attached to the wall connection profile rafters, with supports for supporting the rafters at a distance from the wall connection profile and with a disc element, wherein on the wall connection profile a pair of the disc element on two edges cross-guide rails is arranged, the disc element is held between the wall connection profile and the stop.

Such roofs are used on walls walls mostly as canopies or as roofs for conservatories or glass extensions and are known in practice. In such roofs there is a need that moisture penetration is reliably prevented. Therefore, such roofs on a proposed roof pitch, so that rainwater is led away from the wall connection profile and thus away from the wall. In addition, such roofs must support high loads, such as snow loads. Therefore, the connection of the roofs to the wall and to the supports must have a high stability. Likewise, the disc elements must be reliably held. In addition, the roofs should be as easy to assemble.

The DE 10 2009 060 048 A1 discloses a roof mountable on a vertical wall according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein a wall grease is disposed on a wall and a support spaced from the wall. Guide rails for guiding roof panel parts are supported by the wall greases and the support. A disadvantage of this roofing is that makes sealing the roof panel parts against the wall very difficult.

The DE 10 2006 003 212 A1 discloses a canopy in which a provided for attachment to a wall wall connection panel has a Einhängekanal for receiving a claw provided on a rafter. The suspension channel is accessible from the side facing away from the wall of the wall connection bracket. As a result, the rafters with the wall connection bracket on a hinge connection. A double-walled cover strip protrudes from the wall over the rafters. However, since the hinge connection requires a very large amount of space, the cover strip has a very large distance from the rafters and the roof elements.

The FR 2 891 561 A1 discloses a roof with a plurality of superimposed guide rails for a plurality of roof elements. The roof elements can be moved by an electric motor.

From the AT 11 536 U1 a canopy has become known in which a plurality of individual elements are attached to a building outer wall. A wall connection console has a U-shaped cross-section, are hung in the near-wall ends of rafters. To seal ceiling elements of the canopy against the outer wall, a two-piece fender is attached above the wall connection panel. In such roofs, however, there is the problem that the fender is interrupted by the individual rafters and thus moisture can penetrate into the corner of roof elements, fender and rafters.

The invention is based on the problem of designing a roof of the type mentioned above so that it penetrates reliably prevents moisture, has high stability and is easy to assemble.

This problem is inventively achieved in that the wall connection profile overlaps with a skirt facing away from the stop edge of the disc element, the apron is adapted to the roof pitch, that the wall connection profile has a vertical support web and that the rafters have the holding web corresponding grooves.

By this design, the disk element can be easily inserted into the pair of guide rails and is held in the transverse direction of the roof of the guide rails. Against falling out of the guide rail, the disc element is secured by the wall connection profile and the stop. The stop reliably supports the disk element against the force of gravity, so that the roof has a particularly high stability. However, the disc member can be easily inserted into the pair of guide rails, which makes the installation of the roof very simple. Another advantage of this design is that the wall connection profile prevents the penetration of moisture between the wall and the roof by the overlap of the edge of the disc element with the skirt. In the structurally simplest case, the guide rail is a U-profile and prevents penetration of moisture laterally past the disk element. To further simplify the installation of the roof, it contributes, because the wall connection profile has a vertical retaining web and because the rafters have the retaining web corresponding grooves. For installation, the rafters can simply be inserted laterally into the wall connection profile. If the retaining bar is lower than the guide rails, the rafters can also be hung in the wall connection profile and subsequently the guide rails are mounted. Furthermore, thereby the rafters are reliably connected to the wall connection profile.

Extra-long roofs can be made with comparatively short disk elements when a second disk element is disposed in a second pair of guide rails when the pairs of guide rails are stacked and when one of the disk elements in the upper pair of guide rails immediately adjacent to the wall connection profile and second disc member is disposed in the lower pair of guide rails away from the wall terminal profile. In an analogous structure, three or more disc elements may also be arranged in three or more pairs of the guide rails.

To further simplify the mounting of the roof, it contributes according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the stop supports a arranged on the underside of the disc element elevation and when the overlap of the stop with the survey is smaller than the distance of the top of the disc element to the this opposite edge of the guide rail. By this design, the disk element is due to gravity on the side of the guide rail having the stop and is supported by the stop. However, the disk element can be easily lifted over the stop for assembly and disassembly and then pull out of the guide rails down past the stop.

The stop of the lowermost disc element designed according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention structurally particularly simple when the remote from the wall end profile ends of the guide rails are connected to each other via a closing profile.

The disk element can be easily removed from the guide rails according to another advantageous development when the disk element rests in the guide rail on a sealing element.

The disc element is reliably held in accordance with an advantageous embodiment of the invention in the guide rail when the guide rails have an elastic insert for clamping and sealing of the disc element. In the structurally simplest case, the insert is made of sponge rubber or the like and allows the double function of the frictional mounting of the disc element and its seal.

The roof according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention has a particularly high stability, when the guide rails are mounted on the rafters.

To further increase the stability of the roof, it contributes according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when a eaves profile connects the supports together.

The installation of the roof designed according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention is particularly simple when a roof pitch adapted winding element is attached to the rafters and the eaves profile.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the roof consists of particularly few components to be mounted when the ends of the rafters facing away from the wall connection profile are connected to one another via a gutter and when the lowermost disk element protrudes beyond the gutter.

The supports can be easily fastened to a floor according to another advantageous development, when the lower, remote from the rafters ends of the columns are connected via a base profile with a floor.

The wall connection profile 6 and the base profiles 15 have screw connections 16, 17 with the wall 1 or the bottom 5.

FIG. 2 The disk element 12 has on its underside a nose-shaped elevation 18, which is supported on the arranged in one of the guide rails 9 stop 14. The intersection of the nose-shaped elevation 18 with the stop 14 is smaller than the top of the disc element 12 to opposite boundary of the guide rail 10. Thus, the disc member 12 can be lifted for mounting and disassembly on the stop 14. The disk elements 11, 12 rest on sealing elements 19, 20 arranged within the guide rails 9, 10.

FIG. 3 shows enlarged the wall connection profile 6 having portion of the roof 2 FIG. 1 , Here it can be seen that the wall connection profile 6 has a guide rails 9, 10 and the upper disc element 12 partially protruding apron 21. The skirt 21 is adapted to the roof pitch. The rafters 3 have at their end facing the wall connection profile 6 a perpendicular to the plane extending groove 22, in which a vertical retaining web 23 of the wall connection profile 6 protrudes. The wall connection profile 6 and the rafters 3 are connected by a screw or riveting 24 with each other.

FIG. 4 shows enlarged the connection of the rafters 3 to the eaves profile 8 FIG. 1 via the angle element 7. The angle element 7 is adapted to the roof pitch and each has a screw or riveting 25, 26 with the rafters 3 and the eaves profile 8. The guide rails 9, 10 project beyond the rafters 3 slightly and are each with its free end over a gutter 27. The gutter 27 has a penetrating into a groove 28 of the rafters 3 retaining web 29. The retaining web 29 and the rafters 3 are connected by a screw or riveting 30 together.

The stop 13 of the lower of the disc elements 11 is arranged on a the guide rails 9, 10 final end profile 31. The end profile 31 is U-shaped and has a screw or riveting 32 with the upper guide rail 10th

In a further embodiment, an elastic insert, not shown, can be pressed in between the upper side of the disk elements 11, 12 and the boundary of the respective guide rail 9, 10 facing this. This insert seals the disk element 11, 12 relative to the guide rail 9, 10 and holds the components frictionally to each other. Furthermore, the roof 2 may also have a single disc element 11, 12, which extends from the wall connection profile 6 to the end profile 31. Such a roof 2 would require only a single pair of guide rails 9, 10 in the simplest case.
